本发明公开一种便于剥离的增印保护膜,其基材层下表面通过有机硅压敏胶层与一雾面离型纸粘合连接,所述雾面离型纸由第一淋膜层、离型纸原纸层、第二淋膜层、雾面涂层和离型剂涂层依次层叠构成;制备工艺主要由下列步骤组成:将0.5份纳米SiO2粉体、0.45份纳米Al2O3粉体和0.35份硅烷偶联剂加入8~10份甲苯中进行超声波处理获得预分散液;将100份乙烯基硅氧烷、0.3份含氢硅氧烷加入120份丁酮中进行机械搅拌获得聚合物溶液;将步骤1的预分散液、步骤2的聚合物溶液混合并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌,从而获得调制后的聚合物溶液。本发明提高了与离型剂涂层接触的雾面涂层表面粗糙度均匀性,解决离型纸的淋膜层与离型剂涂层结合力不稳定的技术问题。

本发明提供一种便于剥离的增印保护膜,该便于剥离的增印保护膜使得有机硅胶面雾度效果好,使得胶面达到低反光效果;且提高了与离型剂涂层接触的雾面涂层表面粗糙度均匀性,解决离型纸的淋膜层与离型剂涂层结合力不稳定的技术问题,有利于剥离以及避免残留压敏胶和将离型剂残留于压敏胶层上。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种便于剥离的增印保护膜,包括一基材层,此基材层上面涂覆一用于印刷油墨的增印涂层,此基材层下表面通过有机硅压敏胶层与一雾面离型纸粘合连接,所述雾面离型纸由第一淋膜层、离型纸原纸层、第二淋膜层、雾面涂层和离型剂涂层依次层叠构成,所述雾面涂层朝向所述离型剂涂层的表面的表面粗糙度为2.821um~3.324um;所述制备工艺主要由下列步骤组成:
第一步:在离型纸原纸的两侧表面,用淋膜机各淋膜一层淋膜层,然后冷却;
第二步:在任意一淋膜层上涂覆一层厚度为0.2~2微米的雾面涂层剂,该雾面涂层剂进一步通过以下工艺获得:
步骤1. 将0.5份纳米SiO2粉体、0.45份纳米Al2O3粉体和0.35份硅烷偶联剂加入8~10份甲苯中进行超声波处理获得预分散液;
步骤2. 将100份乙烯基硅氧烷、0.3份含氢硅氧烷加入120份丁酮中进行机械搅拌获得聚合物溶液;
步骤3. 将步骤1的预分散液、步骤2的聚合物溶液混合并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌,从而获得调制后的聚合物溶液;
步骤4. 在所述调制后的聚合物溶液加入0.2~0.5份铂金并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌获得所述雾面离型溶剂;
第三步:将离型纸的雾面涂层剂通过烘烤进行聚合反应得到雾面涂层;
第四步:在所述雾面涂层的表面涂覆一层离型剂涂层。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述纳米SiO2粉体的直径范围为10~15nm,所述纳米Al2O3粉体的直径范围为25~35nm。
2. 上述方案中,所述第一、第二淋膜层的材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯或者聚氯乙烯。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明便于剥离的增印保护膜,其特定直径和含量的纳米SiO2粉体、纳米Al2O3粉体在溶剂下与硅烷偶联剂经超声波共同作用,且机械搅拌和超声波搅拌组合,有利于纳米SiO2粉体、Al2O3粉体呈均匀分布,特定的聚合物溶液和预分散液采用不同的溶剂,降低纳米SiO2粉体、Al2O3颗粒的表面能,进一步利于粉体颗粒在溶剂中的分散,提高了与离型剂涂层接触的雾面涂层表面粗糙度均匀性,解决离型纸的淋膜层与离型剂涂层结合力不稳定的技术问题,有利于剥离以及避免残留压敏胶和将离型剂残留于压敏胶层上。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种便于剥离的增印保护膜,包括一基材层1,此基材层1上面涂覆一用于印刷油墨的增印涂层2,此基材层1下表面通过有机硅压敏胶层3与一雾面离型纸4粘合连接,所述雾面离型纸4由第一淋膜层5、离型纸原纸层6、第二淋膜层7、雾面涂层8和离型剂涂层9依次层叠构成,所述雾面涂层朝向离型剂涂层的表面的表面粗糙度为2.821μm ~3.324μm;所述制备工艺主要由下列步骤组成:
第一步:在离型纸原纸的两侧表面,用淋膜机各淋膜一层淋膜层,然后冷却;
第二步:在任意一淋膜层上涂覆一层厚度为0.2~2微米的雾面涂层剂,该雾面涂层剂进一步通过以下工艺获得:
步骤1. 将0.5份纳米SiO2粉体、0.45份纳米Al2O3粉体和0.35份硅烷偶联剂加入8~10份甲苯中进行超声波处理获得预分散液;
步骤2. 将100份乙烯基硅氧烷、0.3份含氢硅氧烷加入120份丁酮中进行机械搅拌获得聚合物溶液;
步骤3. 将步骤1的预分散液、步骤2的聚合物溶液混合并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌,从而获得调制后的聚合物溶液;
步骤4. 在所述调制后的聚合物溶液加入0.2~0.5份铂金并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌获得所述雾面离型溶剂;
第三步:将离型纸的雾面涂层剂通过烘烤进行聚合反应得到雾面涂层;
第四步:在所述雾面涂层的表面涂覆一层离型剂涂层。
上述纳米SiO2粉体的直径范围为12nm,所述纳米Al2O3粉体的直径范围为30nm。
上述实施例1中第一、第二淋膜层的材质分别为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯。

1.一种便于剥离的增印保护膜,包括一基材层(1),此基材层(1)上面涂覆一用于印刷油墨的增印涂层(2),此基材层(1)下表面通过有机硅压敏胶层(3)与一雾面离型纸(4)粘合连接,其特征在于:所述雾面离型纸(4)由第一淋膜层(5)、离型纸原纸层(6)、第二淋膜层(7)、雾面涂层(8)和离型剂涂层(9)依次层叠构成,所述雾面涂层朝向离型剂涂层的表面的表面粗糙度为2.821μm~3.324μm;所述制备工艺主要由下列步骤组成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的便于剥离的增印保护膜,其特征在于:所述纳米SiO2粉体的直径范围为10~15nm,所述纳米Al2O3粉体的直径范围为25~35nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于剥离的增印保护膜,其特征在于:所述第一、第二淋膜层的材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯或者聚氯乙烯。
