 可変容量型のスクロール膨張機において、要求される背圧を低減して効率を向上させることができるものを提供する。 膨張室40aおよび40bには、それぞれサブ吸入ポート31aおよび31bが設けられる。サブ吸入ポート31aおよび31bには、それぞれ対応するサブポート弁が設けられる。ECU8は、吸入容積を増加させる場合には、吸入容積が小さい膨張室のサブポート弁を開いて吸入容積を拡大し、吸入容積を減少させる場合には吸入容積が大きい膨張室のサブポート弁を閉じて吸入容積を縮小する。

Description

スクロール膨張機
 本発明は可変容量型のスクロール膨張機に関し、とくに2つの膨張室の吸入容積が異なるものに関する。
 スクロール膨張機は、ランキンサイクル等において冷媒を膨張させるために用いられ、吸入ポートから冷媒を吸入し、これを膨張室で膨張させて吐出ポートから吐出する。可変容量型のものは、吸入ポートとして、メイン吸入ポートの他にサブ吸入ポートを備え、サブ吸入ポートを開閉することによって容量を変更する。複数のサブ吸入ポートを備え、容量を多段階に変更するスクロール膨張機の例は、特許文献1に記載される。また、複数のバイパスポートを開閉することによって容量を変更するスクロール圧縮機の例が、特許文献2、3に記載される。
 また、スクロール膨張機において、吸入容積に対する吐出容積の比(容積比)は、膨張室ごとに設計可能である。吐出ポート周辺のデッドスペースを減少させる等の目的で、2つの膨張室の吐出容積を互いに異ならせる場合があるが、このような場合にそれぞれの吐出容積に合わせて吸入容積を決定することにより、容積比を同一に維持することができる。このような構成の例は、スクロール圧縮機に関するものであるが、特許文献4に記載される。
 なお、スクロール膨張機の動作時には、膨張室内の流体がその圧力により可動スクロールを引き剥がす方向に作用する。そのため膨張室内の流体を適切に膨張させるためには可動スクロールの反膨張室側から適切な大きさの背圧を与える必要がある。ここで適正な背圧は膨張室内の圧力分布によって定まる等価荷重と荷重点によって決定する。特に荷重点が固定スクロール中心から離れた場合には可動スクロールを引き剥がすモーメントが大きくなるために荷重点が固定スクロール中心にある場合に比べ大きな背圧を必要とする。そのため2つの膨張室の吸入容積が異なる状態では、吸入容積の比であるアンバランス度が適正な背圧の指標として重要となる。

 しかしながら、従来のスクロール膨張機で、膨張室の容積を可変とし、かつ2つの膨張室の容積比を異ならせた構成において、アンバランス度について特段の配慮をしていない。このため、背圧の設計圧力が必ずしも最適とはならず、結果としてより大きな背圧が要求され膨張機全体の効率が悪化するという問題があった。
 この発明はこのような問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、要求される背圧を低減して膨張機の効率を向上させることができるスクロール膨張機を提供することを目的とする。
 上述の問題点を解決するため、この発明に係るスクロール膨張機は、2つの膨張室と、2つの膨張室に共通して設けられるメイン吸入ポートと、いずれかの膨張室に設けられる、少なくとも1つのサブ吸入ポートと、サブ吸入ポートを開閉するサブポート弁とを備え、サブポート弁が開閉することにより、対応する膨張室の吸入容積を変更するスクロール膨張機において、
 少なくとも1回のサブポート弁の開閉動作において、
   サブポート弁を開く場合に、2つの膨張室のうち、開閉動作直前において吸入容積が小さい方に設けられたサブポート弁を開き、
   サブポート弁を閉じる場合に、2つの膨張室のうち、開閉動作直前において吸入容積が大きい方に設けられたサブポート弁を閉じる。
 このような構成によれば、吸入容積を増加させる場合には吸入容積が小さい膨張室を拡大し、吸入容積を減少させる場合には吸入容積が大きい膨張室を縮小する。
 サブポート弁がすべて閉じた状態において、2つの膨張室は互いに異なる吸入容積を有してもよい。
 サブポート弁の開閉状態に関わらず、2つの膨張室は互いに異なる吸入容積を有してもよい。
 すべてのサブポート弁の開閉動作において、
 サブポート弁を開く場合には、2つの膨張室のうち、開閉動作直前において吸入容積が小さい方に設けられたサブポート弁を開き、
