作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述自动吸滤片机构2内设有吸滤片导轨14,所述吸滤片导轨14一端固定在升降台10上,另一端悬空,所述吸滤片导轨上14设有吸滤片滑块15,所述吸滤片滑块15下端设有吸滤片端16。在自动控制器7的控制器下,吸滤片端16吸取放置在旋转工作台6外的滤片后,升降台10上升,吸滤片滑块15在吸滤片导轨14上滑行,将滤片输送到一次性针头式过滤器下盖上方后,升降台10下降,吸滤片端16松开滤片,可将滤片放置到一次性针头式过滤器下盖内,升降台10上升,吸滤片端16移动到滤片上方,升降台10下降,吸滤片端16吸取滤片,如此重复,实现滤片的自动上料。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第二自动上料机构24内设有第二上料导轨25,所述第二上料导轨25一端固定在升降台10上,另一端悬空,所述第二上料导轨25上设有第二上料滑块26,所述第二上料滑块26下端设有第二上料爪臂27。在自动控制器7的控制器下,第二上料爪臂27抓取放置在旋转工作台6外的一次性针头式过滤器上盖后,升降台10上升,第二上料滑块26在第二上料导轨25上滑行,带动第二上料爪臂27将一次性针头式过滤器上盖输送到一次性针头式过滤器下盖上方,升降台10下降,第二上料爪臂27松开一次性针头式过滤器上盖,可将一次性针头式过滤器上盖安装到一次性针头式过滤器下盖上,升降台10上升,第二上料爪臂27移动到一次性针头式过滤器上盖上方,升降台10下降,第二上料爪臂27抓取一次性针头式过滤器上盖,如此重复,实现一次性针头式过滤器上盖的自动上料以及安装。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述自动卸料机构4内设有卸料导轨17,所述卸料导轨17一端固定在升降台10上,另一端悬空,所述卸料导轨17上设有卸料滑块18,所述卸料滑块18下端设有卸料爪臂19。在自动控制器7的控制器下,卸料爪臂19抓取放置在旋转工作台6内且装配好的一次性针头式过滤器后,升降台10的上升,卸料滑块18在卸料导轨17上滑行,带动卸料爪臂19将装配好的一次性针头式过滤器输送到旋转工作台6外,升降台10上降,可将装配好的一次性针头式过滤器放置到收集箱里,升降台10的上升,卸料爪臂19移动到装配好的一次性针头式过滤器上方,升降台10的下降,卸料爪臂19抓取一次性针头式过滤器,如此重复,实现一次性针头式过滤器的自动卸料。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述旋转工作台6上设有若干个定位夹具20,并按顺序依次将定位夹具20编号。一次性针头式过滤器下盖可固定放置在定位夹具20上。在旋转工作台6旋转时,定位夹具20可防止一次性针头式过滤器下盖位移。可根据实际的生产工艺需要,将第一自动上料机构1、自动吸滤片机构2、第二自动上料机构24以及自动卸料机构4依次设置在不同位置的定位夹具20上方。
在本发明中,优选的方案是,8个定位夹具20均匀分布在旋转工作台6上,并按顺时针依次对定位夹具20的位置进行编号。第一自动上料机构1安装在第一个位置的定位夹具上方,自动吸滤片机构2安装在第三个位置的定位夹具上方,第二自动上料机构24安装在第五个位置的定位夹具上方,自动卸料机构4安装在第七个位置的定位夹具上方。在第二个位置的定位夹具旁还设有感应控制器23,该感应控制器23可检测第二个位置的定位夹具上是否有一次性针头式过滤器下盖并反馈到自动控制器7,自动控制器7控制吸滤片机构的动作。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,还包括滤片冲裁模具8,所述滤片冲裁模具8设置在吸滤片导轨14的悬空端下方。滤片冲裁模具8可将滤纸冲裁出所需形状的滤片。在吸滤片导轨14、吸滤片滑块15以及升降台10的作用下,吸滤片端16可将冲裁好的滤片输送到一次性针头式过滤器下盖内。
