现行量产的液晶显示装置包括导光板、 反光片和光学膜片, 而这些部件一 般都被固定在背板上, 背板的制作工艺包括一体冲压、 镭焊等, 每种模组的背 板尺寸不一致, 就需要单独设计制造背板, 并制作相应的专用模具, 由于模具 的不可共用性和具有较长的开发周期, 制约了背板成本的进一步降低和液晶显 示装置开发周期的进一步缩短, 亟待改善。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种模块化、 拼接式、 低成本的背板, 及采用该背板的液晶显示装置。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种背板, 包括: 框架和底板, 所述框架为拼接式, 包括多个框边构件, 所述框边构件是等长的, 所述背板还包括四个框角构件, 所述框架四边中每边由一个或多个框边构件拼接而成, 所述框边构件与框边构 件之间具有通用的接口结构, 所述框边构件与框角构件之间具有通用的接口结 构, 所述接口结构为一个构件上设置凸耳, 另一构件上对应设置凹槽, 所述凸 耳被限定在凹槽内 , 所述底板由多块框条拼接成栅格结构。
本发明的另一种技术方案为: 一种背板, 包括框架和底板, 所述框架为拼 接式, 包括多个框边构件, 所述框边构件是等长的。
优选的, 所述背板还包括四个框角构件, 框角构件可以提高背板框角处的 强度。

如果所述四个框角构件 11为同一规格, 那么只需一种框角构件 11和一种 框边构件 12就可以拼接出多种尺寸的背板, 需要的模具数量会更少, 通过性更 高。
本发明所述框边构件 12与框角构件 11之间可以具有通用的接口结构。 具 体到本实施例中, 所述接口结构为一个构件上设置凸耳 13, 另一构件上对应设 置凹槽 14, 所述凸耳 13被限定在凹槽 14内。 如图 3和图 4所示, 所述框角构 件 11上设置有凹槽 14, 与框角构件 11连接的框边构件 12上对应设置有凸耳 13 , 所述凸耳 13被限定在凹槽 14内, 然后凸耳 13和凹槽 14上开设有通孔, 螺钉 3穿过通孔把框角构件 11和框边构件 12锁紧。 凸耳 13和凹槽 14定位结 构可以防止相拼接的两个构件以螺釘或铆钉为轴心相对旋转, 增加背板结构强 度。
本发明所述框边构件 12之间也可以具有通用的接口结构,本实施例具体接 口结构为在所述相连接的两个框边构件 12上均设置有凸耳 13, 所述凸耳 13与 相邻的框边构件主体相贴合, 并被螺钉或铆钉锁紧, 当然框边构件 12之间也可 以采用上面所述的凸耳和凹槽配合结构。
作为上述实施例的简单变形, 所述框角构件上设置有凸耳, 与框角构件连 接的框边构件上对应设置有凹槽, 所述凸耳被限定在凹槽内, 同样能达到目的。
本实施例中, 所述底板 2由多块同规格的挡板 21拼接而成, 所述挡板 21 通焊接、 镙接或铆接在框架 1上, 对背板的底板 2也采用拆分设计, 然后进行 拼接组装, 是模块化设计思想的进一步深入, 能进一步降低成本和缩短开发周 期。
作为本发明背板的实施例二, 如图 6所示, 所述底板 2由多块框条 22拼接 成栅格结构, 除了具有实施例一中的有益效果外, 还可以节省底板 2材料, 降 低成本。
当然, 本发明所述的背板也可以不采用框角构件, 而是只包括多个等长的 框边构件, 处于框角的两个框边构件采用特别结构垂直拼接固定, 框边上的框 边构件之间采用通用接口进行首尾拼接, 也能实现模块化设计, 并获得相应的 有益效果。
