缸盖自动锁紧装置及包括该装置的筒子纱染色机 技术领域 本发明涉及机械技术领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种缸盖自动锁紧装置及包括该装置 的筒子纱染色机。 背景技术 我国是纺织大国, 纺织产业是传统的支柱行业, 在国民经济中占有非常重要的地 位。 目前国内纺织行业与国外同行业相比, 存在工艺流程长, 劳动强度大, 劳动力密 集, 生产设备的机械化和自动化程度低, 生产效率低, 整体装备技术水平落后等差距。 目前国内外纺织染整行业的发展趋势是高效、 节能、 环保、 自动化和信息化。 筒子纱染色机作为纺织染整设备之一, 其最高工作压力为 4.5.kg/cm2,最高工作温 度为 130°C, 属于高温低压压力容器。 筒子纱染色机缸盖的锁紧是通过缸盖法兰圆周 上均匀分布的齿与缸体缸口法兰或卡箍圆周上均匀分布的齿的啮合与错开来实现的, 无外乎两种结构形式: 一种是通过缸盖围绕中心旋转一定角度实现齿的啮合与错开; 另一种是通过卡箍围绕中心旋转一定角度实现齿的啮合与错开。 当前市面上的筒子纱染色机基本上是通过手动齿轮旋转机构操纵缸盖或卡箍围绕 中心旋转某一角度, 来实现缸盖的锁紧。 这种手动齿轮旋转机构, 由于受设备结构空 间限制, 人工推动小齿轮不能连续旋转, 每一次旋转的角度有限, 需要重复操作多次 才能完成一次缸盖的锁紧动作。 加之染色机染色完成后开锁时, 尽管缸内的温度已降 至低于 80°C, 但缸口法兰端面槽内的橡胶密封圈仍处于受热膨胀状态, 加大了缸盖的 旋转阻力, 为增大旋转力矩, 保证能够转动缸盖, 必然要加长推杆, 给操作带来诸多 不便。 由此可见, 缸盖手动锁紧机构费工费时费力, 劳动成本大, 劳动效率低, 不利 于实现自动化生产。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种缸盖自动锁紧装置及包括该装置的筒子纱染色机, 以解决现 有技术中的缸盖手动锁紧机构费工费时费力, 劳动成本大, 劳动效率低, 不利于实现 自动化生产的技术问题。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种缸盖自动锁紧装置, 设 置在缸盖和缸体之间, 缸盖上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的齿, 缸体的上端设置有托住缸 盖的卡箍, 卡箍具有容纳齿的环槽和位于环槽上方的环形凸缘, 环形凸缘上设置有与 齿相配合的槽, 还包括: 吊臂, 设置于缸盖的上方, 第一端与缸盖枢接, 第二端与卡 箍枢接; 驱动装置, 具有驱动端, 驱动端连接到缸盖上偏离缸盖的中心轴线的位置以 驱动缸盖绕缸盖的中心轴线旋转, 以锁紧或解锁缸盖。 进一步地, 还包括: 开盖装置, 与吊臂的第二端枢接, 驱动吊臂沿垂直方向旋转; 控制系统, 与驱动装置电连接, 控制驱动装置的启动与停止, 与开盖装置电连接, 控 制开盖装置驱动吊臂沿垂直方向旋转。 进一步地, 驱动装置为锁紧气缸, 锁紧气缸的第一端与吊臂枢接, 锁紧气缸内部 设置有活塞杆, 活塞杆的一端连接有接杆, 接杆的一端伸出锁紧气缸的第二端, 接杆 枢接在缸盖的上部。 进一步地, 还包括, 连接耳, 固定在缸盖上, 接杆通过连接耳与缸盖的上部枢接。 