É descrita uma disposição construtiva em santantônio que apresenta uma alma metálica (40) posicionada entre a extremidade do segmento extremo (12) do perfil tubular à proximidade da área limite com o segmento central reto (11 ) e disposta ortogonal e alinhada com a base (20), apresentando na borda inferior a fixação de um suporte (50) cuja extremidade oposta é fixada mediante meios de fixação em um segundo conector (31 ) que prende a alma metálica (40) à base (20), apresentando uma capa de acabamento (60) que reveste a alma metálica (40) e a região de disposição das braçadeiras (41 ) e o suporte (50) que solidariza a alma metálica (40) à base (20).

Description

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM SANTANTÔNIO
O presente modelo de utilidade descreve uma disposição construtiva em santantônio. Mais especificamente compreende um dispositivo de fixação de capas que podem ser montadas interna e externamente na estrutura do santantônio, em ambas as laterais.
Os santantônios são acessórios muito utilizados em veículos off road, mas que também têm a função de promover a segurança do usuários em veículos com o teto aberto.
Geralmente são estruturas tubulares fixadas na carroceria do veículo e que apresentam áreas de solda protegidas por capas que evitam a corrosão e, adicionalmente, garantem melhor aparência estética ao conjunto.
No entanto, o processo de fabricação destas capas necessita de grandes investimentos em matrizes por utilizar ferramentas diversas para a confecção de peças distintas para a lateral direita e para a lateral esquerda, bem como a necessidade de controle e manutenção de itens diferentes para o mesmo conjunto.
O documento MU9101298-8, do mesmo titular, descreve um santantônio dotado de uma base para fixação à carroceria do veículo e extensão posterior soldada na superfície do santantônio e que se interliga à base, com uma capa de acabamento montadas interna e externamente na estrutura do acessório, em ambas as laterais.
A fim de minimizar custo e evitar áreas de solda, é objeto do presente modelo de utilidade um suporte que permite a fixação das capas de acabamento na estrutura do santantônio e na base sem a necessidade de ser previsto uma extensão posterior soldada à superfície da barra do santantônio, dito suporte aparafusado na base e com extremidade oposta fixado na alma metálica disposta na região interna das capas de acabamento.
É característica do modelo de utilidade uma disposição construtiva em santantonio que apresenta capas de acabamento dispostas nas laterais direita e esquerda da superfície do acessório fixadas à estrutura do santantonio e à base através de um suporte, que elimina a necessidade de uma extensão tubular para prover a fixação das capas na base.
A fim de melhor descrever as características técnicas da disposição construtiva em santantonio, são apresentadas as figuras a seguir relacionadas:
A figura 1 apresenta a vista montada das capas de acabamento fixadas na superfície do perfil tubular e da base.
A figura 2 apresenta a vista explodida evidenciando a estrutura metálica fixada por braçadeiras na superfície do perfil tubular e por um suporte junto à base, com posterior fixação de capas de acabamento.
A figura 3 apresenta a vista em perspectiva evidenciando o suporte que provê a fixação da estrutura metálica interna às capas de acabamento na base e a figura 3A apresenta a vista lateral.
A disposição construtiva em santantonio, objeto do presente modelo de utilidade, compreende um perfil tubular em "U" que apresenta um segmento central reto (11 ) e segmentos extremos (12) dotados de inclinação descendente, apresentando porção extrema livre fixada em uma base (20) através de um conector (30).
Uma alma metálica (40) é fixada na superfície posterior do perfil tubular através de braçadeiras (41 ), dita alma metálica (40) posicionada entre a extremidade do segmento extremo (12) do perfil tubular à proximidade da área limite com o segmento central reto (11 ) e disposta ortogonal e alinhada com a base (20), apresentando na borda inferior a fixação de um suporte (50) cuja extremidade oposta é fixada mediante meios de fixação em um segundo conector (31 ) que prende a alma metálica (40) à base (20).
Uma capa de acabamento (60) reveste a alma metálica (40) e a região de disposição das braçadeiras (41 ) e o suporte (50) que solidariza a alma metálica (40) à base (20).

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÃO:
1. DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM SANTANTÔNIO que compreende um perfil tubular em "U" que apresenta um segmento central reto (11 ) e segmentos extremos (12) dotados de inclinação descendente, apresentando porção extrema livre fixada em uma base (20) através de um conector (30) caracterizado por apresentar uma alma metálica (40) posicionada entre a extremidade do segmento extremo (12) do perfil tubular à proximidade da área limite com o segmento central reto (11 ) e disposta ortogonal e alinhada com a base (20), apresentando na borda inferior a fixação de um suporte (50) cuja extremidade oposta é fixada mediante meios de fixação em um segundo conector (31 ) que prende a alma metálica (40) à base (20), apresentando uma capa de acabamento (60) que reveste a alma metálica (40) e a região de disposição das braçadeiras (41 ) e o suporte (50) que solidariza a alma metálica (40) à base (20).
