技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及钻石镶嵌领域,具体涉及一种嵌钻结构及嵌钻方法以及嵌钻眼镜。
背景技术
[0002] 随着人们对时尚生活的不断追求,曾几何时,璀璨的钻石已经代替了传统的黄金饰品,成为纯洁、高尚和尊贵的象征,花前月下求婚的重要信物。目前,钻石在饰品上镶嵌的方式有多种,主要有以下八种:
1.轨道镶,它是在镶口侧边车出槽位,将钻石放进位槽位中,并打压结实的一种镶嵌办法。这种样式的缺陷是不能充分表现钻石的美,成本较高,镶嵌时容易形成钻石损坏等。
[0003] 2.排镶,这种样式是将钻石成排成串密集地镶嵌,钻石被镶嵌在戒指上的各个孔洞中,使钻石与戒指简直在同一平面上,这种样式的缺陷是镶嵌时风险性大,由于在镶嵌过程中钻石易被损坏,钻石的固定水平不如上述其它样式,钻戒的外表也不如沟缘形和察耐尔平整。
[0004] 3.爪镶,这是镶嵌工艺中最常见而且操作相对简单的一种工艺。爪镶就是用金属爪将宝石扣牢在托架上的办法。这种样式的缺陷是容易勾住衣服、毛巾或头发,或对别人构成伤害,佩戴者需非常留意。
[0005] 4.微镶,在显微镜下操作,对工艺请求十分严谨、精致。这种样式的缺陷是不便于操作。
[0006] 5.吉普赛镶,先将钻石镶入能较好包住钻石腰部的孔洞中,然后经过锤击四周的金属以固定钻石。这种样式的缺陷是费时,镶嵌时也易形成钻石损坏。
[0007] 6.无边镶,在公主方的腰以下开有划一的槽,金属的爪卡在里面,对工艺请求十分的高。这种样式的缺陷是不便于操作,镶嵌困难。
[0008] 7.卡镶,也称迫镶,其原理应用金属的张力固定宝石的腰部(有时分是腰部与底尖的局部),这种镶嵌办法的缺陷是宝石被金属固着的位置非常有限,受力点较小,钻石易脱落。
[0009] 8.包边镶,用金属边将宝石周围都圈住的一种工艺,多用于一些较大的宝石,特别是拱面的宝石,由于较大的拱面宝石用爪镶工艺不容易将其扣牢,而且长爪又影响整体美观。主要应用于有色宝石,更好的展示宝石的颜色。其缺陷是所需金属较多,加工繁琐、成本高,且进入钻石的光相对较少,使得钻石的美不能得到充分表现。
[0010] 综上所述,现有的饰品上镶嵌钻石的方式容易使钻石损坏、成本高、镶嵌钻石困难以及钻石易脱落。
发明内容
[0011] 为了解决背景技术的问题,本发明提供一种更加美观、通透、镶嵌装卡简便的裸钻嵌钻结构及嵌钻方法,同时提供一种嵌钻眼镜,该嵌钻结构及嵌钻方法更能体现钻石的魅力,使裸钻的冠部和亭部光线相透,充分表现出钻石耀眼的光彩及裸钻的美感。镶嵌钻石省时省力、不会损坏钻石、成本低及镶嵌钻石牢固;该嵌钻眼镜便于加工、美观、成本低及生产效率高。
[0012] 本发明的技术方案是:一种嵌钻镜腿结构包括饰品本体及钻石,所述的钻石设有冠部、腰部和亭部,饰品本体上设有钻石的腰部能够装入的通孔,所述的通孔一端设有阻挡钻石的腰部的边沿,钻石的亭部上套设有弹性片,弹性片向钻石的腰部方向凹入,弹性片的外边缘与通孔内壁相卡。
[0013] 所述的弹性片的外边缘设有矩形齿片。
[0014] 所述的弹性片的外边缘开有一个或多个“V”型豁口。
[0015] 所述的弹性片为圆环形或椭圆环形。
[0016] 所述的饰品本体上的通孔的内壁设有卡槽,弹性片的外边缘位于卡槽内。
[0017] 所述的饰品本体为戒指、手链、吊坠、项链、眼镜、镜腿。
[0018] 一种上述的嵌钻结构的嵌钻方法,该方法步骤如下:①将钻石的冠部装入饰品本体上的通孔内并使钻石的腰部与通孔的边沿相抵;②将弹性片套在钻石的亭部,向通孔内压入弹性片直至弹性片向内凹入并完全进入到通孔内使钻石不松动为止,在弹性片的弹性张力作用下钻石被牢固地固定在饰品本体上的通孔内,嵌钻完成。
[0019] 一种包含上述的嵌钻结构的嵌钻眼镜,还包括镜框,镜框上安装有镜片并设有桩头及鼻梁,镜框上连接有镜腿,镜腿为饰品本体。
[0020] 本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,钻石通过弹性片固定在饰品本体上的通孔内,镶嵌钻石方便,省时省力,利用弹性片的弹性张力固定钻石,当弹性片受反向力时,反向力作用在弹性片的拱形面上,作用力传递到弹性片的边缘并倾斜作用在饰品本体上的通孔内壁上,抗反向变形的力较大,因此,固定钻石牢固,钻石不易脱落,在安装时也不会损坏钻石,成本较低。