进一步地, 卡箍的外缘上设置有解锁到位行程开关和锁紧到位行程开关, 缸盖上 设置有撞块, 撞块的第一端固定在缸盖上, 第二端设置有撞头, 在缸盖与缸体闭合状 态下, 撞头具有碰触解锁到位行程开关的解锁到位状态和碰触锁紧到位行程开关的锁 紧到位状态, 解锁到位行程开关与控制系统电连接, 在解锁到位状态下, 向控制系统 发出解锁到位信号; 锁紧到位行程开关与控制系统电连接, 在锁紧到位状态下, 向控 制系统发出锁紧到位信号。 进一步地, 锁紧气缸上设置有到位磁性感应装置, 在解锁到位状态下, 活塞杆带 动接杆伸出并触动到位磁性感应装置, 到位磁性感应装置与解锁到位行程开关各自向 控制系统发出解锁到位信号,控制系统在接到到位磁性感应装置和 /或解锁到位行程开 关发出的解锁到位信号后, 控制锁紧气缸停止动作; 在锁紧到位状态下, 活塞杆带动 接杆缩回并触动到位磁性感应装置, 到位磁性感应装置与锁紧到位行程开关各自向控 制系统发出锁紧到位信号,控制系统在接到到位磁性感应装置和 /或锁紧到位行程开关 发出的锁紧到位信号后, 控制锁紧气缸停止动作。 进一步地, 开盖装置上连接有配重。 进一步地, 开盖装置为开盖气缸。 进一步地, 还包括泄压装置, 泄压装置与控制系统电连接, 控制缸盖打开前缸体 内的最大压力值。 进一步地, 泄压装置包括: 气动球阀, 与缸体内部连通, 安全手柄, 设置于气动 球阀上, 与控制系统电连接, 接受控制系统的指令进行旋转, 以使气动球阀与大气相 通或与大气隔绝。 进一步地, 安全手柄水平设置于气动球阀的上端, 安全手柄具有位于缸盖上方的 部位; 缸盖上设置有限位结构, 在锁紧到位状态下, 安全手柄位于缸盖上方的部位抵 住限位结构, 以防止缸盖的转动; 当安全手柄旋转至气动球阀与大气相通时, 安全手 柄位于缸盖的外缘的外侧并与限位结构分离。 进一步地, 还包括压力检测装置, 压力检测装置与控制系统电连接, 检测缸体内 压力值, 并将检测到的压力值反馈至控制系统。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种筒子纱染色机, 具有缸盖和缸体, 缸盖与缸 体之间设置有缸盖自动锁紧装置, 其中, 缸盖自动锁紧装置为上述的缸盖自动锁紧装 置。 本发明的缸盖自动锁紧装置及包括该装置的筒子纱染色机, 通过在缸盖与缸体之 间设置驱动装置, 通过驱动装置的驱动端驱动缸盖绕缸盖的中心轴线旋转, 以锁紧或 解锁缸盖。 本发明利用驱动装置的驱动作用取代了人工旋转缸盖, 不仅操作力大, 而 且可一次连续旋转到位; 可节省劳动力, 提高生产效率, 大大降低劳动力成本, 大大 提高了设备的机械化和自动化水平, 有利于实现自动化生产。 附图说明 构成本申请的一部分的说明书附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 本发明的示 意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1示出了本发明实施例三的缸盖自动锁紧装置在锁紧到位状态下的主视结构示 意图; 图 2示出了本发明实施例三的缸盖自动锁紧装置在锁紧到位状态下的俯视结构示 意图; 图 3示出了本发明实施例三的缸盖自动锁紧装置在解锁到位状态下的主视结构示 意图; 以及 图 4示出了本发明实施例三的缸盖自动锁紧装置在解锁到位状态下的俯视结构示 意图。 