Description

一种再贴方便的软质白板 技术领域
本实用新型涉及软质白板,尤指一种再贴方便的软质白板,所谓“再贴”指在一处贴过后,能便利的摘取下来贴到另一处,既使软质白板完好无损,又不伤及墙面等。
背景技术
软质白板具有可反复书写擦拭或\和投影的功能,较传统硬塑白板有可卷曲、运输方便、占用空间少及美观等优势。目前市场上的软质白板主要通过四种原理张贴:磁性、静电、真空吸附或胶粘。磁性吸附要求被贴表面具有磁性特征;静电、真空吸附粘结力较弱,不可实现长期粘贴;现有胶粘产品无法在长期与反复粘贴间取得平衡,若需长期粘贴,剥离时会残胶或破坏乳胶墙面;若需反复粘贴,就无法保证长期粘贴。故目前无一种软质白板可同时满足便捷、可长期和可反复粘贴于乳胶墙、玻璃、木板等平整致密表面。
白板应用时一般张贴于乳胶墙面,虽软质白板较传统硬塑白板有较多的优点,但因张贴的缺陷极大限制了其广泛应用。如何实现软质白板再贴方便,是软质白板走上应用新台阶的一个重要课题。
技术问题
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的上述不足及适应市场需求,提供一种再贴方便的软质白板,能同时实现便捷、长期并反复粘贴于乳胶墙、玻璃、木板等平整致密表面。
技术解决方案
为此,本实用新型一种再贴方便的软质白板采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型一种再贴方便的软质白板,包括作为基材的薄膜,所述薄膜的一面为能书写擦拭或\和投影的使用面,所述薄膜的另一面制有粘胶涂层,所述粘胶涂层为具有弹性软胶特性的高分子聚合物涂层。
对上述技术方案进行进一步阐述:
所述粘胶涂层为聚氨酯涂层、聚丙烯酸酯涂层或有机硅树脂涂层。
所述薄膜为PET薄膜、PP薄膜或PVC薄膜,或复合薄膜。
所述薄膜的厚度为20~300um。
所述薄膜的所述另一面上或者设有软磁片。
所述粘胶涂层上贴覆离型材料层。
所述离型材料层为涂硅、氟素离型膜或涂硅离型纸。
本实用新型运用真空吸附和胶粘原理,其具体的贴接机理是:所述粘胶涂层为低粘性及低表面张力特性,粘接强度不大,但弹性好、凝聚力强,粘贴时,粘胶涂层快速与被粘接体(如乳胶漆墙、玻璃、不锈钢或木板等平整致密表面)贴合,使软质白板在被贴表面的粘合力迅速达到最大值,容易形成密闭的大气负压接触面,被粘接体表面通过密闭的大气负压接触面对作为基材的薄膜产生足够的吸附力,在足够的吸附力与低强度粘接力的共同作用下,使薄膜与被粘接体表面紧紧贴接。由于这种贴接不是仅仅依赖于粘接力,而是主要靠粘胶涂层与被粘接体表面形成的大气负压接触面的吸附力作用,所以既不会脱落,同时又具有重复粘贴性,再贴便捷,移摘时不会伤薄膜,也不会伤及被粘接体,不留残胶。
有益效果
同现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:其一,解决了白板在乳胶漆墙、玻璃、不锈钢及木板等无法同时兼顾便捷、长期和反复粘贴的问题。所述粘胶涂层与被粘接体表面形成了稳定的粘合力和真空吸附力,使得白板在低粘特性情况下亦可实现长期粘贴性能。其二,重复粘贴性能好,移摘时不破坏软质白板及被粘接体、不留残胶。其三,耐候性优异,所述粘胶涂层的粘性及弹性在时间或环境的变化下保持稳定,实现长期张贴于乳胶墙、玻璃、木板等平整致密表面。其四,能促进软质白板的广泛应用,能使社会真正享用到软质白板相对传统硬质白板的优势和进步。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种再贴方便的软质白板,包括作为基材的薄膜1,所述薄膜的一面为能书写擦拭或\和投影的使用面,该使用面经过涂布处理或砂化处理,所述薄膜的另一面制有粘胶涂层2,所述粘胶涂层2为具有弹性软胶特性的高分子聚合物涂层。
所述粘胶涂层2为聚氨酯涂层、聚丙烯酸酯涂层或有机硅树脂涂层,也可以是它们中至少两种的组合。
所述薄膜1为PET薄膜、PP薄膜或PVC薄膜,或复合薄膜。
所述薄膜1的厚度为20~300um。
所述薄膜1的所述另一面上或者设有软磁片,当被粘接体为铁质体时,可以发挥磁场吸引力的作用,利于贴接。
所述粘胶涂层2上贴覆离型材料层3。离型材料层3起保护所述粘胶涂层2的作用,粘贴时,将离型材料层3撕掉。
所述离型材料层3为涂硅、氟素离型膜或涂硅离型纸。

1.一种再贴方便的软质白板,包括作为基材的薄膜,所述薄膜的一面为能书写擦拭或\和投影的使用面,其特征在于:所述薄膜的另一面制有粘胶涂层,所述粘胶涂层为具有弹性软胶特性的高分子聚合物涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再贴方便的软质白板,其特征在于:所述粘胶涂层为聚氨酯涂层、聚丙烯酸酯涂层或有机硅树脂涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种再贴方便的软质白板,其特征在于:所述薄膜为PET薄膜、PP薄膜或PVC薄膜,或复合薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种再贴方便的软质白板,其特征在于:所述薄膜的厚度为20~300um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种再贴方便的软质白板,其特征在于:所述薄膜的另一面上设有软磁片。
