Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cigarette box. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cigarette box having a structure that lifts up a cigarette row in a stepped manner in order to easily take out cigarettes (cigarettes) accommodated therein.
- Such a cigarette box is provided with a lid via a hinge provided at the upper edge of the box body (box body). Therefore, when taking out the cigarette, the lid is opened and one is taken out from the inside. However, in a state where cigarettes are fully packed, particularly immediately after opening, it is difficult to take out one of them. If this is forcibly taken out, there will be inconveniences such as crushing the suction port (filter) or unnecessarily touching the cigarette filter around the one to be taken out.
- Patent Document 1 has proposed that one cigarette be taken out from a packed cigarette box.
- This Patent Document 1 discloses a structure for pulling up a cigarette.
- a part of the packaging material for wrapping the cigarette is adhered to the bottom wall of the box body, and the “knob tab (42)” formed at one end is pinched and pulled. This makes it easy to take out the cigarette on the front row side by pushing up the part that has not been bonded (raising the bottom) and pushing up the cigarette on the front row relative to the other cigarettes.
- the cigarette box according to Patent Document 1 when the lid is opened, the cigarette remains in a flat state as in the previous cigarette box. After opening the lid, pulling the “knob tab” as described above raises some cigarettes. Thus, the cigarette box according to Patent Document 1 requires a two-stage operation of further pulling the tab after opening the lid.
- the packaging material is a thin paper material, it is expected to be damaged if it is pulled beyond the allowable force. Conversely, if the pulling force is too weak, the lift-up amount of the cigarette is small or the cigarette is Inconvenience such as going back is also expected.
- the present invention has been made in view of the situation as described above, and its purpose is that the user simply opens the lid, and when the lid is opened, the inner row of cigarettes is lifted up stepwise.
- the present invention is to provide a cigarette box which is in a state and can easily take out one cigarette.
- a cigarette box of the present invention which cigarette box is connected to a box body having an open top end and a front wall, a back wall, a pair of side walls and a bottom wall via a hinge.
- a lid that opens and closes the upper end of the box body, and an inner pack that is housed inside through an inner frame and encloses a cigarette bundle with an inner packaging material, and the inner frame is positioned on the front wall side.
- the inner packaging material includes a front surface and a rear surface that respectively cover the front and rear of the cigarette bundle, a single bottom surface that covers a lower end surface of the cigarette bundle, and a closing surface that is formed by folding the cigarette bundle so that the upper end surface of the cigarette bundle can be opened.
- the lifting mechanism fixes a part of the inner packaging material to the box body in the vicinity of the boundary line between the front wall and the bottom wall or in the vicinity of the boundary line between the back wall and the bottom wall. It further includes a linear fixing portion and interlocking means for interlocking the forward movement of the operation element and the pulling up of the front surface or the rear surface of the inner packaging material.
- the pulling mechanism includes the fixing portion positioned in the vicinity of a boundary line between the front wall and the bottom wall, and a folding flap that forms a part of the closing surface and is coupled to the inner surface of the lid.
- the interlocking means is provided as an operator, and protrudes upward from the upper end of the box body on the rear surface side of the inner pack, and the inner packaging material via the folding flap as the lid is opened.
- a folding tacker that folds back the rear surface of the inner packaging material at its upper edge can be included.
- the height position of the upper edge of the folded tacker can be determined according to the lift-up amount of the bottom surface. More preferably, the folded tacker forms an annular inner sleeve surrounding the outer periphery of the inner pack in cooperation with the inner frame.
- the pulling mechanism includes, as the second operating element, the fixing portion positioned in the vicinity of a boundary line between the back wall and the bottom wall, and the inner frame that is slidable in the up-down direction with respect to the box body,
- the interlocking means is formed on the front wall, and connects the access opening that exposes the inner frame to apply a sliding force to the inner frame, and the inner frame and the front surface of the inner packaging material. And a coupling portion that raises the front surface as the frame is pushed up.
- the inner frame is formed in a U-shaped cross section that slides along the inner surfaces of the front wall and the pair of side walls, More preferably, the pushing-up operation of the inner frame in the state where the lid is in the closed position further interlocks the opening operation of the lid in addition to the raising of the front surface.