具体实施方式 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相 互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 如图 1-图 4所示, 本发明的缸盖自动锁紧装置, 设置在缸盖 1和缸体 2之间, 缸 盖 1上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的齿 12,缸体 2的上端设置有托住缸盖 1的卡箍 21, 卡 箍 21 具有容纳齿 12 的环槽和位于环槽上方的环形凸缘, 环形凸缘上设置有与齿 12 相配合的槽 213, 本发明还包括: 设置于缸盖 1的上方的吊臂 3, 吊臂 3的一端与缸盖 1的中心通过中心轴枢接, 另一端与卡箍 21枢接; 还包括驱动装置, 优选为锁紧气缸 4, 该驱动装置具有驱动端,驱动端连接到缸盖 1上偏离缸盖 1的中心轴线的位置以驱 动缸盖 1绕缸盖的中心轴线旋转, 以锁紧或解锁缸盖 1。 本发明的具体实施例如下: 实施例一: 本发明的缸盖自动锁紧装置, 包括缸盖 1和缸体 2, 缸盖 1上设置有沿圆周均匀 分布的齿 12, 缸体 2的上端圆周上设置有托住缸盖 1的卡箍 21, 卡箍 21具有容纳齿 12的环槽和位于环槽上方的环形凸缘,环形凸缘上设置有与齿 12相配合的槽 213,缸 盖 1的上方设置有吊臂 3, 吊臂 3的一端与缸盖 1的中心通过中心轴枢接, 另一端与 卡箍 21的外圆周枢接;吊臂 3上远离缸盖 1中心的位置上通过支座 9枢接有锁紧气缸 4, 锁紧气缸 4的内部设置有活塞杆, 活塞杆的一端连接有接杆 41, 接杆 41的一端伸 出锁紧气缸 4, 接杆 41伸出锁紧气缸 4的一端通过固定在缸盖 1上的连接耳 8枢接在 缸盖 1上, 由于连接耳 8的与接杆 41的枢接部距离缸盖 1有一定的距离, 因此能够托 起锁紧气缸 4, 以使锁紧气缸 4整体与缸盖 1分离, 进而防止了接杆 41与缸盖 1之间 的摩擦。 吊臂 3上远离缸盖 1中心的一端枢接有开盖气缸 5, 开盖气缸 5与缸体 2的缸壁 平行设置, 并且开盖气缸 5的中部与缸体 2固定连接, 以向吊臂 3施以向下的力进而 使缸盖 1沿垂直方向旋转, 打开缸盖 1, 为了增加开盖气缸 5的力, 开盖气缸 5还连 接有配重 7, 配重 7配合开盖气缸 5向吊臂 3施力。 本发明还包括控制系统, 控制系统与锁紧气缸 4电连接, 控制锁紧气缸 4的启动 与停止,控制系统与开盖气缸 5电连接,控制开盖气缸 5驱动吊臂 3沿垂直方向旋转。 本发明在使用时, 锁紧到位状态下, 齿 12与槽 213处于非配合位置, SP, 齿 12 位于卡箍 21上的相邻两槽 213之间的中间位置的下方,此时,缸盖 1无法沿垂直方向 旋转, 进而起到了阻止缸盖 1打开的作用。 在预进行解锁程序时, 控制系统向锁紧气 缸 4发出指令, 启动锁紧气缸 4, 活塞杆沿锁紧气缸 4向外运动, 进而带动接杆 41向 外运动推动缸盖 1绕其中心轴线旋转, 当旋转至齿 12与槽 213的配合位置时, SP, 齿 12位于槽 213内时, 即完成了缸盖 1与缸体 2的解锁, 解锁完成后, 控制系统向开盖 气缸 5发出指令, 开盖气缸 5向吊臂 3施力, 使吊臂 3拉动缸盖 1一起沿垂直方向上 旋转, 进而打开缸盖 1。 实施例二: 本发明的缸盖自动锁紧装置, 不但具有实施例一中的结构, 并且卡箍 21的外缘上 分别设置有解锁到位行程开关 212和锁紧到位行程开关 211,缸盖 1上设置有撞块 11, 撞块 11的一端固定在缸盖 1上, 另一端设置有撞头 111, 在缸盖 1与缸体 2闭合状态 下, 撞头 111位于解锁到位行程开关 212和锁紧到位行程开关 211之间, 并具有碰触 解锁到位行程开关 212的解锁到位状态和碰触锁紧到位行程开关 211的锁紧到位状态。 