一种液晶显示装置用中框及液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明属于液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种液晶显示装置用中框及 采用该中框的液晶显示装置。
【背景技术】
现有液晶显示装置一般包括前框、 液晶显示面板、 中框、 背光模组、 后盖 等部件, 其中中框一般由塑料材料制成, 通过一体注塑成型, 一体成型的中框 强度较高, 但由于液晶显示装置有多种不同的尺寸规格, 每种中框都需要单独 开发专用模具进行制作, 由于专用模具制作成本高、 周期长, 使中框的成本居 高不下, 而且还影响液晶显示装置的整个开发周期。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种液晶显示装置用的、 高强度的分体 式中框及采用该中框的液晶显示装置。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种液晶显示装置用中框, 所述中框为分体式结构, 包括: 多个边框构件, 所述边框构件的转角处的内面上还设置有加强筋, 所述 加强筋设置在边框构件的两端, 所述加强筋数量为多个, 均布设置在边框构件 上, 所述边框构件包括一横边和一竖边, 所述加强筋的形状为三角形或直角梯 形, 加强筋一边与竖边接触, 一边与横边接触, 所述加强筋的厚度为中框壁厚 的 0.6-0.8倍。
本发明的另一种技术方案为: 一种液晶显示装置用中框, 所述中框为分体 式结构, 包括多个边框构件, 所述边框构件的转角处的内面上还设置有加强筋。
优选的, 所述加强筋设置在边框构件的两端。 由于边框构件一般为两两相 接, 所以加强筋位于中框的接口处, 可以提高中框接口处的强度, 使中框薄弱 部位的强度得到加强。 优选的, 所述加强筋数量为多个, 均布设置在边框构件上, 边框构件的整 体强度更好。
优选的, 所述边框构件包括一横边和一竖边, 所述加强筋的形状为三角形 或直角梯形, 加强筋一边与竖边接触, 一边与横边接触。
优选的, 所述加强筋的厚度为中框壁厚的 0.6-0.8倍, 可防止边框构件在生 产过程中产生明显缩水。
本发明还公开了另一种技术方案: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括前框、 中框和 后盖, 所述中框为分体式结构, 包括多个边框构件, 所述边框构件的转角处的 内面上还设置有加强筋。
优选的, 所述加强筋设置在边框构件的两端。
优选的, 所述加强筋数量为多个, 均布设置在边框构件上。
优选的, 所述后盖的侧边上端向内折弯, 折弯后的后盖的强度更高, 更好 地起到结构支撑作用。
优选的, 所述后盖的侧边位于中框的侧边内侧, 所述后盖的侧边上端向内 折弯, 以避开中框上的加强筋, 防止装配时两者相互干涉。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明液晶显示装置用中框采用分体式结构, 即由 多个边框构件组装成中框, 多个边框构件可以组装成不同尺寸规格的中框, 不 必再为每种中框制作专门的模具, 所以可以降低成本, 还可以缩短开发周期, 但此种分体式的中框强度较弱, 尤其在边框构件的接口处, 中框尺寸越大, 需 要的边框构件就越多, 接口也越多, 中框的强度越弱, 容易达不到设计要求。 在中框边框构件的转角处的内面上设置加强筋, 所述加强筋可使中框的强度增 加, 同样截面的边框构件可以拼接出更大尺寸且符合强度要求的中框。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置,作为液晶显示装置的实施例,如图 1和图 2 所示, 包括前框 1、 中框 2和后盖 3 , 所述中框 2为分体式结构, 包括多个边框 构件 21 , 所述边框构件 21的转角处的内面上还设置有加强筋 22, 边框构件 21 包括一横边和竖边,加强筋 22—边与竖边接触, 一边与横边接触, 本实施例中, 所述加强筋 22形状为三角形, 根据实际需要, 也可以采用形状为直角梯形的加 强筋,所述加强筋 22的厚度优选值为中框 2壁厚的 0.6-0.8倍, 可防止边框构件 21在生产过程中产生明显缩水。