当然,本发明还包括滤纸卷发机构和滤纸卷取机构,配合冲裁模具可实现滤片的自动生产。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,还包括第一送料机构和第二送料机构,所述第一送料机构设有第一振动盘21以及第一送料通道22,所述第一送料通道22一端与第一振动盘21连接,另一端设置在第一上料导轨11的悬空端下方,工作时,可将一次性针头式过滤器下盖放置到第一振动盘21内,可在第一振动盘21的作用下,一次性针头式过滤器下盖可输送到第一送料通道22末端,第一上料爪臂13可将第一送料通道22末端的一次性针头式过滤器下盖抓取并输送到定位夹具20上。所述第二送料机构设有第二振动盘28以及第二送料通道29,所述第二送料通道29一端与第二振动盘28连接,另一端设置在第二上料导轨25的悬空端下方。工作时,可将一次性针头式过滤器上盖放置到第二振动盘28内,可在第二振动盘28的作用下,一次性针头式过滤器上盖可输送到送料通道29末端,第二上料爪臂27可将第二送料通道29末端的一次性针头式过滤器上盖抓取并安装到一次性针头式过滤器下盖上。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:包括机架(5)以及设置在机架(5)上的自动控制器(7)和旋转工作台(6),旋转工作台(6)上方设有第一自动上料机构(1)、自动吸滤片机构(2)、第二自动上料机构(24)以及自动卸料机构(4),所述自动控制器(7)与旋转工作台(6)、第二自动上料机构(1)、自动吸滤片机构(2)、第二自动上料机构(24)以及自动卸料机构(4)电联接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:还包括设置在旋转工作台(6)上方的升降台(10),所述升降台(10)上依次设有第一自动上料机构(1)、自动吸滤片机构(2)、第二自动上料机构(24)以及自动卸料机构(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:所述第一自动上料机构(1)内设有第一上料导轨(11),所述第一上料导轨(11)一端固定在升降台(10)上,另一端悬空,所述第一上料导轨(11)上设有第一上料滑块(12),所述第一上料滑块(12)下端设有第一上料爪臂(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:所述自动吸滤片机构(2)内设有吸滤片导轨(14),所述吸滤片导轨(14)一端固定在升降台(10)上,另一端悬空,所述吸滤片导轨上(14)设有吸滤片滑块(15),所述吸滤片滑块(15)下端设有吸滤片端(16)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:根据权利要求2所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:所述第二自动上料机构(24)内设有第二上料导轨(25),所述第二上料导轨(25)一端固定在升降台(10)上,另一端悬空,所述第二上料导轨(25)上设有第二上料滑块(26),所述第二上料滑块(26)下端设有第二上料爪臂(27)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:所述自动卸料机构(4)内设有卸料导轨(17),所述卸料导轨(17)一端固定在升降台(10)上,另一端悬空,所述卸料导轨(17)上设有卸料滑块(18),所述卸料滑块(18)下端设有卸料爪臂(19)。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6任意一项所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:所述旋转工作台(6)上设有若干个定位夹具(20)。
  8. 根据权利要求2至6任意一项所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:还包括滤片冲裁模具(8),所述滤片冲裁模具(8)设置在吸滤片导轨(14)的悬空端下方。
  9. 根据权利要求2至6任意一项所述的一次性针头式过滤器装配机,其特征在于:还包括第一送料机构和第二送料机构,所述第一送料机构设有第一振动盘(21)以及第一送料通道(22),所述第一送料通道(22)一端与第一振动盘(21)连接,另一端设置在第一上料导轨(11)的悬空端下方,所述第二送料机构设有第二振动盘(28)以及第二送料通道(29),所述第二送料通道(29)一端与第二振动盘(28)连接,另一端设置在第二上料导轨(25)的悬空端下方。