解锁到位行程开关 212与控制系统电连接,在解锁到位状态下,解锁到位行程开关 212 向控制系统发出解锁到位信号; 锁紧到位行程开关 211与控制系统电连接, 在锁紧到 位状态下, 锁紧到位行程开关 211 向控制系统发出锁紧到位信号。 为了增强信号的发 出功能, 锁紧气缸 4上还可以设置到位磁性感应装置, 在解锁到位状态下, 活塞杆带 动接杆 41伸出并触动到位磁性感应装置,此时, 到位磁性感应装置与解锁到位行程开 关 212各自向控制系统发出解锁到位信号,控制系统在接到到位磁性感应装置和 /或解 锁到位行程开关 212发出的解锁到位信号后, 控制锁紧气缸 4停止动作; 在锁紧到位 状态下, 活塞杆带动接杆 41缩回并触动到位磁性感应装置, 此时, 到位磁性感应装置 与锁紧到位行程开关 211各自向控制系统发出锁紧到位信号, 控制系统在接到到位磁 性感应装置和 /或锁紧到位行程开关 211发出的锁紧到位信号后, 控制锁紧气缸 4停止 动作。 本发明在使用时, 控制系统向锁紧气缸 4发出指令, 锁紧气缸 4启动, 当解锁到 位时, 撞块 11的撞头 111碰触解锁到位行程开关 212, 活塞杆带动接杆 41伸出, 触 动到位磁性感应装置, 到位磁性感应装置和解锁到位行程开关 212各自发出解锁到位 信号,控制系统在接到到位磁性感应装置和 /或解锁到位行程开关 212发出的解锁到位 信号后, 控制锁紧气缸 4停止供气, 至此解锁程序完成。 锁紧时, 自动控制系统发出 指令, 启动锁紧气缸 4, 当锁紧到位时, 撞头 111碰触锁紧到位行程开关 211, 活塞杆 带动接杆 41缩回并触动到位磁性感应装置,此时, 到位磁性感应装置和锁紧到位行程 开关 211各自发出锁紧到位信号, 控制系统在接到到位磁性感应装置和 /或锁紧到位行 程开关 211发出的锁紧到位信号后, 控制锁紧气缸 4停止供气, 至此锁紧程序完成。 实施例三: 本发明的缸盖自动锁紧装置, 与实施例二的区别在于, 还包括泄压装置, 泄压装 置与控制系统电连接, 控制缸盖 1打开前缸体 2内的最大压力值。 其中, 泄压装置优 选地包括: 与缸体 2内部连通的气动球阀 6以及设置于气动球阀 6上的安全手柄 61, 安全手柄 61与控制系统电连接,接受控制系统的指令进行旋转, 以使气动球阀 6与大 气相通或与大气隔绝, 安全手柄 61水平设置于气动球阀 6的上端, 安全手柄 61具有 位于缸盖 1上方的部位; 缸盖 1上设置有限位结构 13, 在缸盖 1锁紧到位状态下, 安 全手柄 61位于缸盖 1上方的部位抵住限位结构 13, 以防止缸盖 1的转动; 当安全手 柄 61旋转至气动球阀 6与大气相通时, 安全手柄 61位于缸盖 1的外缘的外侧并与限 位结构 13分离, 此时启动锁紧气缸 4, 缸盖 1可以沿其中心轴线旋转, 进而实现缸盖 1 的解锁, 本发明还包括压力检测装置, 该压力检测装置与控制系统电连接, 将其检 测到的缸体 2内部压力值反馈至控制系统。 本发明在使用时, 利用控制系统设置最高压力值为 0.2kg/cm2, 最高温度为 85 °C。 如图 1和图 2所示, 缸盖 1与缸体 2闭合状态下, 由于安全手柄 61抵住限位结构 13, 以使得缸盖 1无法进行旋转, 进而无法打开缸盖 1。 