本发明液晶显示装置用中框 2采用分体式结构, 即由多个边框构件 21组装 成中框, 多个边框构件 21可以组装成不同尺寸规格的中框, 不必再为每种中框 制作专门的模具, 所以可以降低成本, 还可以缩短开发周期, 但此种分体式的 中框强度较弱, 尤其在边框构件的接口处, 中框尺寸越大, 需要的边框构件就 越多, 接口也越多, 中框的强度越弱, 容易达不到设计要求。 在边框构件 21的 转角处的内面上设置有加强筋 22, 所述加强筋 22可使中框 2的强度增加, 同样 截面的边框构件 21可以拼接出更大尺寸且符合强度要求的中框 2。
在本实施例中, 所述加强筋 22设置在边框构件 21的两端, 由于边框构件 21一般为两两相接,所以加强筋 22位于中框 2的接口处。背景技术中已有描述, 分体式的中框在接口处强度较弱, 本发明在中框 2的接口处设置加强筋 22, 可 以提高中框 2接口处的强度, 使中框 2薄弱处的部位强度得到加强。
如果单个边框构件 21的长度较长时, 还可以在边框构件 21的中部增设多 个加强筋 22, 加强筋 22均布设置在边框构件 21上, 边框构件 21的整体强度更 好。
在本实施例中, 所述后盖 3的侧边上端向内折弯, 折弯后的后盖 3的强度 更高, 更好地起到结构支撑作用, 由于本实施例后盖 3的侧边位于中框 2的侧 边内侧, 所述后盖 3的侧边上端向内折弯, 还有一个作用就是避开中框 2上的 加强筋 22, 防止装配时两者相互干涉。
作为本发明液晶显示装置用中框的另一实施例, 如图 3所示, 所述加强筋 22为一整条, 贯穿边框构件 21的整个长度, 使边框构件 21在整个长度方向上 的强度都增加, 其它结构及有益效果均与上述实施例一致, 此处不再赘述。

1、 一种液晶显示装置用中框, 所述中框为分体式结构, 包括: 多个边框构 件, 所述边框构件的转角处的内面上还设置有加强筋, 所述加强筋设置在边框 构件的两端, 所述加强筋数量为多个, 均布设置在边框构件上, 所述边框构件 包括一横边和一竖边, 所述加强筋的形状为三角形或直角梯形, 加强筋一边与 竖边接触, 一边与横边接触, 所述加强筋的厚度为中框壁厚的 0.6-0.8倍。
2、 一种液晶显示装置用中框, 所述中框为分体式结构, 包括: 多个边框构 件, 所述边框构件的转角处的内面上还设置有加强筋。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置用中框, 其中, 所述加强筋设置在边 框构件的两端。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置用中框, 其中, 所述加强筋数量为多 个, 均布设置在边框构件上。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶显示装置用中框, 其中, 所述边框构件包括一 横边和一竖边, 所述加强筋的形状为三角形或直角梯形, 加强筋一边与竖边接 触, 一边与横边接触。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶显示装置用中框, 其中, 所述加强筋的厚度为 中框壁厚的 0.6-0.8倍。
7、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 前框、 中框和后盖, 所述中框为分体式结构, 包括多个边框构件, 所述边框构件的转角处的内面上还设置有加强筋。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述加强筋设置在边框构件 的两端。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述加强筋数量为多个, 均 布设置在边框构件上。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后盖的侧边上端向内 折弯。
11、 如权利要求 8 所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后盖的侧边上端向内 折弯。
12、 如权利要求 9所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后盖的侧边上端向内 折弯。
13、 如权利要求 7所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后盖的侧边位于中框 的侧边内侧, 所述后盖的侧边上端向内折弯, 以避开中框上的加强筋。
14、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后盖的侧边位于中框 的侧边内侧, 所述后盖的侧边上端向内折弯, 以避开中框上的加强筋。