- the box body is A body lower, which cooperates with the inner frame and surrounds the inner pack around the waist, and is coupled to the inner packaging material of the inner pack via the inner frame and has an upper end and an open lower end. And a body inner having the lid connected to the upper end via the hinge, The body lower is accommodated with the lid exposed, the outer body having the front wall, the back wall, the pair of side walls, and the bottom wall, and the bottom surface of the inner packaging material on the bottom wall.
- a body outer further comprising a raised portion facing the back surface of the lid,
- the lifting mechanism is The fixing portion positioned in the vicinity of a boundary line between the back wall and the bottom wall; It is possible to include at least the body inner which also serves as the second operating element and the interlocking means.
- the pulling mechanism further includes an access opening formed on the upright portion and exposing the back surface of the lid for raising and lowering the body inner.
- the rising height of the rising portion can be determined according to the lift-up amount of the bottom surface.
- the user simply performs a normal operation of opening (opening) the lid at the top of the box body, and when the lid is opened, the cigarettes are arranged in steps. That is, the user does not need to consider the trouble of pulling out one from a jammed cigarette, and can simply arrange the cigarettes in a clogged state by simply opening the lid. Cigarettes can be taken out easily.
- FIG. 1 and 2 show the cigarette box CB-1 according to the first embodiment
- FIG. 1 is a side view showing a state when the lid is closed
- FIG. 2 shows a state when the lid is opened. It is a side view.
- the cigarette box CB-1 has a box body 10 and a lid 20 that is rotatably provided via a hinge 11 provided at the upper end (one side) thereof. More specifically, the cigarette box CB-1 has a front wall 12, a back wall 13, and left and right side walls 14R, 14L positioned between them (in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the inner cigarette CR can be confirmed. Therefore, a peripheral wall is formed by (not shown), and the bottom side below it is closed by the bottom wall 15. The upper side is open, the upper end of the back wall 13 becomes the hinge 11, and the lid 20 opens and closes at the upper edge of the box body 10.
- the cigarette box CB-1 is provided with a mechanism for lifting up a plurality of cigarettes CR housed in the box body 10. A configuration for realizing this mechanism will be described in order below.
- the entire bundle of cigarettes CR is wrapped with a sheet-like inner packaging material 16 to form an inner pack PC.
- the inner packaging material 16 may be the same as the material that wraps the cigarette, and for example, a sheet material in which paper and metal foil are laminated can be suitably used.
- the inner packaging material 16 employed in the cigarette box CB-1 is disposed in a continuous form along the inner surfaces of the front wall 12, the bottom wall 15, and the back wall 13, respectively.
- the inner packaging material 16 has front and rear surfaces 16-1 and 16-2 that respectively cover the front and rear of the cigarette bundle, and a single bottom surface 16-3 that covers the lower end surface of the cigarette bundle.
- the upper part of the cigarette bundle is a closed surface 16-4 which is formed by folding so as to releasably close the upper end surface of the cigarette bundle.
- the present cigarette box CB-1 is characterized in that a configuration is provided for easily pulling out one cigarette CR when the cigarette CR is fully packed immediately after opening. Therefore, FIG. 1 shows the side surface in a state where the cigarette CR is clogged. Therefore, when viewed from the side, the inner packaging material 16 is arranged in a U shape along the outside of the bundle of cigarettes CR in a clogged state. The end portion of the inner packaging material 16 is set to be long so that it can be folded as described above, and the opening portion of the cigarette CR (here, the filter FL) is used as the inner packaging material before the cigarette box CB-1 is opened.
- the above-described closing surface 16-4 is formed in a state of being wrapped by the flaps (tip side flap part 16a and terminal side flap part 16b) folded at the end of 16.
- both side portions of the inner packaging material 16 in the width direction are formed wider than the bundle of cigarettes CR, and folding the extra length as a folding allowance of the cigarette CR.
- the bundle is also wrapped from the side, and eventually, the state where the entire cigarette CR is covered with the inner packaging material 16 is formed.
- the cigarette box CB-1 in FIGS. 1 and 2 has, for example, 20 cigarettes CR stored therein, and the first row along the front wall has seven RW-1s facing the back wall. There are six rows in the second row RW-2 and seven rows in the third row RW-3.
- a part of the inner packaging material 16 facing the bottom wall 15 is fixed to the bottom wall 15 in the vicinity of the boundary line BL- 1 between the front wall 12 and the bottom wall 15. More specifically, a part of the inner packaging material 16 is linearly fixed on the bottom wall 15 along the boundary line BL-1 to form a fixed portion FP-1.
