背景技术
丙烯酸胶黏剂用于将某种物体粘连在另一种物体上。人们对于各种家具或电子产品的款式、颜色等视觉上的要求更加重视,因此电子产品的外观显得尤为重要,这对粘胶带的要求也越来越高,常常需要粘着力强且厚度在较薄的粘胶带。对于电子产品或者其它产品,一旦使用粘胶带,则需要该粘胶带在温差变化大的情况下能一直维持粘性,且能容易将胶黏剂从薄膜上剥离,其次,现有技术在兼顾均匀性等其它性能下,提高雾面粗糙度存在瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明提供一种丙烯酸压敏胶带,该丙烯酸压敏胶带提高了与离型剂涂层接触的雾面涂层表面粗糙度均匀性,解决离型纸的淋膜层与离型剂涂层结合力不稳定的技术问题,有利于剥离以及避免残留压敏胶和将离型剂残留于压敏胶层上。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种丙烯酸压敏胶带,所述丙烯酸压敏胶带通过以下步骤获得:
第一步. 制备雾面丙烯酸胶黏剂,该雾面丙烯酸胶黏剂进一步通过以下工艺获得:
步骤1. 将0.25份微米级SiO2粉体、0.3份微米级Al2O3粉体和1份硅烷偶联剂加入14份丁酮中进行超声波处理获得预分散液;

步骤4. 将步骤2的调制后预分散液、步骤3的聚合物溶液混合并依次加入松香树脂5份,帖烯树脂4份,偶氮化合物1.4份,N-亚硝基化合物6份,进行机械高速搅拌和超声波搅拌,从而获得雾面丙烯酸胶黏剂混合物;

1. 本发明丙烯酸压敏胶带,其采用纳米级和微米级SiO2粉体、Al2O3粉体和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸乙酯,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷在机械搅拌和超声波搅拌共同作用与硅烷偶联剂、异氰酸酯共同作用,相对单一使用纳米级或微米级SiO2粉体、Al2O3粉体,提高了丙烯酸胶黏剂粗糙度,也有利于SiO2粉体、Al2O3粉体均匀分布和在体系中的分散;其次,偶氮化合物,N-亚硝基化合物的加入,也避免了SiO2粉体、Al2O3粉体在体系中的沉降,提高了与基材结合力。
2. 本发明丙烯酸压敏胶带,松香树脂,帖烯树脂与甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸乙酯,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷共同作用,避免了了由SiO2粉体、Al2O3粉体加入导致的耐高温性能的下降,提高了耐高温性能,以及在温差变化下的粘度的稳定性,从而提高了产品的可靠性。
