现结合附图说明本发明一种可快捷安装的多功能显示屏的具体实施方式。 请参阅图 1和图 2,本发明一种可快捷安装的多功能显示屏 1包括至少两个 显示屏单元 2、 以及若干个将显示屏单元 2相互连接成一体的连接件 3; 所述显 示屏单元 2包括四周设有侧壁 211的框架 21, 紧贴于框架 21—端外表面且与框 架 21固定连接的电路板 22, 电路板 22的上表面设有多个 LED灯体,设于 LED 灯体之上且与电路板 22固定连接的面罩 23 ,设于框架 21内且与电路板 22底面 固定连接的控制盒 24, 电路板 22与控制盒 24电性连接, 所述框架 21 的侧壁 211开有通孔 212;连接件 3通过框架 21的侧壁 211将显示屏单元 2相互连接成 本发明可快捷安装的多功能显示屏 1。
所述框架 21可以由多个部件组装成型, 也可以一次铸造或注塑成型; 一次 铸造或注塑成型的框架 21整体强度好。 框架 21 的材料为金属或者塑料, 但为 了使显示屏单元重量小、 轻便易运输及快捷安装, 所用材料为塑料, 最佳材料 为防震抗摔性能好的 PC (聚碳酸酯)塑料。 所述面罩 23选用的材料为透光性好的 塑料, 例如 PC或 PMMA (俗称有机玻璃)。
所述电路板 22上排布有多个 LED灯体, 电路板 22与控制盒 24电性连接, 通过控制盒 24给电路板和 LED灯体提供电源及控制显示信号, 通过连接件 3 连接起来的显示屏单元 2 内的控制盒之间也相互电性连接, 以相互传递显示信 号。
所述面罩 23与电路板 22之间灌封密封胶, 所述控制盒 24周围设置有密封 胶圏, 以此起到防尘防水的作用。
所述控制盒 24上嵌有散热件 25。 所述散热件为金属散热片, 可以为铝合金 散热片, 静音且高效。
本发明可快捷安装的多功能显示屏的显示屏单元 2 重量轻、 厚度薄易于搬 运, 可按照客户要求进行随意组合, 现场组合好后用连接件 3 将显示屏单元 2 通过其两两相邻的侧壁 211 的通孔 212连接成一体, 成为多功能显示屏。 本发 明可快捷安装的多功能显示屏只需要两个人在一天内就可以完成安装作业,安 装工作量小耗时少, 大大降低了安装成本; 同时装卸简单、 维护方便。 进一步地, 作为连接件实施例一, 请参阅图 1和图 3 , 所述连接件 3包括连 接座 5、 连接座 5的两端部分别通过螺釘 10连接有可相对连接座 5的端面旋转 的扭锁 6; 所述连接件 3的连接座 5套装于相邻的两个框架 2的侧壁 211的通孔 212内, 然后将扭锁 6分别紧贴两个框架 2侧壁的内侧面, 旋转扭锁 6—定角度 (最好为 90。)锁住显示屏单元 2。通过连接件"一套一扭"两个步骤就方便快捷地实 现了装卸显示屏单元。
一般地, 如图 4和图 5所示, 显示屏单元 2的电路板 22和面罩 23在长度 方向上相对于框架 21左右两侧壁 211伸出一段, 为了较好的连接固定显示屏单 元 2, 在连接件 3的连接座 5上套装支撑块 11 , 且将支撑块 11设置在相邻两个 侧壁之间。
通常连接件的实施例一用于左右连接显示屏单元。
进一步地, 作为连接件的实施例二, 请参见图 6, 所述连接件 3包括连接座 5b、扭锁 6, 所述连接座 5b—端设有挡块 5bl, 另一端通过螺钉 10(图中未显示) 连接且可相对于端面旋转的扭锁 6; 将连接座 5b套装于相邻的两个框架 2的侧 壁 211 的通孔 212内, 且挡块 5bl 的内侧面与相邻的一个框架侧壁的内侧面紧 贴, 然后扭锁 6紧贴另一个框架侧壁的内侧面旋转一定角度 (最好 90°)锁住显示 屏单元。
通常连接件的实施例二用于上下连接显示屏单元。
进一步地, 作为连接件的实施例三, 请参见图 7至图 9, 所述连接座 5c包 括左右相对设置的两个连接块 51a、 51b,分别设于两个所述连接块 51a和 51b相 对的两端部的转动块 52a、 52b,卡套于两个所述转动块 52a和 52b外侧的压块 53、 设置于所述两个转动块 52a和 52b正下方的锁紧块 54以及锁紧螺栓 55 , 所述压 块 53呈倒 U型, 所述两个转动块 52a和 52b前后对称设置且相对的两个端面贴 合以收容于所述压块 53的 U型口内; 所述压块 53顶端中部开有过孔, 所述两 个转动块 52a和 52b贴合端面处分别开有对半且上大下小的过孔, 所述锁紧块 54中部设有螺纹孔,所述锁紧螺栓 55穿过所述压块 53和两个转动块 52a和 52b 的过孔与所述锁紧块 54螺紋啮合; 锁紧螺栓 55与锁紧块 54锁紧后, 压块 53 固定不动,但两个转动块 52a和 52b通过各自的对半且上大下小的过孔相对于锁 紧螺栓 55适当转动。