- the fixing portion FP-1 may be one in which a part of the inner packaging material 16 is bonded and fixed to the bottom wall 15 using an adhesive or the like used for assembling the box body 10. When such a fixing portion FP-1 is provided and the inner packaging material 16 is pulled up along the back wall 13 on the side opposite to the fixing portion FP-1, the bottom surface 16 of the inner packaging material 16 facing the bottom wall 15 is provided. -3 is inclined toward the upper right with the fixed portion FP-1 as the base point (center).
- the fixed portion FP-1 is arranged linearly (either a solid line or a dotted line) along the boundary line BL-1. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 2, the state which lifts up cigarette CR for every row
- the line width of the fixed portion FP-1 unnecessarily wide (for example, a width exceeding the radius of the cigarette CR). If the width of the fixing portion FP-1 is too wide, the region of the inclined inner packaging material 16 is reduced, and it becomes difficult to lift up in stages for each row. From this point, it is preferable that the line width of the fixed portion FP-1 is about 2 to 6 mm, or 75% or less of the diameter of the cigarette CR to be stored.
- an inner frame 30 which will be described later is provided that is attached to the inside of the box body 10 and has higher rigidity than the inner packaging material 16 and reinforces the box body 10 from the inside.
- This pulling mechanism extends along the back wall 13 on the opposite side of the fixed portion FP-1 with respect to the central axis (the axis extending in the vertical direction) of the cigarette box CB-1 when the lid 20 is opened.
- the inner packaging material 16 is pulled up.
- the inner packaging material 16 on the bottom surface 16-3 that is in contact with the bottom wall 15 as described above is inclined with respect to the fixed portion FP-1 as shown in FIG. 2, so that the cigarette rows RW-1, RW -2 and RW-3 can be lifted up stepwise.
- the lifting mechanism illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 has one end portion of the inner packaging material 16 extending from the back wall 13 to the lid 20, and the tip end portion (terminal side flap portion 16 b) is the lid 20.
- the inner surface 20a is fixed (coupled) with an adhesive portion 21.
- the end side flap portion 16b functions as a first operation element (Claim 1) that reciprocates as the lid 20 opens and closes. Therefore, when the lid 20 is closed and the lid 20 is opened as shown in FIG. 2, assuming that the inner packaging material 16 arranged in a U-shape as described above is not bent (FIG. 1), the inner packaging material 16 is opened.
- the inner packaging material 16 is pulled based on the opening operation of the lid 20.
- the operation of opening the lid 20 is linked to the operation of pulling up the inner packaging material 16.
- the inner packaging material 16 that has been in contact with the bottom wall 15 is inclined with the fixed portion FP-1 as the base point, it can be lifted up stepwise for each cigarette row.
- the lifting mechanism of the cigarette box CB-1 will be described in more detail.
- FIG. 3 is an external perspective view showing a state where the cigarette box CB-1 is opened and the lid 20 is first opened.
- the cigarette box CB-1 includes a lifting mechanism that is linked to the opening operation of the lid 20. Therefore, the user only needs to perform the conventional operation of opening the lid 20, and does not need to perform an additional operation to take out the jammed cigarette.
- the tension state of the inner packaging material 16 does not change and is stable.
- the lid 20 is opened, it is normally kept open unless it is forcibly closed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, since the cigarette is also lifted up stepwise for each row, it is sufficient to slowly take out one cigarette.
- the inner frame 30 is positioned on the front wall 12 side of the cigarette box CB-1 and is fixed so as to protrude from the upper end thereof.
- a plate-like folded tacker 31 is disposed between the back wall 13 and the bundle of cigarettes CR.
- the folded tacker 31 is provided so as to protrude upward from the upper end of the box body 10 on the rear surface side of the inner pack PC.
- the end flap portion 16b which is one end of the inner packaging material 16, is coupled to the inner surface 20a of the lid 20, but when pulled out from the box body 10, the upper edge 31a of the folded tacker 31
- the rear surface 16-2 is folded back.
- the rear surface 16-2 of the inner packaging material 16 has an improved structure (interlocking means) so as to be folded back in contact with the upper end 31a of the folded back tacker 31 when being lifted.
- an inner packaging material can be reliably pulled up with the opening operation
- FIG. In this way, if the structure is in contact with the upper edge 31a of the folded tacker 31, the lift-up amount of the galette CR row (that is, the inclination angle ⁇ at the fixed portion) is appropriately set based on the height position of the upper edge 31a. Can be adjusted.
