一种设有磨刀机构的电链锯 技术领域
本发明涉及电链锯领域, 具体涉及一种设有磨刀机构的电链锯。
背景技术
电链锯在使用过程中会带来链条的磨损, 通常采用磨刀器对链条进行打磨。 在打磨时需要停止电链锯的工作, 然后将链条拆卸下来装入到磨刀器中, 打磨 完成后又需将链条装入到电链锯上, 这样的操作费时费力, 而且停止电链锯的 工作会极大地影响了工作效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种设有磨刀机构的电链锯, 无需拆 卸链条即可实现链条的打磨, 并且能够在电链锯工作的同时对链条进行打磨, 省时省力, 提高工作效率。
为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案: 一种设有磨刀机构的 电链锯, 包括机壳、 设在机壳侧部的链板和链条、 设在机壳侧部带动链条运动 的链齿, 所述机壳上位于链齿的外侧设有对链条进行打磨的磨刀机构。
作为优选, 所述磨刀机构包括转接在转接轴上的磨刀把手、 设在磨刀把手 上用于与链条贴合实现打磨的磨刀石、 设在机壳上控制磨刀把手位置从而控制 磨刀石与链条贴合或者分离的位置控制装置。 通过定位装置控制磨刀把手的位 置即可实现链条的打磨, 使用方便。
作为优选, 所述机壳上设有转接轴, 所述磨刀把手转接在转接轴上, 所述 位置控制装置采用套接在转接轴上连接机壳与磨刀把手的扭转弹簧, 所述扭转 弹簧控制磨刀把手复位使得磨刀石与链条分离。 无需手动复位, 节省了操作步 骤, 扭转弹簧套接在转接轴上, 避免了松动偏移。
作为优选, 所述位置控制装置采用连接机壳与磨刀把手的拉伸弹簧, 所述 拉伸弹簧控制磨刀把手复位使得磨刀石与链条分离。 便于拆卸更换。
作为优选, 所述扭转弹簧或拉伸弹簧与机壳之间通过设在机壳上的卡块连 接固定。 连接牢靠。
作为优选, 所述磨刀把手下方设有与磨刀把手底端挡接使得磨刀石与链条 贴合的压板。 压板能够对磨刀把手的底部定位, 避免了磨刀把手的过度转动, 保证了磨刀石与链条贴合度好, 提高了打磨效果。

本发明采用上述技术方案提供一种设有磨刀机构的电链锯, 无需拆卸链条 即可实现链条的打磨, 并且能够在电链锯工作的同时对链条进行打磨, 省时省 力, 提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图 1至图 3所示, 一种设有磨刀机构的电链锯, 包括机壳 1、 设在机壳 1 侧部的链板 2和链条 3、 设在机壳 1侧部带动链条 3运动的链齿 4, 所述机壳 1 上位于链齿 4的外侧设有对链条 3进行打磨的磨刀机构。 所述磨刀机构包括转 接在机壳 1上的磨刀把手 5、设在磨刀把手 5上用于与链条 3贴合实现打磨的磨 刀石 7、设在机壳 1上控制磨刀把手 5位置从而控制磨刀石 7与链条 3贴合或者 分离的位置控制装置。所述机壳 1上设有转接轴 8, 所述磨刀把手 5转接在转接 轴 8上, 所述位置控制装置采用套接在转接轴 8上连接机壳 1与磨刀把手 5的 扭转弹簧 9, 所述扭转弹簧 9控制磨刀把手 5复位使得磨刀石 7与链条 3分离。 所述扭转弹簧 9与机壳 1之间通过设在机壳 1上的卡块 10连接固定。 所述磨刀 把手 5下方设有与磨刀把手 5底端挡接使得磨刀石 7与链条 3贴合的压板 14。 所述磨刀把手 5的底端设有弧形的滑接片 13, 所述滑接片 13与压板 14配合滑 接, 所述滑接片 13的尾部设有与压板 14挡接的挡块 15。 所述磨刀把手 5上设 有磨刀石支架 6, 所述磨刀石 7设在磨刀石支架 6上。所述转接轴 8的顶端设有 对磨刀把手 5在转接轴 8轴向方向上进行限位的螺丝 11和刹车垫片 12。所述磨 刀石 7采用弧形结构。 所述机壳 1侧部位于链板 2的内侧还设有机壳镶件 16, 所述链齿 4和链板 2通过机壳镶件 16连接在机壳 1上, 拆卸方便。
实际工作时, 参照图 1, 向上提拉磨刀把手 5, 使得磨刀把手 5到达如图 3 所示位置,此时磨刀把手 5底端的滑接片 13尾部的挡块 15与压板 14挡接限位, 磨刀把手 5底部的弧形结构的磨刀石 7与链条 3贴合实现打磨; 打磨完成后松 开磨刀把手 5即可, 磨刀把手 5在扭转弹簧 9的作用下复位到图 1中位置。 无 需拆卸链条即可实现链条的打磨, 并且能够在电链锯工作的同时对链条进行打 磨, 省时省力, 提高了工作效率。
实施例二:
如图 4所示, 本实施例的结构与实施例一的结构基本相同, 不同的是所述 位置控制装置采用连接机壳 1与磨刀把手 5的拉伸弹簧 17,所述拉伸弹簧 17控 制磨刀把手 5复位使得磨刀石 7与链条 3分离。 所述拉伸弹簧 17与机壳 1之间 通过设在机壳 1上的卡块 10连接固定。 所述拉伸弹簧 17与磨刀把手 5连接时, 连接在磨刀把手 5 上除转接部位的任何部位, 均能够实现自动复位, 无需手动 复位, 能够节省操作步骤, 并且拆卸方便。

1. 一种设有磨刀机构的电链锯, 包括机壳(1)、 设在机壳(1)侧部的链板(2) 和链条 (3)、 设在机壳 (1) 侧部带动链条 (3) 运动的链齿 (4), 其特征在 于: 所述机壳(1)上位于链齿(4) 的外侧设有对链条(3)进行打磨的磨刀 机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种设有磨刀机构的电链锯, 其特征在于: 所述磨刀 机构包括转接在机壳 (1) 上的磨刀把手 (5)、 设在磨刀把手 (5) 上用于与 链条 (3) 贴合实现打磨的磨刀石 (7)、 设在机壳 (1) 上控制磨刀把手 (5) 位置从而控制磨刀石 (7) 与链条 (3) 贴合或者分离的位置控制装置。