 サブポート弁を閉じる場合には、2つの膨張室のうち、開閉動作直前において吸入容積が大きい方に設けられたサブポート弁を閉じてもよい。
 2つの膨張室は、それぞれ少なくとも1つのサブ吸入ポートを備えてもよい。
 2つの膨張室は、それぞれ複数のサブ吸入ポートを備えてもよい。
 サブポート弁がすべて閉じた状態において、2つの膨張室は互いに等しい膨張比を有してもよい。
 この発明に係るスクロール型膨張機によれば、2つの膨張室における吸入容積のアンバランス度を比較的小さく維持し、要求される背圧を低減して膨張機の効率を向上させることができる。

 以下、この発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る膨張機100を含むランキンサイクルRの構成を示す。ランキンサイクルRはたとえば車両に搭載される。膨張機100はスクロール式の容量可変型膨張機であり、ランキンサイクルRに流通する冷媒を吸入し、膨張して吐出する。
 ランキンサイクルRは、ポンプ1、ボイラー2、膨張機100、コンデンサ3をこの順に環状に接続する循環路を形成しており、作動流体としての冷媒が流通するようになっている。
 ポンプ1は、モータ4によって駆動され、液体の冷媒をボイラー2に圧送する。ボイラー2は、ポンプ1によって送られた冷媒と、車両のエンジン5の排気系統6の排気ガスとを内部で互いに熱交換させ、冷媒を加熱する。
 膨張機100は、その内部で、ボイラー2で加熱された後の高温高圧の冷媒を膨張させ、これによって回転駆動力を取り出す。この回転駆動力は、動力伝達機構7を介してエンジン5に伝達され、エンジン5の回転駆動力を補助する。動力伝達機構7はたとえばプーリおよびベルトによって構成される。コンデンサ3は、膨張機100から吐出された冷媒を内部に流通させてコンデンサ3の周囲の空気と熱交換させ、冷媒を冷却・凝縮させる。そして、ポンプ1は、凝縮した液体の冷媒を再び圧送し、ランキンサイクルRを循環させる。
 図2は膨張機100の構成を示す。膨張機100は、膨張部101と、発電部102とを含んでいる。
 膨張機100は、膨張部101の筐体を構成する膨張部ハウジング10と、発電部102の筐体を構成する発電部ハウジング20とを有している。膨張部ハウジング10は、第一膨張部ハウジング10aおよび第二膨張部ハウジング10bからなる。第二膨張部ハウジング10bの両側に、第一膨張部ハウジング10aおよび発電部ハウジング20が連結されている。
 膨張部101は、第一膨張部ハウジング10aの内部に固定スクロール11を有している。固定スクロール11は、第一膨張部ハウジング10aに固定されている。また、固定スクロール11は、板状の基板11aと渦巻壁11bとによって形成されている。渦巻壁11bは基板11a上に渦巻き状に形成され、基板11aから第二膨張部ハウジング10bに向かう方向に突出する。
 また、膨張部101は、第二膨張部ハウジング10bの内部から第一膨張部ハウジング10aの内部にわたって、固定スクロール11と対向するように、可動スクロール12を有している。可動スクロール12は、固定スクロール11に対して第二膨張部ハウジング10b側に配置されており、固定スクロール11の基板11aと略平行に配置される基板12aと、渦巻壁12bとによって形成されている。渦巻壁12bは基板12a上に渦巻き状に形成され、基板12aから固定スクロール11の基板11aに向かって突出する。また、可動スクロール12では、基板12aから渦巻壁12bと反対側に、筒状のシャフト支持部12dが突出して形成されている。
 そして、可動スクロール12は、その渦巻壁12bが固定スクロール11の渦巻壁11b同士の間にはまりこむようにして、配置されている。可動スクロール12の渦巻壁12bは、固定スクロール11の渦巻壁11bと当接することによって、閉鎖された空間である三日月状の膨張室40を形成することができる。
 また、第一膨張部ハウジング10aの内部では、固定スクロール11に対して可動スクロール12の反対側に、吸入室10cが形成されている。吸入室10cは、第一膨張部ハウジング10aを貫通する吸入通路10dを介して、膨張機100の外部と連通する。
