活节式中高压管道连接件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接件,特别是一种活节式中高压管道连接件,主要用于 承受工作压力在1.6MPa以上的中高压管道的连接。
背景技术
目前能承担1.6MPa以上中高压工作压力的管道连接方法只有'焊接';'焊接'分气焊和电焊两种,实际工作中大部分是用电焊,只有极少数情况下用气焊,因为气焊比电焊麻烦且焊接成本高;但电焊也存在以下五个问题:一是必须得有电,没电干不了活,尤其是在野外作业时常常需要从很远处架线拉来电源,或用发电机发电;二是中高压管道对焊缝质量要求高,每焊一遍就必须对焊缝做一次X探伤,检查焊肉中是否有气孔或焊渣,如有必须清除,中高压管道的壁厚都比较厚, 一个焊缝需要焊几遍,也就需要探伤几次,十分麻烦;三是焊接时能产生1600℃以上的高温,使焊缝左右两侧各10公分范围内管道的内外保护层给烧燬了,失去保护层的管壁很快就会腐蚀了,所以焊接完了之后还要将焊缝两边管道内外层重新修补好保护层;四是'仰焊'难,管道是圆的,一圈焊缝中必有一段需要'仰焊',仰脸向上焊时熔化的钢焊水会自动的向下流滴,所以'仰焊'很难保证焊缝的焊接质量; 五是在冬季寒冷环境下焊接管道就更复杂了,首先要在管道焊接处搭起一个防风棚,人在棚内工作免遭寒风袭击,还要将被焊接的二根管子端头先用火预热一段时间,预热达到一定的温度才能开始焊接,对焊完的焊缝要立即做好保温复盖,防止冷淬裂纹,最后再做探伤检查;
如果在煤矿矿井里,周围有可燃性气体的环境内焊接管道,必然会引发大火或爆炸事故;如果是化工厂用的生产工艺管道,管内的介质是可燃或易爆性的,就必须停产将管道内介质完全排空之后才能焊接,否则一焊接就会立即发生爆炸事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以任意装拆的结构简单、操作方便、不用焊接、不用施工设备、省工省时、消除泄漏的活节式中高压管道连接件,克服现有管道连接技术的不足。
本发明的活节式中高压管道连接件, 有环抱在两根相对接的管子接口处外侧的连接体,连接体内侧是环形的空腔,在该空腔中设有套装在管子外侧的圆形密封环,密封环的内环处有向内折弯的两个对称的唇边,两个唇边位于两根相对接的管子接口的两侧,连接体与管子之间设有锁紧定位件。
本发明的活节式中高压管道连接件,其中 所述的连接体为两个半圆形体相互扣合而组成的一个圆筒,所述的锁紧定位件为多个牙块,牙块排列在连接体两侧的牙块槽内,牙块的牙齿压靠在管子外侧,连接体上有锁紧翅,在锁紧翅处通过锁紧螺栓将连接体与管子锁紧连接。
本发明的活节式中高压管道连接件,其中 所述的连接体为环形,在连接体的两侧管子上套装有锁紧环,锁紧环为至少两个弧状圆形体相互扣合而组成的一个环形箍,所述的锁紧定位件为多个牙块,牙块排列在锁紧环内侧的牙块槽内,牙块的牙齿压靠在管子外侧,锁紧环上有锁紧翅,在锁紧翅处通过锁紧螺栓将管子锁紧抱牢。
本发明的活节式中高压管道连接件,其中 所述的锁紧环上还有连接翅,位于连接体两侧的连接翅通过连接螺栓固定连接。
本发明的活节式中高压管道连接件,结构简单实用,一个不漏,施工安装不用机械设备,不用电源不产生火花,安全可靠, 方便快捷,提高工效缩短一半工期,节省80%安装人工费,降低30%以上工程造价。

具体实施方式
实施例 1 :
如图 1 、 2 所示: 1 、 2 分别为相互对接的第一根管子和第二根管子, 3 为连接体, 连接体3内侧有环形的空腔,在该空腔内设有套装在管子1、2外侧的圆形的密封环5,圆形的密封环5的内环处有向内折弯的两个对称的唇边6,两个唇边6刚好位于相对接的第一根管子1和第根二管子2的对接口的两侧。连接体3与管子1与2之间设有锁紧定位件。