- the outer blank for manufacturing the cigarette box CB-1 may be modified so that the box body 10 and the lid 20 and the folded tacker 31 are also formed from a single outer blank.
- the conventional inner frame is for box reinforcement, and generally has a U-shaped cross section (top view shape) that supports the inner surfaces of the front wall and the left and right walls.
- the above folded tacker 31 is preferably arranged so as to protrude from the back wall 13 on the rear surface side of the inner pack PC. Therefore, in the cigarette box CR-1, as a more preferable structure, a structure functioning as a folded tacker is integrally connected to the rear side (back part) of a normal inner frame structure, and the inner pack PC cooperates with each other.
- a new inner frame is formed in a ring shape surrounding the outer periphery of the frame.
- the inner frame 30 illustrated here is a ring-shaped inner sleeve having a folded tacker 31 on the back. Accordingly, the height of the folded tacker 31 added to the back wall 13 can be adjusted to appropriately adjust the lift-up amount while further reinforcing the reinforcement of the cigarette box CR-1. That is, the height position of the upper edge of the folded tacker 31 may be determined according to the lift-up amount of the bottom surface of the inner packaging material.
- the cigarette CB-1 does not have to be troublesome for the user to pull out one from a jammed cigarette, and does not need to consider itself, and only performs the normal operation of opening the lid. Since the cigarettes in a clogged state are arranged in a step shape, one cigarette can be taken easily without any trouble.
- FIG. 4 is a side view showing a state when the lid is closed.
- FIG. 5 is a diagram when the lid is opened. It is a side view which shows the state.
- the cigarette box CB-2 has a box body 40 and a lid 50 that is rotatably provided via a hinge 41 provided at the upper end (one side) thereof. More specifically, the cigarette box CB-2 has a front wall 42, a back wall 43, and left and right side walls 44R and 44L positioned between them (in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the inner cigarette CR can be confirmed. Therefore, a peripheral wall is formed by (not shown), and the bottom side below it is closed by the bottom wall 45. The upper side is open, the upper end of the back wall 43 is a hinge 41, and the lid 50 opens and closes at the upper edge of the box body 40.
- the cigarette box CB-2 is also provided with a mechanism for lifting up a plurality of cigarettes CR housed in the box body 40. A configuration for realizing this mechanism will be described in order below.
- the entire bundle of cigarettes CR is wrapped with a sheet-like inner packaging material 46 to form an inner pack PC.
- the inner packaging material 46 may be the same as the material that wraps the cigarette.
- a sheet material in which paper and metal foil are laminated can be suitably used.
- the inner packaging material 46 employed in the cigarette box CB-2 is disposed in a continuous form along the inner surfaces of the front wall 42, the bottom wall 45, and the back wall 43 without any breaks.
- the inner packaging material 46 has front and rear surfaces 46-1 and 46-2 that respectively cover the front and rear of the cigarette bundle, and a single bottom surface 46-3 that covers the lower end surface of the cigarette bundle.
- the upper part of the cigarette bundle is a closed surface 46-4 which is formed by folding and closes the upper end surface of the cigarette bundle so as to be openable.
- the present cigarette box CB-2 is characterized in that a configuration is provided for easily pulling out one cigarette CR when the cigarette CR is fully packed immediately after opening. Therefore, FIG. 4 shows the side surface in a state where the cigarette CR is clogged. Therefore, when viewed from the side, the inner packaging material 46 is arranged in a U shape along the outside of the bundle of cigarettes CR in a clogged state. The end of the inner packaging material 46 is set to be long so that it can be folded as described above, and the opening portion of the cigarette CR (here, the filter FL) is used as the inner packaging material before the cigarette box CB-2 is opened.
- the closed surface 46-4 described above is formed in a state of being wrapped by the flaps (tip side flap part 46a and terminal side flap part 46b) folded at the end of 46.
- both side portions of the inner packaging material 46 in the width direction are formed wider than the bundle of cigarettes CR, and folding the extra length as a folding allowance of the cigarette CR.
- the bundle is also wrapped from the side, and eventually, the state in which the entire cigarette CR is covered with the inner packaging material 46 is formed. 4 and 5, for example, when 20 cigarettes CR are accommodated, the first row along the front wall has 7 in RW-1, and it faces the back wall. There are six rows in the second row RW-2 and seven rows in the third row RW-3.
