技术领域
本发明涉及一种线束生产流水线。 背景技术
在线束生产中常常使用平移流水线, 平移流水线包括流水线本体和运 行台车。 目前的平移流水线本体在工厂制造时, 根据客户的要求制作成一 定长度。 出厂后, 不能任意改变长度, 只能适应特定长度生产, 而且, 运 行台车的工作台不能翻转或只有两面, 不能更换, 无法满足快速更换产品 型号生产的需要。 为了更换型号的需要, 线束生产厂家需要重新定制流水 线, 采用多条流水线以适应快速更换产品型号生产的需要, 增加了线束生 产厂家的投资。 发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处, 提供一种能够任意连接以 适应不同长度线束生产的流水线本体与能够实现两面或三面翻转的工作 台组成的线束生产流水线, 以满足快速更换产品型号的需要。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种线束生产流水线, 包括流水线本体和运行台车, 所述流水线本体 包括两个端立架单元, 所述运行台车包括工作台、 两侧立架和台车底盘, 所述两侧立架分别与台车底盘连接, 所述工作台与两侧立架之间分别设置 有工作台翻转驱动机构, 其特征在于, 两个端立架单元之间通过多个可拆 卸支架单元连接;所述工作台为三棱柱体,所述三棱柱体的两侧端面的三个 角部分别安装有与流水线本体上翻转轨道相应的翻转滑块, 每侧工作台翻 转驱动机构安装于三棱柱体侧面三角形的中心位置。
还包括 PLC控制系统, 所述 PLC控制系统包括 PLC控制器、 感应运 行台车位置的多个传感器、 变频器、 交流接触器, 感应运行台车位置的多 个传感器的输出端分别与所述 PLC 控制器的台车信号输入端连接, 所述 PLC控制器的控制信号输出端分别与变频器、 交流接触器连接, 电源通过 交流接触器与所述变频器连接, 所述变频器与控制台车运行的电机连接。 所述可拆卸支架单元包括第一中间节、 第二中间节、 中间连接架, 所 述第一中间节和第二中间节分别与中间连接架可拆卸连接。
本发明具有下述技术效果:
1、 本发明的流水线中的流水线本体采用积木式结构, 拆卸非常方便, 可以任意改变长度, 能够适应快速更换产品型号生产的需要, 减少了线束 生产厂家的投资, 节约了生产场地。
2、 本发明的流水线中运行台车的工作台可以两面或三面任意更换, 适于多种型号线束的混合生产, 使用方便, 减少了线束生产厂家的投资, 节约了生产场地。
3、 本发明的流水线采用 PLC控制, 控制更稳定可靠, 运行程序可以 任意更改。 附图说明

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明线束生产流水线是在现有技术上的改进, 具体改进有三点, 一 是将原来两个端立架单元之间的连接支架改成模块式, 以便于根据使用长 度需要进行组装; 二是将原来的平板工作台改成三棱柱体结构, 以实现两 面或三面翻转; 三是电气控制部分改为 PLC控制系统, 以根据使用需要随 时进行调整, 其他结构与现有技术相同。
本发明的线束生产流水线的示意图如图 1-图 3所示, 包括流水线本体 和运行台车, 所述流水线本体包括两个端立架单元 1、 5 , 所述运行台车包 括工作台 7、 两侧立架 8和台车底盘 9, 所述两侧立架 8分别与台车底盘 9 连接, 所述工作台与两侧立架之间分别设置有工作台翻转驱动机构, 两个 端立架单元之间通过多个可拆卸支架单元连接。所述工作台 7为三棱柱体, 所述三棱柱体的两侧端面的三个角部分别安装有与流水线本体上翻转轨 道相应的翻转滑块 6, 每侧工作台翻转驱动机构安装于三棱柱体侧面三角 形的中心位置。 本实施例中的可拆卸支架单元包括第一中间节 2、 第二中 间节 4、 中间连接架 3 , 所述第一中间节和第二中间节分别与中间连接架 可拆卸连接。
为了控制更稳定可靠,运行程序可以任意更改, 采用 PLC控制系统控 制。 所述 PLC控制系统的原理图如图 4所示, 包括 PLC控制器、 感应运 行台车位置的多个传感器、 变频器、 交流接触器, 感应运行台车位置的多 个传感器的输出端分别与所述 PLC 控制器的台车信号输入端连接, 所述 PLC控制器的控制信号输出端分别与变频器、 交流接触器连接, 电源通过 交流接触器与所述变频器连接, 所述变频器与控制台车运行的电机连接。
本发明的流水线本体采用积木式结构拆卸非常方便, 可以任意增加、 缩短, 运行台车两面或三面任意更换, 非常适合多种型号线束混合生产; 运行控制采用 PLC控制, 比传统继电器控制更加稳定可靠, 而且, 运行程 序可以任意修改。

1、 一种线束生产流水线, 包括流水线本体和运行台车, 所述流水线本 体包括两个端立架单元, 所述运行台车包括工作台、 两侧立架和台车底盘, 所述两侧立架分别与台车底盘连接,所述工作台与两侧立架之间分别设置有 工作台翻转驱动机构, 其特征在于, 两个端立架单元之间通过多个可拆卸支 架单元连接;所述工作台为三棱柱体,所述三棱柱体的两侧端面的三个角部分 别安装有与流水线本体上翻转轨道相应的翻转滑块,每侧工作台翻转驱动机 构安装于三棱柱体侧面三角形的中心位置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的线束生产流水线, 其特征在于, 还包括 PLC 控制系统, 所述 PLC控制系统包括 PLC控制器、 感应运行台车位置的多个 传感器、 变频器、 交流接触器, 感应运行台车位置的多个传感器的输出端分 别与所述 PLC控制器的台车信号输入端连接, 所述 PLC控制器的控制信号 输出端分别与变频器、 交流接触器连接, 电源通过交流接触器与所述变频器 连接, 所述变频器与控制台车运行的电机连接。
