- 절첩하여 부피를 줄일 수 있는 자전거 휠에 있어서;좌우측에 평면을 구비하는 원판형으로 이루어져 중앙에 형성되는 제1 축홀(11)과, 상기 제1 축홀(11)을 중심으로 방사형으로 다수 형성되되 일측 방향으로 절개되고 그 끝단에 인접하여 제1 힌지홀(12)을 구비하는 제1 힌지브라켓(13)으로 구성되는 제1 허브(1)와;일 끝단에는 제1 힌지(21)가 형성되어 상기 제1 허브(1)의 제1 힌지홀(12)에 결합하여 방사형으로 펼쳐졌다가 상기 제1 힌지브라켓(13)의 절개된 방향으로 접히도록 구성되는 제1 스포크(2)와;상기 제1 스포크(2)의 제1 힌지(21)가 형성되는 타측 끝단에 장착되어 상기 제1 힌지브라켓(13)의 절개된 방향으로 돌출되는 제1 힌지결합부(31)를 구비하고, 방사형으로 연장되어 끝단에 시계 또는 반 시계 방향으로 연장되는 제1 림(32) 및 상기 제1 림(32)이 장착되는 제1 타이어편(33)을 구비하는 제2 스포크(3)와;상기 제1 허브(1)와 대칭을 이루며 대응하는 제2 축홀(41)과, 제2 힌지홀(42)을 구비하는 제2 힌지브라켓(43)으로 구성되는 제2 허브(4)와; 상기 제1 스포크(3)와 대칭을 이루는 제2 힌지(51)를 구비하는 제3 스포크(5)와;상기 제3 스포크(5)의 제2 힌지(51)가 형성되는 타측 끝단에 장착되어 상기 제2 힌지브라켓(43)의 절개된 방향으로 돌출되는 제2 힌지결합부(61)를 구비하여 제1 힌지결합부(31)와 회전가능하게 결합되고, 방사형으로 연장되어 끝단에 상기 제1 림(32) 및 제1 타이어편(33)과 타측방향으로 연장되는 제2 림(62) 및 제2 타이어편(63)을 구비하는 제4 스포크(6)를 구비하여;제1 내지 제2 스포크(2, 3)와 제2 내지 제4 스포크(5, 6)가 상기 제1 내지 제2 힌지결합부(31, 61)에 의하여 교차 절첩되며, 다수의 상기 제1 내지 제2 림(32, 62)과 상기 제1 내지 제2 타이어편(33, 63)이 펼쳐졌을 때 상호 밀착되어 링 형상을 이루도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩할 수 있는 자전거 휠.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 허브(1, 4) 사이에는 원판형으로 형성되어 제1 허브(1)의 제1 축홀(11)의 내경 사이에 제1 부쉬(71)를 구비하고 관통하는 제1 축봉(72)을 구비하는 제1 축(7)과; 제2 허브(4)의 제2 축홀(41)의 내경 사이에 제2 부쉬(81)를 구비하고 관통하는 제2 축봉(82)을 구비하는 제2 축(8)을 구비하되; 상기 제1 및 제2 축(7, 8)이 상호 밀착하는 면에는 돌출된 고정돌기(73) 및 이에 상응하는 고정홈(83)이 수 개 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩할 수 있는 자전거.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1,2 힌지브라켓(13,43)은 각각 길이가 긴 것(13a, 43a)과 짧은 것(13b, 43b)이 교대로 방사형으로 형성되고, 인접한 제2 힌지브라켓(43)과 제1 힌지브라켓(13)은 상호 동일한 길이를 가지고 있으며; 짧은 힌지브라켓(13b, 43b)과 연결되는 제2 및 제4 스포크(3, 6)의 에 형성되는 제1 또는 제2 림(32b, 62b)과 제1 또는 제2 타이어편(33b, 63b)은 긴 힌지브라켓(13a, 43a)에 연결되는 제1 또는 제2 림(32a, 62a)과 제1 또는 제2 타이어편(33a, 63a) 보다 짧은 길이를 가지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩할 수 있는 자전거.
