Sans modifier la position au niveau de laquelle le connecteur (30) est retiré de l'appareil périphérique (3), lorsqu'on place l'unité d'identification individuelle (28) au niveau de la position du connecteur (30), ce qui permet d'avoir une approche et d'échanger des informations avec un lecteur (101) ménagé dans un appareil externe (100), il est possible de retenir facilement la section intégrée d'étiquette d'une section de connecteur d'endoscope au lecteur d'un dispositif d'endoscopie-nettoyage/désinfection afin d'échanger des informations avec ce dernier.
