Abstract

Verschluss für eine insbesondere zylindrische Verpackung (1) für Lebensmittel, mit einem eine vorzugsweise zentrale Ausgabeöffnung (6) aufweisenden, einen Teil (5) an der Verpackung (1) zu befestigenden Einsatz (3) und einen gelenkig mit diesem verbundenen, zum oberseitigem Verschließen der Ausgabeöffnung (6) vorgesehenen Deckel (4), der über einen Originalitätsverschluss mit dem Einsatz (3) verbunden ist, wobei der Originalitätsverschluss ein über wenigstens eine Sollbruchstelle (27) mit dem Deckel (4) oder dem Einsatz (3) verbundenes Originalitätselement (9) aufweist, welches in der Verdeckelungssituation seitlich eines insbesondere umlaufenden Randes (12,13) des Verschlusses und somit versetzt zur Ausgabeöffnung (6) angeordnet ist, wobei das Originalitätselement (9) an entgegengesetzten Enden jeweils zumindest einen Anschlag (39,38) Kante aufweist, zwischen denen das Originalitätselement (9) nach dem Lösen des Originalitätsverschlusses an einem Vorsprung (10) des Deckels (4) oder des Einsatzes (3) gehalten ist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Verpackung für Lebensmittel.
