【技术领域】
本发明涉及外包装领域,特别是涉及一种显示模组的包装件。
【背景技术】
目前,面板业界对LED模组或液晶面板等电子器件的包装保护方法基本上均为:贴保护膜——装防静电袋——装箱。该方法针对LED模组或液晶面板的保护需要同时使用保护膜和防静电袋两种包材物料。而由于保护膜本身没有粘性,需要使用胶带等辅材将其粘贴于模组上,将其取出使用时也需要经过繁琐的反过程,使用并不方便。并且,保护膜与包装袋均为一次性使用,不可循环利用,造成资源浪费,增加成本。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种包装件,能够集保护膜与包装袋于一体,使用方便,并且可反复使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种包装件,包装件包括:防静电膜、魔术贴钩面以及魔术贴绒面。防静电膜包括PED膜以及复合在PE膜表层的防静电EPE层,用于防静电。魔术贴钩面与魔术贴绒面分别设置于防静电膜的相对两侧的边缘,并为对称设置,在包装后粘合在一起。
其中,魔术贴钩面设置有多个,魔术贴绒面与魔术贴钩面一一对应设置。
其中,防静电膜包括第一防静电膜、第二防静电膜以及海绵层。第二防静电膜与第一防静电膜密封连接,形成一密封空间。海绵层均匀设置于密封空间中,用于缓冲。
其中,防静电膜包括第一防静电膜、弹性膜以及海绵层。弹性膜与第一防静电膜密封连接,形成一密封空间。海绵层均匀设置于密封空间中,用于缓冲。
其中,弹性膜为PE膜。
其中,PE膜与防静电EPE层通过热熔复合。
其中,魔术贴钩面与魔术贴绒面设置于防静电膜相对的表面上。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种包装件,包装件包括:防静电膜、魔术贴钩面以及魔术贴绒面。防静电膜用于防静电。魔术贴钩面与魔术贴绒面分别设置于防静电膜的相对两侧的边缘,并在包装后粘合在一起。

本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的包装件能够集保护膜与包装袋于一体,使用方便,减少包装的工序时间,并且可反复使用,避免浪费,降低成本。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1,图1是本发明第一实施例的包装件的截面图。本发明第一实施例的包装件包括防静电膜10、魔术贴钩面20以及魔术贴绒面30。
防静电膜10用于防静电,其可在表面涂布有防静电物质,或在生产过程中添加防静电材料。
在一种优选实施例中,防静电膜10包括PE(poly ephylene))膜以及复合在PE膜表层的防静电EPE(Expand able poly ephylene)层。其中,PE膜与防静电EPE层通过热熔复合,使得防静电膜10具有弹性,质地柔软的特点。
或者,在另一优选实施例中,防静电膜10可为聚苯胺复合树脂包装膜,通过在树脂中加入少量(例如6-10%)的聚苯胺制备。利用聚苯胺抗静电的特点,使防静电膜10具有防静电的性能。
魔术贴钩面20以及魔术贴绒面30分别设置于防静电膜10的相对两侧的边缘。并且,魔术贴钩面20与魔术贴绒面30设置于防静电膜10相对的表面上。在本实施例中,魔术贴钩面20设置于防静电膜10的下表面上,魔术贴绒面30设置于防静电膜10的上表面上。在其他实施例中,完全可以将魔术贴钩面20与魔术贴绒面30的位置对调,或者在防静电膜10的两个表面均设置魔术贴钩面20与魔术贴绒面30。
参阅图2,图2是本发明第一实施例的包装件进行包装前的示意图。在包装件对待包装物品40等部件进行包装前,将防静电膜10平铺展开,然后将待包装物品40放置于其中心位置。其中,待包装物品40例如为LED模组、液晶模组或液晶面板等电子器件。
防静电膜10的长度为待包装物品40的长度的两倍以上,防静电膜10的宽度略大于待包装物品40的宽度,以使防静电膜10能覆盖待包装物品40需要防静电的表面。
由图2可以看出,魔术贴钩面20与魔术贴绒面30可设置为多个,最佳为一一对应,并且魔术贴钩面20与魔术贴绒面30优选为对称设置。
参阅图3,图3是本发明第一实施例的包装件包装后的示意图。在将待包装物品40放置于防静电膜10中心位置后,将防静电膜10的两端向中间弯折,使魔术贴钩面20与魔术贴绒面30粘合在一起,由此完成对待包装物品40的包装。在优选实施例中,包装件充分利用防静电膜10的可拉伸性和拉伸力将待包装物品40裹紧。并且,一般将待包装物品40的玻璃面贴在防静电膜10的中心位置。

参阅图5,图5是本发明第三实施例的包装件的截面图。在本实施例中,包装件包括防静电膜120、包括魔术贴钩面200与魔术贴绒面300。其中,与第一实施例不同的是,防静电膜120进一步包括第一防静电膜121、弹性膜123以及海绵层122。第一防静电膜121与弹性膜123密封,形成一密封空间(未标示)。海绵层122均匀设置于密封空间中,用于缓冲。在本实施例中,第一防静电膜121的材质与第一实施例中的防静电膜10的材质相同,并且第一防静电膜121优选为包括PE膜以及通过热熔复合在PE膜表层的防静电EPE层。弹性膜123具有弹性,例如为PE膜。
本发明第二实施例与第三实施例中设置了海绵层,进一步提高了包装后的器件的抗震性,为本发明第一实施例的进一步优化。并且,在上述实施例中,各防静电膜均优选为具有良好的弹性、可拉伸的防静电膜,以使其能够更好的包裹住待包装物品。
通过上述方式,通过在防静电膜上设置魔术贴钩面、魔术贴绒面,使防静电膜能够具有保护膜与防静电袋的双重效果,从而能够集保护膜与包装袋于一体,使用方便,加快包装的流程,减少包装的工序时间;并且,本发明的包装件可反复循环使用,避免浪费,降低成本。

    防静电膜,包括PE膜以及复合在PE膜表层的防静电EPE层,用于防静电;
    魔术贴钩面、魔术贴绒面,分别设置于所述防静电膜的相对两侧的边缘,并且所述魔术贴钩面与所述魔术贴绒面为对称设置,在包装后粘合在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装件,其特征在于,所述魔术贴钩面设置有多个,所述魔术贴绒面与所述魔术贴钩面一一对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装件,其特征在于,所述防静电膜包括:
    第一防静电膜;
