袋体1用帆布制成。
垫布2用帆布制成，其覆盖并固定在袋体1上。在本实施例中，垫布2制作成袋状，在袋口处与袋体1缝合固定。
在袋体1和垫布2之间填充有海绵3。
本实用新型既可以当置物袋使用，也可以当靠垫使用。
