但是相应的柔软度和方便性会降低。 各节软硬线的长度及间隔可以相同也可以不同, 如果要实现硬线间相互锁扣, 最好是可锁扣的那些硬线节长度一致。 考虑到产品美观, 硬线节(即硬线部 30)和软线节(即软线部 10) 的线径可做成 一样, 一种方法是在耳机内部导线上分别套上直径相同但硬度不同的套管, 软线节所 用套管很软, 而硬线节所用套管偏硬, 也可以是一体式套管, 但其在硬线节对应部位 套管加硬处理。 另一种方法是只在硬线节处包裹金属箔或者塑料薄膜等不易缠绕的薄 片, 这样基本也不影响线径的一致性。 如果硬线节和软线节线径可以不一样, 只在硬 线节位置加粗加硬即可。 如图 2所示, 硬线节的两端可设置第一连接部 301, 在本实施例中, 该第一连接 部采用锁扣, 使得硬线节相互可锁住, 缩短有效耳机线长。 在本实施例中, 上述第一 连接部可以设置在硬线节两端, 也可以设置在每节硬线中段, 也可以采用磁铁等方法, 其要达到的效果是硬线节之间锁扣住后需要施加外力才可分开。 如图 3所示, 一般手机的耳机线上都设有麦克盒 901, 内部有麦克及一些控制电 路, 可在这些电路上增加一个第二耳塞插座 9011, 而第二耳塞对应的第二分支线 701 末端装配有对应的插头 7031, 当需要使用两个耳塞时, 可以装配上, 如仅作为拨打电 话用, 可拆卸掉第二分支线 701, 只使用一个耳塞。 当然, 该第二耳塞插座 9011也可 以不设置在麦克盒 901上,可以在麦克盒 901与第一耳塞之间(即第一分支线 501上), 也可以在麦克盒与耳机插头之间。 第二耳塞分支线可以使用局部加硬的方法, 也可以 不使用局部加硬的方法。 在图 3所示方案中, 连接器为插孔式, 也可以使用插针式、 螺旋式等。 图 4 为根据本发明实施例的耳机使用状态示意图。 如图 4所示, 上述耳机和移动 终端 40连接。需要说明的是, 虽然图 4中采用了局部加粗的方式实现间隔设置软线部 和硬线部, 但是, 本实施例并不限于此, 正如上面上述, 考虑到耳机的美观性, 硬线 部和软线部的线径是可以相同的。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

9. 根据权利要求 8所述的耳机, 其中, 所述第二连接部为插头, 所述耳机还包括: 麦克盒, 设置在所述耳机线上;
所述麦克盒上设置有插座, 与所述插头相配合, 设置为可拆卸连接所述第 二分支线和所述主干线。
10. 一种耳机的加工方法, 包括:
在耳机的耳机线上间隔设置软线部和硬线部。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的方法,其中,所述软线部和硬线部通过以下至少之一方 式设置:
在所述耳机的内部导线的外部设置间隔硬度不同的套管;
所述耳机的内部导线外部设置一体式套管, 其中, 与所述硬线部对应位置 的所述一体式套管进行加硬处理;
在所述硬线部包裹不易缠绕的部件。
