  • According to a preferred embodiment, the static-proof film 10 includes a PE (polyethylene) film and a static-proof EPE (expandable polyethylene) film deployed over the PE film. The PE film and the EPE film are attached together by a heat press so as to empower the static-proof film 10 with elastic property, while it is gentle to touch.
  • Alternatively, in other preferable embodiment, the static-proof film 10 can be made from a compound of polyanilime resin by blending with 6-10 percent by weight of polyanilime into resin. With the static-proof property of the polyanilime, the static-proof film 10 can be equipped with static-proof property.
  • The Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch are symmetrically arranged on borders of the static-proof film 10. In addition, the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 are arranged on a top surface of the static-proof film 10. In the current embodiment, the Velcro hooks patch 20 is arranged on a bottom surface of the static-proof film 10, while the Velcro loops patch 30 is arranged on a top surface of the static-proof film 10. In other preferred embodiment, the location of both the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 can exchange with each other. Alternatively, the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 can be arranged on both the top and bottom surfaces of the static-proof film 10.
  • FIG. 2 is a top view illustrating the packaging device before it is wrapped over an electronic device. Before the electronic device 40 is wrapped by the packaging device of the present invention, the static-proof film 10 is flattened over a flat surface, and with the electronic device 40 disposed on a center thereof. For the example, the electronic device can be a LED module, a liquid crystal display module or a liquid crystal display panel.
  • The overall length of the static-proof film 10 is longer than the length of the electronic device 40, preferable for two times. The width of the static-proof film 10 is larger. By this arrangement, the static-proof film 10 can comply cover the electronic device 40 in full.
  • From the disclosure of FIG. 2, the number of the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 can be multiple. Preferably, the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 are symmetrically arranged.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, a side elevation view showing how the packaging device is used to wrap up the electronic device is disclosed. Once the electronic device 40 is disposed on the center of the static-proof film 10, the static-proof film 10 can then be folded over the top of the electronic device 40 in a way that both the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 are overlapped and then they are engaged with each other with a firm press with hand. By this arrangement, the electronic device 40 is completely packed with the packaging device provided by the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, since the static-proof film 10 is expandable, as a result, the static-proof film 10 can tightly wrap over the electronic device 40. In generally, the glass substrate of the electronic device 40 is placed on the center of the static-proof film 10.
  • FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of a packaging device made in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention. In the preferred embodiment, the packaging device includes a static-proof film 110, a Velcro hooks patch 200, and a Velcro loops patch 300. The difference between the first and second embodiments is that the static-proof film 110 further includes a first static-proof film 111, and a second static-proof film 113, and a layer of sponge 112. The first and second static- proof films 111, 113 are sealingly integrated together so as to form an air-tight compartment (not labeled). The sponge layer 112 is evenly deployed over the sealed compartment to provide a buffer. In the preferred embodiment, the material used to make both the static-proof film 10 in the first embodiment, and the static- proof films 111, 113 in the second embodiment are same. Both the static- proof films 111, 113 are made from PE film, and an EPE film deployed over the PE film with heat press.

In the preferred embodiment, the packaging device includes a static-proof film 120, a Velcro hooks patch 200, and a Velcro loops patch 300. The difference between the first and third embodiments is that the static-proof film 120 further includes a first static-proof film 121, and an elastic film 123, and a layer of sponge 122. The static-proof films 121 and the elastic film 123 are sealingly integrated together so as to form an air-tight compartment (not labeled). The sponge layer 122 is evenly deployed over the sealed compartment to provide a buffer. In the preferred embodiment, the material used to make both the static-proof film 10 in the first embodiment, and the static-proof films 121 in the third embodiment are same. Both the static-proof films 121 are made from PE film and an EPE film deployed over the PE film with heat press. The elastic film 123 has elastic property such as a PE film.
  • In the second and third embodiment of the present invention, a layer of sponge is evenly deployed over the sealed compartment so as to provide an impact-absorb ion. This is an upgrade as compared from the first embodiment. Tn addition, in the above described embodiment, all the static-proof films are preferred to have elastic property and are stretchable. By this provision, the electronic device can be wrapped in perfect fashion.
