Abstract
一种切割机的对位装置,其包括:安装座(10)、及安装于安装座(10)上的万向滚珠(20)。该万向滚珠(20)包括一本体(21)、一第一滚动体(22)、及设于本体(21)与第一滚动体(22)之间的多个第二滚动体(23)。本体(21)一端设有容置槽(24)从而形成容置槽侧壁(241),另一端设有连接部(27)以与安装座(10)配合连接。第二滚动体(23)可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁(241)上,且本体(21)上设有与容置槽(24)连通的进气孔(25),容置槽侧壁(241)对应该进气孔(25)向外延伸设置抵靠部(26),抵靠部(26)的侧面设有出气口(261)。该切割机的对位装置通过万向滚珠(20)对玻璃基板进行对位,降低了成本。
Description
切割机的对位装置 技术领域
本发明涉及 TFT-LCD 制程技术领域, 尤其涉及一种切割机的对位装 置。 背景技术
液晶显示装置简称 LCD ( Liquid Crystal Display ) , 其工作原理是在 两片平行的玻璃当中放置液晶分子, 两片玻璃中间有许多垂直和水平的细 小电线, 透过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向, 将光线折射出来产生画 面。 由于液晶显示装置具有机身薄、 省电、 无辐射等众多优点, 因此得到 了广泛的应用。 在现有的液晶显示装置的制造工艺中, 一般是在较大的玻 璃基板上制作多个液晶显示单元, 在生产过程中需要对玻璃基板进行切割 以形成多个液晶显示单元而进行后续加工。 随着液晶显示装置生产工艺的 发展, 液晶面板世代的提高, 玻璃基板的尺寸及重量均越来越大, 在液晶 显示面板的制程中, 真空贴合后和切割前这段过程中, 玻璃基板是最重 的, 因而, 产生了在切割前的预对位常常由于基板的重量过大使摩擦力过 大, 从而造成对位异常情况出现的问题。
为了解决上述问题, 现有的切割机例如日本三星钻石生产的 8.5 代切 割机(Non Cross type 型) , 其预对位及一切后对位、 二切后对位均是通 过工作台上设置的浮垫(Float pad )进行对位, 如图 1 所示, 该切割机包 括一本体(未图示) 、 设于本体上的安装座 100、 及设于安装座 100上的 浮垫 200, 该浮垫 200由多孔碳纤维材料制成, 该浮垫 200的对位方式主 要是: 将玻璃基板停置于浮垫 200上, 将干燥空气从浮垫 200的微小孔径 中吹出, 相当于减轻了玻璃基板的大部分重力, 从而得到良好的对位效 果。 然而, 多孔碳纤维材料的价格过于昂贵, 在很大程度上增加了生产成 本, 不利于普及。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切割机的对位装置, 其对位效果优异, 成 本低。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种切割机的对位装置, 其包括: 安装 座、 及安装于安装座上的万向滚珠, 该万向滚珠包括一本体、 一第一滚动
体、 及设于本体与第一滚动体之间的数个第二滚动体, 本体一端设有容置 槽从而形成容置槽侧壁, 该第二滚动体可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁上, 且 本体上设有与容置槽连通的进气孔, 容置槽侧壁对应该进气孔向外延伸设 置抵靠部, 抵靠部的侧面设有出气口, 在本体另一端设有连接部以与安装 座配合连接。
所述容置槽侧壁在自由端相对延伸设置一挡沿, 该数个第二滚动体排 列于该挡沿与抵靠部之间。
所述连接部设有外螺纹, 安装座对应连接部设有一螺纹孔以螺接该连 接部的外螺纹。
所述进气孔一端设于本体的侧面, 另一端设于容置槽中心处。
所述出气口均匀设置于抵靠部侧面。
所述出气口为通孔或凹槽。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明所提供的切割机的对位装置, 其釆用万向 滚珠来代替由多孔碳纤维材料制成的浮垫对玻璃基板进行对位, 万向滚珠 设有与容置槽连通的进气孔, 进气孔用于通入气体以将容置槽侧壁的异物 如玻璃粉尘吹掉, 保证万向滚珠的顺利使用, 从而保证对位效果, 并在很 大程度上降低了成本。

为更进一步阐述本发明所釆取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明
的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
如图 2-6 所示, 本发明提供一种切割机的对位装置, 其包括: 安装座 10、 及安装于安装座上的万向滚珠 20, 该安装座 10 的工作方式与现有安 装浮垫的安装座的工作方式相同。 本发明通过万向滚珠 20 来代替由多孔 碳纤维材料制成的浮垫对玻璃基板进行对位, 以达到降低成本的目的。
该万向滚珠 20 包括一本体 21、 一第一滚动体 22、 及设于本体 21 与 第一滚动体 22之间的数个第二滚动体 23 , 本体 21—端设有容置槽 24从 而形成容置槽侧壁 241 , 该第二滚动体 23可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁 241 上, 且本体 231上设有与容置槽 24连通的进气孔 25 , 容置槽侧壁 241对 应该进气孔 25 向外延伸设置抵靠部 26 , 抵靠部 26 的侧面设有出气口 261 , 该出气口 261可均匀设置于 4氐靠部 26侧面, 该出气口 261可为通孔 或凹槽, 在本体 21 另一端设有连接部 27以与安装座 10配合连接。 作为 本发明的一优选实施例, 该连接部 27设有外螺纹, 安装座 10对应连接部 27设有一螺纹孔 11以螺接该连接部 27的外螺纹。
该容置槽侧壁 241 在自由端相对延伸设置一挡沿 242, 该数个第二滚 动体 23排列于该挡沿 242与抵靠部 26之间。
优选地, 该进气孔 25—端设于本体 21的侧面, 另一端设于容置槽 24 中心处。
本发明在工作时通过进气孔 25通入干洁空气( Clean Dry Air ) 以将容 置槽侧壁的异物如玻璃粉尘吹掉, 避免异物卡在缝隙间使万向滚珠的滚动 摩擦变为滑动摩擦而影响对位效果。
综上所述, 本发明所提供的切割机的对位装置, 其釆用万向滚珠来代 替由多孔碳纤维材料制成的浮垫对玻璃基板进行对位, 万向滚珠设有与容 置槽连通的进气孔, 进气孔用于通入气体以将容置槽侧壁的异物如玻璃粉 尘吹掉, 保证万向滚珠的顺利使用, 从而保证对位效果, 并在^ ί艮大程度上 降低了成本。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种切割机的对位装置, 包括: 安装座、 及安装于安装座上的万 向滚珠, 该万向滚珠包括一本体、 一第一滚动体、 及设于本体与第一滚动 体之间的数个第二滚动体, 本体一端设有容置槽从而形成容置槽侧壁, 该 第二滚动体可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁上, 且本体上设有与容置槽连通的 进气孔, 容置槽侧壁对应该进气孔向外延伸设置抵靠部, 抵靠部的侧面设 有出气口, 在本体另一端设有连接部以与安装座配合连接。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的切割机的对位装置, 其中, 所述容置槽侧壁 在自由端相对延伸设置一挡沿, 该数个第二滚动体排列于该挡沿与抵靠部 之间。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的切割机的对位装置, 其中, 所述连接部设有 外螺纹, 安装座对应连接部设有一螺纹孔以螺接该连接部的外螺纹。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的切割机的对位装置, 其中, 所述进气孔一端 设于本体的侧面, 另一端设于容置槽中心处。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的切割机的对位装置, 其中, 所述出气口均匀 设置于抵靠部侧面。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的切割机的对位装置, 其中, 所述出气口为通 孔或凹槽。
