Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种冰箱门,包括门体和把手,所述把手包括上、下手把座和拉手,所述门体与上、下手把座的端部开设有对应的安装孔;上、下手把座上还开设有与上述安装孔相交的定位孔;上述安装孔内装配有连接螺钉,其一端固定在门体上,一端伸入上、下手把座的安装孔;上述连接螺钉伸入上、下手把座的安装孔的部分被定位孔内装配的紧定螺钉所固定。上手把座和下手把座通过插装连接方式固定在门体上的连接螺钉上,结构简单,把手安装方便,精致美观,有效改善了冰箱外观视觉效果。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于电冰箱辅助装置技术领域,特别涉及一种冰箱门。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提升,消费者不仅对产品的功能和质量要求越来越高,还对产品的外观和结构的新颖度提出了更高的需求。然而,目前冰箱把手如图1所示,其由上手把座2与下手把座(未示出)、连接块12和连接块3、拉手4等组成。先把拉手4与连接块12和连接块3组装,把上、下手把座用螺钉(未示出)固定到门体1上(螺钉由门体外表面垂直进入),然后将组装好的拉手与连接块用螺钉(未示出)固定到上、下手把座上(螺钉由上、下手把座表面垂直进入),最后盖上螺钉孔盖13。该种冰箱把手结构虽然能够满足产品功能的需求,但是,为了方便螺钉安装,上手把座2的顶面21(或者下手把座的底面)必须为平面;把手的截面41也必须有足够的尺寸用于和连接块装配;外露的螺钉孔盖13也严重影响了产品外观。另外,由于玻璃上不能直接打螺钉,该结构无法直接应用到采用玻璃面板的冰箱门体上,具有极大的局限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、把手安装方便的冰箱门。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种冰箱门,包括门体和把手,所述把手包括上、下手把座和拉手,所述门体与上、下手把座的端部开设有对应的安装孔;上、下手把座上还开设有与上述安装孔相交的定位孔;上述安装孔内装配有连接螺钉,其一端固定在门体上,一端伸入上、下手把座的安装孔;上述连接螺钉伸入上、下手把座的安装孔的部分被定位孔内装配的紧定螺钉所固定。
由于上手把座和下手把座通过插装固定在门体,结构简单,把手安装方便、快捷;由于无裸露在外的连接件,使门体显得精致美观,有效改善了冰箱外观视觉效果。
由于无需在门体的面板上打螺钉,本实用型的门体可以采用玻璃面板。
所述安装孔穿过门体的面板后边的侧堵部分和侧堵后边的垫块,安装孔在门体和侧堵处的尺寸大于其在垫块处的尺寸,连接螺钉螺接在垫块上。
由于连接螺钉通过垫块固定连接在门体上,且安装孔在门体处的尺寸大于其在垫块处的尺寸,当门体为玻璃时可有效防止其受到应力挤压而碎裂,安全可靠。
所述连接螺钉圆柱面上设有凹槽,在上手把座和下手把座与端面相连的侧面上设有垂直于连接螺钉的定位孔,定位孔内设有进入凹槽的紧定螺钉,连接螺钉通过紧定螺钉端部与凹槽挤压固定。
连接螺钉通过紧定螺钉端部与凹槽挤压固定,结构新颖,安装牢固,使用安全。
所述拉手为空心结构,上手把座和下手把座分别插装在拉手上、下部。
由于拉手为空心结构,便于安装,使用轻便,节约材料,成本低廉。
所述上手把座和下手把座与拉手上、下部通过紧固螺钉固定连接。
紧定螺钉和紧固螺钉均安装在上手把座和下手把座的下侧面或内侧面上,无需螺钉孔盖,节省配件,降低生产成本,且使把手整体更加美观。

具体实施方式
如图2和图3所示的冰箱门,其包括上手把座2、下手把座(未示出)和拉手4,拉手4为空心结构,上手把座2和下手把座插装在拉手4的两端,并通过紧固螺钉5固定连接。上手把座2、下手把座和拉手4也可以为一体结构,结构紧凑,节省安装时间。在门体1上开设有穿过门体1、侧堵9和侧堵9后边垫块11的安装孔6,且安装孔6与上手把座2和下手把座相对应。安装孔6在门体1和侧堵9处为光孔,以防止玻璃门体1受到应力挤压而碎裂;安装孔6在垫块11处为螺孔,连接螺钉7与垫块11通过螺纹连接而固定在门体1上。连接螺钉7外部插装在上手把座2和下手把座的端部,并通过紧定螺钉8固定。侧堵9为一般材料,易于打孔。
在本实用新型中,由于不需要在上、下把手座表面上安装螺钉,上手把座2的顶面21(或者下手把座的底面)可以不局限于平面,是斜面或者弧面等;由于不需要把上、下把手座安装在连接块上,拉手4的截面大或者小,都不会影响其安装固定,利于减小拉手4的截面,以节省材料、简化结构。
如图2所示,连接螺钉7的尾部为圆柱,其侧面上设为凹槽10。在上手把座2和下手把座的端部开有容纳连接螺钉7尾部的孔。上手把座2的端部还开有和上述孔垂直正交的定位孔14,定位孔14内可插入紧定螺钉8。连接螺钉7通过紧定螺钉8端部与凹槽10挤压固定。凹槽10由连接螺钉7外圆周上的凹弧面或者两个斜面构成。
Claims (7)
1.一种冰箱门,包括门体和把手,所述把手包括上、下手把座和拉手,其特征在于:所述门体与上、下手把座的端部开设有对应的安装孔;上、下手把座上还开设有与上述安装孔相交的定位孔;上述安装孔内装配有连接螺钉,其一端固定在门体上,一端伸入上、下手把座的安装孔;上述连接螺钉伸入上、下手把座的安装孔的部分被定位孔内装配的紧定螺钉所固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述安装孔穿过门体的面板后边的侧堵部分和侧堵后边的垫块,安装孔在门体和侧堵处的尺寸大于其在垫块处的尺寸,连接螺钉螺接在垫块上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述连接螺钉圆柱面上设有凹槽,在上手把座和下手把座与端面相连的侧面上设有垂直于连接螺钉的定位孔,定位孔内设有进入凹槽的紧定螺钉,连接螺钉通过紧定螺钉端部与凹槽挤压固定。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述拉手为空心结构,上手把座和下手把座分别插装在拉手上、下部。
5.如权利要求4所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述上手把座和下手把座与拉手上、下部通过紧固螺钉固定连接。
6.如权利要求3所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述拉手为空心结构,上手把座和下手把座分别插装在拉手上、下部。
7.如权利要求6所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述上手把座和下手把座与拉手上、下部通过紧固螺钉固定连接。