 また、第一膨張部ハウジング10aおよび渦巻壁11bには、渦巻壁11bの最も外側の部分と第一膨張部ハウジング10aとを貫通して延びる吐出通路10eが形成されている。可動スクロール12の位置に応じて、膨張室40と膨張機100の外部とが吐出通路10eを介して連通する。なお、吐出通路10eは実際には図2の断面には現れない位置にあるが(図3および図4参照)、説明の便宜上この断面を通る位置にあるものとして図示している。
 また、膨張部101は、可動スクロール12のシャフト支持部12d側に、駆動シャフト13を有している。駆動シャフト13は、第二膨張部ハウジング10b内の軸受14によって回転可能に支持される拡径部13bと、拡径部13bから発電部ハウジング20側に延びるメインシャフト部13aと、拡径部13bから可動スクロール12のシャフト支持部12d内に延びる偏心シャフト部13cとを一体に有している。
 メインシャフト部13a、拡径部13bおよび偏心シャフト部13cはいずれも略円柱状であり、メインシャフト部13aの中心軸と拡径部13bの中心軸とは同一直線上にある。また、偏心シャフト部13cの中心軸は、メインシャフト部13aおよび拡径部13bの中心軸と平行であるが同一直線上にはない位置に配置される。すなわち、偏心シャフト部13cの中心軸は偏心している。また、偏心シャフト部13cは、ブッシュ15およびその外周の軸受16を介して、シャフト支持部12dと回転自在に嵌合している。
 よって、偏心シャフト部13cは、メインシャフト部13aおよび拡径部13bの中心軸の周りを旋回するように回転することができる。そして、可動スクロール12は、メインシャフト部13aおよび拡径部13bの中心軸の周りを公転運動することによって、偏心シャフト部13cを介して、メインシャフト部13aおよび拡径部13bをその中心軸周りに回転させることができる。また、可動スクロール12が公転運動することによって、膨張室40がメイン吸入ポート30と連通して形成され、その後メイン吸入ポート30から隔絶されて固定スクロール11の基板11aの周縁に移動しつつ、容積を増大させる。
 メインシャフト部13aの端部は、発電部ハウジング20に設けられた軸受20bによって回転可能に支持され、さらに発電部ハウジング20から突出して動力伝達機構7のプーリ(図1参照)に連結されている。また、発電部ハウジング20の内部において、メインシャフト部13aの周りにロータ21が設けられ、メインシャフト部13aと一体に回転するように固定されている。さらに、発電部ハウジング20の内周面には、ロータ21を取り囲むようにして、コイル22aを有するステータ22が固定されている。そして、発電部ハウジング20、メインシャフト部13a、ロータ21およびステータ22は、発電部102を構成し、発電部102は、メインシャフト部13aが回転されてロータ21が回転することによってステータ22のコイル22aに電流を発生することができる。
 図3および図4は、図2のIII-III線による断面図である。なお、図3と図4とでは、可動スクロール12の位置が異なっており、いずれも必ずしも図2における可動スクロール12の位置とは整合しない。
 固定スクロール11の基板11aには、吸入室10cと膨張室40とを連通する吸入ポートとして、単一のメイン吸入ポート30と、複数のサブ吸入ポート31aおよび31bとが形成されている。メイン吸入ポート30はたとえば基板11aの中央を貫通して設けられる。メイン吸入ポート30は、少なくとも膨張機100の膨張動作中は常に開いている。
 可動スクロール12の位置に応じて、少なくとも2つの膨張室40が固定スクロール11と可動スクロール12とによって画定される。これらの膨張室40の一部は、同一の膨張室が膨張行程において異なる位相にあるものとみなせる。たとえば図3では、サブ吸入ポート31aに対応する膨張室40aと、サブ吸入ポート31bに対応する膨張室40bとがそれぞれ2つずつ形成されている。なお、メイン吸入ポート30は双方の膨張室に共通して設けられる。
 サブ吸入ポート31aおよび31bには、それぞれ対応するサブポート弁(図示せず)が設けられ、これらのサブポート弁が開閉することによりサブ吸入ポート31aおよび31bが開閉する。本実施形態では、サブ吸入ポート31aを第1のサブ吸入ポートとし、サブ吸入ポート31bを第2のサブ吸入ポートとし、サブ吸入ポート31aのサブポート弁を第1のサブポート弁とし、サブ吸入ポート31bのサブポート弁を第2のサブポート弁とする。これらのサブポート弁が開閉することにより、それぞれ対応する膨張室40aおよび40bの吸入容積を変更することができる。
