一种对数压扩律的多级并行式超高速ADC及DAC,在零电压降的电压跟随器开关支持下,设计了一种无损临界开关组,可以在分压电阻中直接获取A/D转换和D/A转换的量化电压,简化了转换环节,减小了转换误差,实现了多级多位并行、超高速、对数压广率、高位转换、低误差的A/D转换和D/A转换。
