Definitions
- the present invention relates to an attachment for attaching an injector.
- Patent Document 1 An attachment for attaching an injector for injecting fuel to a vehicle engine to a fuel pipe and a cylinder head of the engine is used (see Patent Document 1).
- Patent Document 1 discloses a clamp having left and right arm portions that elastically contact and engage with a side surface of an injector and a connecting portion that connects both arm portions.
- three long holes and four slits are formed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction, and six beam portions are formed.
- the clamp described in Patent Document 1 has a complicated shape in which six beam portions are formed on the arm portion. For this reason, it is not easy to punch the metal plate in the process of forming the clamp.
- the present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a fixture made of a metal plate having a simple shape and easy to punch.
- a fixture is a fixture for engaging an injector connected to a fuel pipe and biasing the injector to a cylinder head of an engine.
- a first belt-like portion formed in an annular shape so as to surround the outer periphery of the injector, and formed in an annular shape so as to surround the outer periphery of the injector, and a slit divided in the circumferential direction is formed;
- a first belt-like portion and a second belt-like portion arranged in the axial direction; and a plurality of belt-like elastic portions that connect the first belt-like portion and the second belt-like portion in the axial direction.
- the fixture is formed from a single metal plate.
- the simple shape of the two strip portions and the strip elastic portion connecting them is formed from a single metal plate, the manufacturing cost of the fixture can be reduced.
- the fixture can be easily punched with a simple shape.
- Drawing 1 (a) and Drawing 1 (b) are perspective views of a fixture concerning an embodiment.
- 2A is a view of the fixture viewed from one end side in the axial direction
- FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the fixture shown in FIG. 2A. It is explanatory drawing for demonstrating the attachment state of an injector with an attachment tool.
- FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B are perspective views of a fixture 10 according to the embodiment.
- 2A is a view of the fixture 10 as viewed in the axial direction from one end side
- FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the fixture 10 shown in FIG. 2A.
- FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram for explaining a mounting state of the injector 12 with respect to the mounting tool 10.
- the same or equivalent components and members shown in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repeated description thereof is omitted as appropriate.
- the attachment 10 is used to attach the injector 12 connected to the fuel pipe to the cylinder head of the engine, and functions as a support member for the injector 12.
- the cylinder head is an engine fuel inlet.

- the fixture 10 Since the shape of the 1st strip
- the first belt-like portion 20 includes first flat portions 25, 26, 27, and 28 that are formed flat (referred to as “first flat portion” when these are not distinguished).
- the second belt-like portion 30 includes second flat portions 35, 36, 37, and 38 that are formed flat (referred to as “second flat portions” if they are not distinguished from each other).
- the first belt-like elastic part 40 is connected to the first flat part 25 and the second flat part 35. That is, the plurality of belt-like elastic portions are connected to the first flat portion and the second flat portion.
- the second flat portion has a predetermined circumferential width, and the first flat portion is the same.
- the inner peripheral surface of the first flat portion or the second flat portion abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the annular stepped portion 12 a of the injector 12 and can be engaged with the injector 12. it can. If the first belt-like portion 20 and the second belt-like portion 30 are completely curved surfaces, the diameters of the inner circumferential surfaces of the first belt-like portion 20 and the second belt-like portion 30 and the outer circumferential surface of the annular stepped portion 12a of the injector 12 are almost dimensions. If it is not formed so that there is no error, it will be difficult to engage.
- first flat portion or the second flat portion an allowable dimensional error can be increased with respect to the diameters of the first strip portion 20 and the second strip portion 30. Further, by forming the first flat portion or the second flat portion, the belt-like elastic portion can be easily pressed.