通过连接件的实施例三可曲线连接显示屏单元, 实现曲面的多功能显示屏。 当需要内弧曲面的多功能显示屏时, 如图 9c和图 9d所示, 事先将连接座 5c的两个转动块 52a和 52b通过各自对半且上大下小的过孔相对于锁紧螺栓 55 向外适当转动, 调整到位后, 旋紧锁紧螺栓 55固定两个转动块 52a和 52b;然后 将连接座 5c的两个连接块 51a和 51b分别套装进相邻的两个框架 21的侧壁 211 的通孔 212中, 最后将扭锁 6分别紧贴两个框架 2侧壁 211的内侧面, 旋转扭 锁 6—定角度 (最好为 90。)锁住显示屏单元 2; 依次连接, 就将显示屏单元呈内 弧曲线连接, 形成内弧曲面的多功能显示屏。
当需要外弧曲面的多功能显示屏时, 如图 9e和图 9f 所示, 事先将连接座 5c的两个转动块 52a和 52b通过各自对半且上大下小的过孔相对于锁紧螺栓 55 向内适当转动, 调整到位后, 旋紧锁紧螺栓 55固定两个转动块 52a和 52b;然后 将连接座 5c的两个连接块 51a和 51b分别套装进相邻的两个框架 21的侧壁 211 的通孔 212中, 最后将扭锁 6分别紧贴两个框架 2侧壁 211的内侧面, 旋转扭 锁 6—定角度 (最好为 90。)锁住显示屏单元 2; 依次连接, 就将显示屏单元呈外 弧曲线连接, 形成外弧曲面的多功能显示屏。
当需要 "S"曲面多功能显示屏时, 如图 9g所示, 事先将连接座 5c的两个转 动块 52a和 52b的一个转动块 52a通过其上大下小的半过孔相对于锁紧螺栓 55 向内适当转动, 另一个转动块 52b通过其上大下小的半过孔相对于锁紧螺栓 55 向外适当转动, 调整到位后, 旋紧锁紧螺栓 55固定两个转动块 52a和 52b;然后 将连接座 5c的两个连接块 51a和 51b分别套装进相邻的两个框架 21的侧壁 211 的通孔 212中 , 最后将扭锁 6分别紧贴两个框架 2侧壁 211的内侧面, 旋转扭 锁 6—定角度 (最好为 90。)锁住显示屏单元 2; 接下来两侧通过内外弧曲线连接 的结合, 就实现 "S"曲面的多功能显示屏。
更佳地, 请参见图 10, 上述实施例一至三所描述到的连接件 3的连接座 5 与扭锁 6连接端面处设置有扭锁自锁结构, 所述扭锁自锁结构包括连接座 5上 与扭锁 6贴合的端面处对称开有两个盲孔 56, 盲孔 56中分别装有弹簧 57 , 弹 簧 57的上端部卡有滚珠 58 ,扭锁 6上与所述连接座 5贴合的端面相应位置处设 有卡槽, 滚珠 58在弹簧 57的压力下部分地顶入卡槽中固定扭锁; 转动扭锁时, 滚珠 58在扭锁面的挤压下进入盲孔中, 当扭锁转动到位后, 滚珠 58又在弹簧 57的压力下顶入卡槽中。 通过此扭锁自锁结构, 防止了扭锁的松动。
更佳地, 所述框架 21侧壁 211的外侧面为向内倾斜的倾斜面。 通过设置的 倾斜面可以更好的实现曲面的多功能显示屏。
更佳地, 请参见图 11所示, 可快捷安装的多功能显示屏还设有固定扣件 7, 所述固定扣件 7的两端部向同一侧边伸出, 固定扣件 7—端设有与调节螺栓 73 连接的螺纹孔 71 , 另一端设有通过连接件 3与显示屏单元 2连接的连接孔 72, 固定扣件 7的中间部分搭挂在钢架 9上; 先将固定扣件 7的连接孔 72通过连接 件 3与可快捷安装的多功能显示屏 1连接, 然后将固定扣件 7搭挂在钢架 9上, 最后通过调节螺栓调整将可快捷安装的多功能显示屏 1装于钢架 9上。
更佳地, 请参见图 12, 可快捷安装的多功能显示屏还设有吊挂组 ,8 , 吊挂 组件 8包括吊梁 82、 至少一个与吊梁 82固定连接的吊环 81, 吊梁 82设有通过 连接件 3与可快捷安装的多功能显示屏 1连接的连接孔 821 ;先将吊挂组件 8的 吊梁 82通过连接件 3与可快捷安装的多功能显示屏 1连接, 然后将吊挂组件 8 和多功能显示屏 1一起通过吊环 81挂于挂钩上。 如图 12b所示, 一般需要不止一个吊挂组件, 通过吊梁连接片 86将吊挂组 件连接起来, 所述吊梁连接片 86设有至少两个圓孔, 吊梁 82两端部的两侧边 设有螺纹柱 822, 吊梁连接片 86通过圓孔挂在两个 挂组件相对端部同一侧边 的螺紋柱 822上, 可以两侧边都挂有吊梁连接片 86, 然后通过螺母 85螺纹连接 在螺纹柱 822上固定。 更佳地, 请参见图 13 , 所述显示屏单元 2的面罩 23在 LED灯体一侧且在