本装置预解锁时, 自动控制系统 首先发出指令, 旋转安全手柄 61, 使气动球阀 6与大气相通, 进行泄压, 此时, 安全 手柄 61位于缸盖 1的外缘的外侧并与限位结构 13分离。 当压力检测装置检测到缸体 2内气体压力降至 0.2kg/cm2以下时, 将压力值信息反馈给控制系统; 控制系统接到反 馈信号后, 启动锁紧气缸 4, 当开锁到位时, 如图 3和图 4所示, 撞头 111触动解锁 到位行程开关 212, 活塞杆带动接杆 41伸出并触动到位磁性感应装置, 此时, 到位磁 性感应装置和解锁到位行程开关 212各自发出解锁到位信号, 控制系统在接到到位磁 性感应装置和 /或解锁到位行程开关 212发出的解锁到位信号后,控制锁紧气缸 4停止 供气, 至此解锁程序完成。 锁紧时, 自动控制系统发出指令, 启动锁紧气缸 4, 当锁 紧到位时, 撞头 111触动锁紧到位行程开关 211, 活塞杆带动接杆 41缩回并触动到位 磁性感应装置, 此时, 到位磁性感应装置和锁紧到位行程开关 211各自发出锁紧到位 信号, 控制系统在接到到位磁性感应装置和 /或锁紧到位行程开关 211发出的锁紧到位 信号后, 控制锁紧气缸 4停止供气; 锁紧气缸 4停止供气后, 控制系统向安全手柄 61 发出指令, 旋转安全手柄 61, 至安全手柄 61抵住限位结构 13, 防止缸盖 1的旋转, 至此锁紧程序完成。 本发明由于限位块的阻挡作用, 开锁时只有先打开安全手柄 61泄压的情况下,锁 紧气缸 4才能运行, 这样就起到了安全保护作用。 本装置安全可靠, 生产制造机械化 和自动化水平高, 省时省力, 劳动效率高。 本发明还提供了一种筒子纱染色机, 具有缸盖 1和缸体 2, 缸盖 1与缸体 2之间 设置有缸盖自动锁紧装置, 其中, 缸盖自动锁紧装置为上述的缸盖自动锁紧装置。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明的缸盖自动锁紧装置及包括该装置的筒子纱 染色机, 通过在缸盖 1与缸体 2之间设置驱动装置, 通过驱动装置的驱动端驱动缸盖 1绕缸盖 1的中心轴线旋转, 以锁紧或解锁缸盖 1。本发明利用驱动装置的驱动作用取 代了人工旋转缸盖 1, 不仅操作力大, 而且可一次连续旋转到位; 可节省劳动力, 提 高生产效率, 大大降低劳动力成本, 大大提高了设备的机械化和自动化水平, 有利于 实现自动化生产。 本发明的缸盖自动锁紧装置除了适用于纺织染整设备行业外, 还可以适用于其他 装置的缸盖 1锁紧或解锁, 只要能够实现缸盖 1的自动锁紧或解锁即可。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

驱动装置, 具有驱动端, 所述驱动端连接到所述缸盖(1)上偏离所述缸盖 (1) 的中心轴线的位置以驱动所述缸盖 (1) 绕所述缸盖的中心轴线旋转, 以 锁紧或解锁所述缸盖 (1)。

在所述锁紧到位状态下, 所述安全手柄(61)位于所述缸盖(1)上方的部 位抵住所述限位结构 (13), 以防止所述缸盖 (1) 的转动;
当所述安全手柄(61)旋转至所述气动球阀(6)与大气相通时, 所述安全 手柄 (61) 位于所述缸盖 (1) 的外缘的外侧并与所述限位结构 (13) 分离。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的缸盖自动锁紧装置,其特征在于,还包括压力检测装置, 所述压力检测装置与所述控制系统电连接, 检测所述缸体(2) 内压力值, 并将 检测到的压力值反馈至所述控制系统。