 サブポート弁はすべてECU8(図1)に接続されており、ECU8からの制御信号に応じて開閉する。なお、サブポート弁の具体的な構成はとくに示さないが、当業者であれば公知技術を用いて適切なサブポート弁を構成することができる。たとえば特許文献1~3に記載されるようなサブポート弁を用いてもよい。
 図3は、膨張室40aのうち外側のもの(すなわち膨張行程において最も進行した位相にあるもの)が、吐出開始位相(すなわち膨張行程完了位相)にある状態を示す。図4は、膨張室40bのうち外側のものが吐出開始位相にある状態を示す。固定スクロール11と可動スクロール12とでスクロール巻き数が異なるため、吐出開始位相における2つの膨張室の容積(吐出容積)は異なっており、膨張室40bの吐出容積(図4)は膨張室40aの吐出容積(図3)よりも大きい。
 サブ吸入ポート31aおよび31bが開いている場合には、これらが閉じている場合と比較して各膨張室の吸入行程の完了が遅くなるので、吸入容積がより大きくなる。このように、膨張機100の吸入容積は、各サブポートに対応するサブポート弁の開閉により可変となる。
 次に、図1~図4を用いて、この発明の実施の形態1に係る膨張機100およびその周辺の動作を説明する。
 図1を参照すると、車両のエンジン5の稼動中、エンジン5から排気系統6に排出された排気ガスは、ボイラー2の内部を流通した後、車両の外部に排出される。このとき、エンジン5の回転駆動力が動力伝達機構7を介して膨張機100に伝達され、それによって、膨張部101および発電部102が回転駆動される。
 また、エンジン5の稼動中、ポンプ1がモータ4によって駆動される。これによって、ポンプ1は、液体状態の冷媒をボイラー2に向かって圧送する。ポンプ1によって断熱加圧作用を受けた冷媒は、ボイラー2において排気ガスと熱交換を行うことによって等圧加熱されて高温高圧の過熱蒸気となり、膨張機100に吸入され、断熱膨張して流出する。流出した冷媒は、コンデンサ3に流入し、コンデンサ3では周囲の空気すなわち外気と熱交換を行うことによって等圧冷却されて凝縮し液体状態となって流出する。さらに、コンデンサ3から流出した冷媒は、ポンプ1に吸入されて再度圧送され、ランキンサイクルRを循環する。
 図2をあわせて参照すると、ボイラー2から流出した高温高圧の冷媒は、膨張部101の吸入通路10dを通って吸入室10cに流入する。さらに、吸入室10cからメイン吸入ポート30(および、開いている場合にはサブ吸入ポート31aおよび31b)を通って膨張室40に流入する。膨張室40内の冷媒は、その膨張力によって膨張室40の容積を増大させる方向への回転駆動力を可動スクロール12に付与し、それにより、膨張室40は、固定スクロール11の基板11aの中央のメイン吸入ポート30近傍で形成された後、可動スクロール12の回転に伴ってその容積を増加させつつ基板11aの周縁に向かって移動し、吐出通路10eと連通するようになる。そして、容積を増加させた膨張室40内で膨張した冷媒は、膨張部101の外部に排出される。
 このとき、冷媒の膨張力による可動スクロール12の回転駆動力が、駆動シャフト13を介して伝達されることで、発電部102のロータ21を回転駆動すると共にエンジン5の回転駆動力を補助する。
 ロータ21が回転することによって、ステータ22のコイル22aに交流電流が発生し、発生した交流電流は、図示しないコンバータで直流電流に変換された後、バッテリ等に充電される。
 図5に、膨張室40aおよび40bの吸入容積と、各サブポート弁の開閉動作とに関する制御の具体例を示す。ECU8は、膨張機100の吸入容積を、状態1(吸入容積:小)、状態2(吸入容積:中)、状態3(吸入容積:大)の3段階に制御する。図5において、第1の膨張室は膨張室40aに対応し、第2の膨張室は膨張室40bに対応する。
 なお、メイン吸入ポート30ならびにサブ吸入ポート31aおよび31bの位置および形状は、図5に示す吸入容積を実現するように設計されているものとする。双方の膨張室のサブポート弁が閉じている状態(状態1)において、第1の膨張室40aの吸入容積0.9は、第2の膨張室40bの吸入容積1.1よりも小さい。