为了便于安装,连接体3为两个半圆形体相互扣合而组成的一个圆筒,锁紧定位件为多个牙块4,牙块4排列在连接体3两侧的牙块槽内,牙块4的牙齿压靠在管道1、2外侧,连接体3上有锁紧翅8,在锁紧翅8处有螺栓孔,通过锁紧螺栓7将两个半圆形的连接体3相对紧固在第一根管子1和第二根管子2对接的接口处。紧固后牙块4的齿牙啮咬嵌入管道外壁的深度达20~60μm。牙块4用高强度的合金钢制成的,牙块4的材料硬度是管子材料硬度的1.5倍以上,保证齿牙顺利的啮咬进管子外皮。圆形的密封环5的材料为软体柔性的材料,如橡胶或其它可制作密封圈的材料。
运行时,管道内的介质就从两根对接管子的接口缝隙进入密封环 5 的内腔,并对密封环 5 内侧壁施加压力,唇边 6 在压力作用下被紧紧的压靠在管子外侧,达到管道连接和密封的目的。
实施例 2 :
如图 3 、 4 所示:与实施例 1 所不同的是连接体 3 为整体的环状,位于连接体 3 内腔的密封环 5 的两个唇边 6 分别位于第一根管子 1 和第二根管子 2 的外表面处。 在连接体3的两侧管子上套装有右锁紧环9和左锁紧环10,右锁紧环9和左锁紧环10均为两个半圆形体相互扣合而组成的一个环形箍,锁紧定位件同样为多个牙块4,牙块4排列在各锁紧环内侧的牙块槽内,牙块的牙齿压靠在管道外侧,锁紧环上有锁紧翅8,在锁紧翅8处加工有螺栓孔并通过锁紧螺栓7将锁紧环牢固的箍抱在管子1与2上。锁紧环上还有连接翅11,位于连接体3两侧的连接翅11通过连接螺栓12固定连接。当被连接的管子直径大于1米时,锁紧环可改变为3个甚至4个圆弧体组合成一个圆箍来箍抱住管子。其它部分与实施例1结构相同,不再详述。

  1. 一种活节式中高压管道连接件,其特征在于: 有环抱在两根相对接的管子(1、2)接口处外侧的连接体(3),连接体(3)内侧是环形的空腔,在该空腔中设有套装在管子(1、2)外侧的圆形密封环(5),密封环(5)的内环处有向内折弯的两个对称的唇边(6),两个唇边(6)位于两根相对接的管子(1、2)接口的两侧,连接体(3)与管子(1、2)之间设有锁紧定位件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的 活节式中高压管道连接件, 其特征在于:所述的连接体(3)为两个半圆形体相互扣合而组成的一个圆筒,所述的锁紧定位件为多个牙块(4),牙块(4)排列在连接体(3)两侧的牙块槽内,牙块(4)的牙齿压靠在管子(1、2)外侧,连接体(3)上有锁紧翅(8),在锁紧翅(8)处通过锁紧螺栓(7)将连接体(3)与管子(1、2)锁紧连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的 活节式中高压管道连接件, 其特征在于:所述的连接体(3)为环形,在连接体(3)的两侧管子(1、2)上套装有锁紧环(9、10),锁紧环(9、10)为至少两个弧状圆形体相互扣合而组成的一个环形箍,所述的锁紧定位件为多个牙块(4),牙块(4)排列在锁紧环(9、10)内侧的牙块槽内,牙块(4)的牙齿压靠在管子(1、2)外侧,锁紧环(9、10)上有锁紧翅(8),在锁紧翅(8)处通过锁紧螺栓(7)将管子(1、2)锁紧抱牢。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的活节式中高压管道连接件,其特征在于:所述的锁紧环(9、10)上还有连接翅(11),位于连接体(3)两侧的连接翅(11)通过连接螺栓(12)固定连接。