由图1结合图2-图6所示,一种嵌钻镜腿结构,包括饰品本体1及钻石2,所述的钻石2设有冠部21、腰部22和亭部23,饰品本体1上设有钻石2的腰部22能够装入的通孔3,所述的通孔3一端设有阻挡钻石2的腰部22的边沿4,钻石2的亭部23上套设有弹性片5,弹性片5向钻石2的腰部22方向凹入,弹性片5的外边缘与通孔3内壁相卡。钻石2通过弹性片5固定在饰品本体1上的通孔3内,镶嵌钻石2方便,省时省力,利用弹性片5的弹性张力固定钻石2,当弹性片5受反向力时,反向力作用在弹性片5的拱形面上,作用力传递到弹性片5的边缘并倾斜作用在饰品本体1上的通孔3内壁上,抗反向变形的力较大,因此,固定钻石2牢固,钻石2不易脱落,在安装时也不会损坏钻石2,成本较低。

[0033] 一种上述的嵌钻结构的嵌钻方法,该方法步骤如下:①将钻石2的冠部21装入饰品本体1上的通孔3内并使钻石2的腰部22与通孔3的边沿4相抵;②将弹性片5套在钻石2的亭部23,向通孔3内压入弹性片5直至弹性片5向内凹入并完全进入到通孔3内使钻石2不松动为止,在弹性片5的弹性张力作用下钻石2被牢固地固定在饰品本体1上的通孔3内,嵌钻完成。这种嵌钻方法简单,易掌握,嵌钻省时省力。
[0034] 由图6所示,一种包含上述的嵌钻结构的嵌钻眼镜,还包括镜框8,镜框8上安装有镜片10并设有桩头11及鼻梁12,镜框8上连接有镜腿9,镜腿9为饰品本体1。这种嵌钻眼镜中钻石镶嵌方便,成本低。

  1. 一种嵌钻结构,包括饰品本体(1)及钻石(2),所述的钻石(2)设有冠部(21)、腰部(22)和亭部(23),其特征在于:饰品本体(1)上设有钻石(2)的腰部(22)能够装入的通孔(3),所述的通孔(3)一端设有阻挡钻石(2)的腰部(22)的边沿(4),钻石(2)的亭部(23)上套设有弹性片(5),弹性片(5)向钻石(2)的腰部(22)方向凹入,弹性片(5)的外边缘与通孔(3)内壁相卡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌钻结构,其特征在于:所述的弹性片(5)的外边缘设有矩形齿片(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌钻结构,其特征在于:弹性片(5)的外边缘开有一个或多个“V”型豁口。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种嵌钻结构,其特征在于:所述的弹性片(5)为圆环形或椭圆环形。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种嵌钻结构,其特征在于:饰品本体(1)上的通孔(3)的内壁设有卡槽(7),弹性片(5)的外边缘位于卡槽(7)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种嵌钻结构,其特征在于:饰品本体(1)为戒指、手链、吊坠、项链、眼镜、镜腿。
  7. 一种权利要求1所述的嵌钻结构的嵌钻方法,其特征在于:该方法步骤如下:①将钻石(2)的冠部(21)装入饰品本体(1)上的通孔(3)内并使钻石(2)的腰部(22)与通孔(3)的边沿(4)相抵;②将弹性片(5)套在钻石(2)的亭部(23),向通孔(3)内压入弹性片(5)直至弹性片(5)向内凹入并完全进入到通孔(3)内使钻石(2)不松动为止,在弹性片(5)的弹性张力作用下钻石(2)被牢固地固定在饰品本体(1)上的通孔(3)内,嵌钻完成。
  8. 一种包含权利要求1所述的嵌钻结构的嵌钻眼镜,其特征在于:还包括镜框(8),镜框(8)上安装有镜片(10)并设有桩头(11)及鼻梁(12),镜框(8)上连接有镜腿(9),镜腿(9)为饰品本体(1)。