 状態1における吸入容積は、それぞれの膨張室の吐出容積に対応して設計されており、膨張室40aの膨張比と膨張室40bの膨張比とは互いに等しいものとする。ここで、「等しい」とは、必ずしも厳密に等しい構成に限らず、所定の誤差範囲内であればよい。たとえば膨張比が小さい方を基準として±10%の誤差範囲内であればよい。具体例として、膨張室40aの膨張比が10.0であり、膨張室40bの膨張比が11.0であるような場合にも、これらの膨張比は互いに等しいとみなすことができる。
 第1のサブポート弁が開き第2のサブポート弁が閉じている状態(状態2)では、第1の膨張室40aの吸入容積1.8は、第2の膨張室40bの吸入容積1.1よりも大きく、吸入容積比(アンバランス度)は[1.8/1.1≒1.6]となる。なお、この状態は、第2のサブポート弁を先に開いた状態(本実施形態では実現しない参考状態。アンバランス度2.4)と比較すると、アンバランス度がより低く抑えられている。このため、参考状態と比較すると、より低い背圧でほぼ同程度の吸入容積を実現することができ、膨張機の効率を向上させることができる。
 双方のサブポート弁が開いている状態(状態3)では、第1の膨張室40aの吸入容積1.8は、第2の膨張室40bの吸入容積2.2よりも小さい。また、状態1と同様に、状態3における吸入容積も、それぞれの膨張室の吐出容積に対応して設計されており、膨張室40aの膨張比と膨張室40bの膨張比とは互いに等しいものとする。ここでも、「等しい」とは、必ずしも厳密に等しい構成に限らず、たとえば膨張比が小さい方を基準として±10%の誤差範囲内であればよい。
 ECU8は、膨張機100の運転状態に応じ、適宜膨張機100の吸入容積を増減させるために各サブポート弁の開閉動作を行う。なお、開閉動作をトリガするための条件については、当業者が適宜決定可能であるので具体的な記載を省略する。
 ECU8が膨張機100の吸入容積を増加させる場合、すなわちサブポート弁のいずれかを開く場合には、2つの膨張室のうち、開閉動作直前において吸入容積が小さい方に設けられたサブポート弁を開く。図5において、状態1では第1の膨張室40aのほうが吸入容積が小さいので、状態1から状態2に移行する際には第1のサブポート弁を開く。また、状態2では第2の膨張室40bのほうが吸入容積が小さいので、状態2から状態3に移行する際には第2のサブポート弁を開く。
 同様に、ECU8が膨張機100の吸入容積を減少させる場合、すなわちサブポート弁のいずれかを閉じる場合には、2つの膨張室のうち、開閉動作直前において吸入容積が大きい方に設けられたサブポート弁を閉じる。図5において、状態3では第2の膨張室40bのほうが吸入容積が大きいので、状態3から状態2に移行する際には第2のサブポート弁を閉じる。また、状態2では第1の膨張室40aのほうが吸入容積が大きいので、状態2から状態1に移行する際には第1のサブポート弁を閉じる。
 なお、図5から明らかなように、各サブポート弁の開閉状態に関わらず、膨張室40aと膨張室40bとは互いに異なる吸入容積を有する。
 以上のように、本発明の実施の形態1に係る膨張機100によれば、吸入容積を増加させる場合には吸入容積が小さい膨張室を拡大し、吸入容積を減少させる場合には吸入容積が大きい膨張室を縮小する。これによって、2つの膨張室における吸入容積のアンバランス度を比較的小さく維持し、要求される背圧を低減して膨張機の効率を向上させることができる。
 上述の実施の形態1において、以下のような変形を施すことができる。
 実施の形態1では、サブ吸入ポートが開くことによって吸入容積が2倍になる位置にサブ吸入ポートが設けられているが、サブ吸入ポートの位置はこれに限らない。
 実施の形態1では、サブポート弁の開閉動作すべてにおいて、「吸入容積を増加させる場合には小さいほうを拡大し、吸入容積を減少させる場合には大きいほうを縮小する」という動作を実施しているが、これはすべての開閉動作において実施する必要はない。少なくとも1回の開閉動作について実施すれば、その部分について本願発明の効果を得ることができる。たとえば、吸入容積を増加させる場合には実施の形態1と同様に状態1から状態2を経由して状態3に遷移する制御を行う一方で、吸入容積を減少させる場合には状態3から参考状態を経由して状態1に遷移する制御を行ってもよく、あるいは状態3から同時に双方のサブポート弁を閉じて直接的に状態1に遷移する制御を行ってもよい。