LED灯体处具有至少一层回字形结构 231,且面罩 23在 LED灯体之间设有纵横 交错的凹槽 232。 通过此回字形结构可以提高显示屏的显示对比度, 另外纵横交 错的凹槽可以遮挡 LED灯体的拼接缝隙。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖 的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 包括至少两个显示屏单元、 将所述显示屏单元相互连接成一体的连接件, 所述显示屏单元包括四周设有侧壁的 框架, 所述框架的侧壁开有通孔,所述连接件通过所述框架侧壁的通孔将所述显示屏 单元相互连接成一体。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 所述连接 件包括连接座、 所述连接座的两端部分别连接有可相对所述连接座的端面旋转的扭 锁, 所述连接座套装于所述相邻的两个框架的侧壁的通孔内, 所述扭锁分别紧贴两 个所述框架侧壁的内侧面锁住所述显示屏单元。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 所述连接 座包括左右相对设置的两个连接块、 分别设于两个所述连接块相对的两端部的转动 块、 卡套于两个所述转动块外侧的压块、 设置于所述两个转动块正下方的锁紧块以 及锁紧螺栓, 所述压块呈倒 U型, 所述两个转动块前后对称设置且相对的两个端面 贴合以收容于所述压块的 U型口内; 所述压块顶端中部开有过孔, 所述两个转动块 贴合端面处分别开有对半且上大下小的过孔, 所述锁紧块中部设有螺紋孔, 所述锁 紧螺栓穿过所述压块和两个转动块的过孔与所述锁紧块螺紋啮合。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 所述连接 件包括连接座、 扭锁, 所述连接座一端设有挡块, 另一端连接可相对于端面旋转的 扭锁, 所述挡块的内侧面与相邻的一个所述框架侧壁的内侧面紧贴, 所述扭锁紧贴 相邻的另一个所述框架侧壁的内侧面锁住所述显示屏单元。
5、根据权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏,其特征在于: 所述连接座上与所述扭锁贴合的端面开有盲孔, 所述盲孔中装有弹簧, 所述弹簧的 上端部卡有滚珠, 所述扭锁上与所述连接座贴合的端面设有卡槽, 所述滚珠在所述 弹簧的压力下部分地嵌入所述卡槽中。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 所述框架 侧壁的外侧面为向内倾斜的倾斜面。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 还设有固 定扣件, 所述固定扣件的两端部向同一侧边伸出, 所述固定扣件一端设有与调节螺 栓连接的螺纹孔, 另一端设有通过所述连接件与所述显示屏单元连接的连接孔, 通 过所述固定扣件将所述可快捷安装的多功能显示屏装于钢架上。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 还设有吊 挂组件, 所述吊挂组件包括吊梁、 至少一个与所述吊梁固定连接的吊环, 所述吊梁 设有通过所述连接件与所述显示屏单元连接的连接孔, 通过所述吊挂组件将所述可 快捷安装的多功能显示屏吊挂于挂钩上。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 所述显示 屏单元还包括面罩、 以及位于所述面罩下方的 LED灯体, 所述面罩在所述 LED灯体 一侧且在所述 LED灯体处具有至少一层回字形结构,且所述面罩在所述 LED灯体之 间设有纵横交错的凹槽。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可快捷安装的多功能显示屏, 其特征在于: 所述显 示屏单元还设有控制盒, 所述控制盒上嵌有散热件。
