- 차량의 후방에 설치된 브레이크등의 점등부와, 차량의 브레이크페달에 연결되어 운전자가 브레이크페달을 밟으면 온 되는 감지스위치를 포함하는 차량용 브레이크등 제어 시스템에 있어서,상기 브레이크등 내에서 다수개의 LED를 특정 패턴에 따라 배치하여 이루어진 LED램프로 이루어져 다양한 형태나 패턴의 무늬 또는 문양을 디스플레이할 수 있도록 구성되는 점등부;응용 프로그램이 설치되며, 상기 설치된 응용 프로그램에 의해 브레이크등의 패턴을 입력할 수 있는 패턴 입력 수단이 제공되며, 입력된 브레이크등의 패턴 정보를 무선 통신 수단을 통해 전송하는 사용자 단말; 및상기 사용자 단말로부터 무선 통신 수단을 통해 상기 패턴 정보를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 패턴 정보에 따라 상기 점등부의 각 LED램프의 점멸을 제어할 수 있는 제어 신호를 생성하여, 상기 점등부로 전송하는 브레이크등 제어 장치를 포함하는, 가변식 브레이크등 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 사용자 단말은,상기 응용 프로그램의 실행에 따라 상기 브레이크등 제어 장치와 통신하고, 상기 브레이크등 제어 장치로부터 차량 정보를 수신하여 동기화하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변식 브레이크등 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 브레이크등 제어 장치는,차량의 위치와 속도 또는 가속도 등의 정보를 출력하는 GPS를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변식 브레이크등 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 브레이크등 제어 장치는,운전자가 브레이크페달을 밟은 속도 또는 압력을 측정하는 측정센서가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변식 브레이크등 제어 시스템.
- 차량의 후방에 설치된 브레이크등의 점등부와, 차량의 브레이크페달에 연결되어 운전자가 브레이크페달을 밟으면 온 되는 감지스위치를 포함하는 차량용 브레이크등 제어 시스템에 의한 브레이크등 제어 방법에 있어서,사용자 단말에 응용 프로그램이 설치되고, 상기 설치된 응용 프로그램에 의해 브레이크등의 패턴을 입력할 수 있는 패턴 입력 수단이 제공되는 단계;상기 제공된 패턴 입력 수단을 통해 입력된 브레이크등의 패턴 정보를 무선 통신 수단을 통해 차량 내에 설치된 브레이크등 제어 장치로 전송하는 단계;상기 브레이크등 제어 장치에서 상기 사용자 단말로부터 무선 통신 수단을 통해 상기 패턴 정보를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 패턴 정보에 따라 점등부의 각 LED램프의 점멸을 제어할 수 있는 제어 신호를 생성하는 단계;상기 브레이크등 제어 장치에서 상기 생성된 제어 신호를 점등부로 전송하는 단계; 및상기 점등부의 다수의 LED램프가 상기 제어 신호에 따라 해당 패턴으로 온오프 되는 단계를 포함하는, 가변식 브레이크등 제어 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 사용자 단말은,상기 응용 프로그램의 실행에 따라 상기 브레이크등 제어 장치와 통신하고, 상기 브레이크등 제어 장치로부터 차량 정보를 수신하여 동기화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변식 브레이크등 제어 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 브레이크등 제어 장치는,차량의 위치와 속도 또는 가속도 등의 정보를 출력하는 GPS를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변식 브레이크등 제어 방법.