 実施の形態1では、各サブポート弁の開閉状態に関わらず、膨張室40aと膨張室40bとは互いに異なる吸入容積を有する。変形例として、各サブポート弁の開閉状態によっては、膨張室40aと膨張室40bとの吸入容積が等しくなる場合があってもよい。たとえば、すべてのサブポート弁が閉じている場合や、すべてのサブポート弁が開いている場合に吸入容積が異なっていればよい。このような場合であっても、吸入容積が異なっている状態においては本願発明に係る制御を実施することができる。
 実施の形態1ではサブ吸入ポートの数は2であるが、サブ吸入ポートの数は1であってもよく、また3以上であってもよい。
 サブ吸入ポートが1つである場合、膨張機の制御状態は、図5の状態1および状態2に相当する2つの状態のみとなるか、または、図5の状態2および状態3に相当する2つの状態のみとなる。いずれにしても、実施の形態1において説明した「吸入容積を増加させる場合には小さいほうを拡大し、吸入容積を減少させる場合には大きいほうを縮小する」という制御に該当することになる。また、複数のサブ吸入ポートにそれぞれサブポート弁を設ける代わりに、複数のサブ吸入ポートの一部について、複数のサブ吸入ポートの開閉を1つの弁体で同時に行なうようにしてもよい。
 また、図6に示すように、サブポート弁をそれぞれの膨張室に複数設けてもよい。これらのサブポート弁の位置および形状はどのように設計されてもよいが、たとえばサブポート弁が1つ開くごとに各膨張室の吸入容積の大小関係が逆転するように配置することができる。このような構成における制御の具体例は次のようになる。すべてのサブポート弁が閉じた状態から、まず第1の膨張室の最初のサブポート弁を開き、次に第2の膨張室の最初のサブポート弁を開き、次に第1の膨張室の2番目のサブポート弁を開き、次に第2の膨張室の2番目のサブポート弁を開き、以下同様に交互にサブポート弁を開いていく。
 膨張機100は、膨張部101のみによって構成され、発電部102を含まないものであってもよい。

  1.  2つの膨張室と、
     2つの前記膨張室に共通して設けられるメイン吸入ポートと、
     いずれかの前記膨張室に設けられる、少なくとも1つのサブ吸入ポートと、
     前記サブ吸入ポートを開閉するサブポート弁と
    を備え、前記サブポート弁が開閉することにより、対応する前記膨張室の吸入容積を変更するスクロール膨張機において、
     少なくとも1回の前記サブポート弁の開閉動作において、
       前記サブポート弁を開く場合に、2つの前記膨張室のうち、前記開閉動作直前において吸入容積が小さい方に設けられたサブポート弁を開き、
       前記サブポート弁を閉じる場合に、2つの前記膨張室のうち、前記開閉動作直前において吸入容積が大きい方に設けられたサブポート弁を閉じる
    スクロール膨張機。
  2.  前記サブポート弁がすべて閉じた状態において、2つの前記膨張室は互いに異なる吸入容積を有する、請求項1に記載のスクロール膨張機。
  3.  前記サブポート弁の開閉状態に関わらず、2つの前記膨張室は互いに異なる吸入容積を有する、請求項1に記載のスクロール膨張機。
  4.  すべての前記サブポート弁の開閉動作において、
     前記サブポート弁を開く場合には、2つの前記膨張室のうち、前記開閉動作直前において吸入容積が小さい方に設けられたサブポート弁を開き、
     前記サブポート弁を閉じる場合には、2つの前記膨張室のうち、前記開閉動作直前において吸入容積が大きい方に設けられたサブポート弁を閉じる、請求項1に記載のスクロール膨張機。
  5.  2つの前記膨張室は、それぞれ少なくとも1つの前記サブ吸入ポートを備える、請求項1に記載のスクロール膨張機。
  6.  2つの前記膨張室は、それぞれ複数の前記サブ吸入ポートを備える、請求項5に記載のスクロール膨張機。
  7.  前記サブポート弁がすべて閉じた状態において、2つの前記膨張室は互いに等しい膨張比を有する、請求項1に記載のスクロール膨張機。
