Description

一种再贴方便的相纸及广告膜 技术领域
本发明涉及相纸及广告膜,尤指一种再贴方便的相纸及广告膜,所谓“再贴”指在一处贴过后,能便利的撕下贴到另一处,既使相纸及广告膜完好无损,又不伤及如墙面、板面或页面等所贴之处。
背景技术
背胶相纸或广告膜是一种在日常生活中应用越来越广泛的产品,但目前此类产品在使用中存在较多的缺陷:粘贴后粘性会随着时间的延长而增加,最终导致产品难以剥离,剥离时易破坏产品、被粘基材或产生残胶;尤其在乳胶墙面,无法同时兼顾便捷、长期和反复粘贴。以上缺陷影响了其使用范围,增加了更换时的劳动强度和材料成本。
同时,中国专利公开了“一种不伤及墙面的塑胶墙贴”(申请号201020185533.9,授权公告号CN201857362U)。该专利类似于双面胶带,能粘置在年画、记事贴等物件背面,使诸类物件能贴在墙壁上或衣柜的表面上。该专利为了解决传统的塑胶墙贴的粘胶层通常用白粘胶、黄胶、双面胶等胶材致使往往出现粘接不牢且只能粘接一次或对墙面等造成损伤的问题,提出了在塑粘层的底面粘置粘胶层的技术方案,且粘胶层采用经加极性处理的弹性软胶薄层,该弹性软胶薄层为苯乙烯嵌段共聚物涂层。该专利虽然能多次粘贴且不伤及墙面等,但需要两层胶材,制造工艺繁琐。
技术问题
本发明旨在克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种再贴方便的相纸及广告膜。其能长期粘贴于乳胶漆墙、玻璃、不锈钢或木板等平滑致密表面不脱落,同时又具有重复粘贴性,移摘便捷,不伤及产品本身或被粘基材、不留残胶。
技术解决方案
为此,本发明一种再贴方便的相纸及广告膜采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种再贴方便的相纸及广告膜,包括本体,所述本体为相纸或广告膜,其特征在于:还包括粘胶涂层及离型材料层,粘胶涂层涂制在本体的背面,离型材料层贴覆在粘胶涂层上,所述粘胶涂层为具有弹性软胶特性的高分子聚合物涂层。

所述粘胶涂层为聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、或有机硅树脂。
所述相纸为RC相纸、背面淋膜的铸涂相纸或膨润相纸。
所述广告膜为一面涂布有吸墨涂层的PP薄膜、PVC薄膜、PET薄膜或复合薄膜。
所述离型材料层为涂硅、氟素离型膜或涂硅离型纸。
本发明运用真空吸附和胶粘原理,其具体的贴接机理是:所述粘胶涂层为低粘性及低表面张力特性,粘接强度不大,但弹性好、凝聚力强,粘贴时,粘胶涂层快速与被粘接体(如乳胶漆墙、玻璃、不锈钢或木板等平整致密表面)贴合,使本体在被贴表面的粘合力迅速达到最大值,容易形成密闭的大气负压接触面,被粘接体表面通过密闭的大气负压接触面对作为本体的相纸或广告膜产生足够的吸附力,在足够的吸附力与低强度粘接力的共同作用下,使本体与被粘接体表面紧紧贴接。由于这种贴接不是仅仅依赖于粘接力,而是主要靠粘胶涂层与被粘接体表面形成的大气负压接触面的吸附力作用,所以既不会脱落,同时又具有重复粘贴性,再贴便捷,移摘时不会伤薄膜,也不会伤及被粘接体,不留残胶。
有益效果
同现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:其一,解决了相纸及广告膜在乳胶漆墙、玻璃、不锈钢及木板等无法同时兼顾便捷、长期和反复粘贴的问题。所述粘胶涂层与被粘接体表面形成了稳定的粘合力和真空吸附力,使得相纸及广告膜在低粘特性情况下亦可实现长期粘贴性能。其二,重复粘贴性能好,移摘时不破坏相纸及广告膜及被粘接体、不留残胶。其三,耐候性优异,所述粘胶涂层的粘性及弹性在时间或环境的变化下保持稳定,实现长期张贴于乳胶墙、玻璃、木板等平整致密表面。其四,拓宽了背胶相纸或广告膜的使用范围,降低了更换时的劳动强度及材料成本。

如图1所示,一种再贴方便的相纸及广告膜,包括本体1,所述本体1为相纸或广告膜,还包括粘胶涂层2及离型材料层3,粘胶涂层2涂制在本体1的背面,离型材料层3贴覆在粘胶涂层2上,所述粘胶涂层2为具有弹性软胶特性的高分子聚合物涂层。当然,本体1的正面为相纸的图像面或广告膜的字画面。

具体使用时,只要将离型材料层3撕去,将作为本体1的相纸或广告膜贴附在被粘接的乳胶漆墙、玻璃、不锈钢或木板等表面,轻轻的按压即可。当需要更换位置时,轻轻地从相纸或广告膜贴的边缘撕摘下来,再贴附到新的位置,贴附及撕摘十分便捷。