- a part of the inner packaging material 46 facing the bottom wall 45 is fixed to the bottom wall 45 in the vicinity of the boundary line BL-2 between the back wall 43 and the bottom wall 45. More specifically, a part of the inner packaging material 46 is linearly fixed on the bottom wall 45 along the boundary line BL-2 to form a fixed portion FP-2.
- the fixing portion FP-2 may be one in which a part of the inner packaging material 46 is bonded and fixed to the bottom wall 45 using an adhesive or the like used for assembling the box body 40. When such a fixing portion FP-2 is provided and the inner packaging material 46 is pulled up along the front wall 42 on the side opposite to the fixing portion FP-21, the bottom surface 46 of the inner packaging material 46 facing the bottom wall 45 is provided. -3 is inclined toward the upper left with the fixed portion FP-2 as the base point (center).
- the fixed portion FP-2 is arranged linearly (either a solid line or a dotted line) along the boundary line BL-2.
- column can be formed.
- the line width of the fixed portion FP-2 unnecessarily wide (for example, a width exceeding the radius of the cigarette CR). If the width of the fixing portion FP-2 is too wide, the region of the inclined inner packaging material 46 is reduced, and it becomes difficult to lift up in a stepwise manner for each row.
- the line width of the fixed portion FP-2 is preferably about 2 to 6 mm, or 75% or less of the diameter of the cigarette CR to be stored.
- the inner side of the box body 40 which has higher rigidity than the inner packaging material 46, reinforces the box body 40 from the inner side and guides the movement of the inner packaging material 46, which will be described later.
- a frame 60 is provided.
- the inner frame has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape (as viewed from above) that generally supports the front wall and the inner surface of the wall for reinforcement.
- the pulling mechanism here includes an inner frame 60 that can slide along the inner surface of the box body 40 in the ascending / descending direction (vertical direction in the figure).
- the inner frame 60 functions as a second operation element (claim 1).
- an adhesive portion 60a is provided as a coupling portion that couples the inner frame 60 and the front surface 46-1 of the inner packaging material 46 and brings up the front surface 46-1 as the inner frame 60 is pushed up.
- the inner packaging material 46 is fixed to the inner frame 60 by the adhesive portion 60 a inside the front wall 42. Therefore, the sliding operation of pushing up the inner frame 60 is linked to the operation of pulling up the inner packaging material 46.
- this pulling mechanism is located on the front side opposite to the fixed portion FP-2 with respect to the central axis (axis extending in the vertical direction) of the cigarette box CB-2.
- the inner packaging material 46 is pulled up along the wall.
- the inner packaging material 46 on the bottom surface 46-3 that has been in contact with the bottom wall 45 is inclined with respect to the fixed portion FP-2 as shown in FIG. 5, so that the cigarette rows RW-1, RW -2 and RW-3 can be lifted up stepwise.
- the inner frame 60 is not only formed as a U-shaped slide member that slides inside the front wall 42 and the left and right walls, but also with the lid 50 closed at the upper end (see FIG. 4).
- a contact portion 61 that contacts the inner surface of the lid 50 is provided. Therefore, when the operation of pushing up the inner frame 60 is performed, the operation of pulling up the inner packaging material 46 while the cover 50 is flipped up is integrally executed. That is, the operation of pushing up the inner frame 60 is interlocked with the operation of flipping up the lid 50 and pulling up the inner packaging material 46.
- the lid 50 is closed, and the inner packaging material 46 arranged in a U-shape is not bent as described above (FIG. 4).
- the inner packaging material 46 is pulled along with this, as shown in FIG. That is, the operation of opening the lid 50 through the inner frame 60 is integrated with the operation of pulling up the inner packaging material 46.
- the inner packaging material 46 that is in contact with the bottom wall 45 is inclined with respect to the fixed portion FP-2, so that the cigarette rows can be lifted up stepwise.
- the lifting mechanism of the cigarette box CB-1 will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 are external perspective views showing the cigarette box CB-2 corresponding to FIGS. 4 and 5, respectively. 6 and 7, an access opening 47 not shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is shown.
- the access opening 47 here is a U-shaped notch provided in the front wall 42 of the box body 40. It is formed as. Since the slidable inner frame 60 is exposed in the access opening 47, a sliding force can be applied to the inner frame 60 as shown by the arrows in FIG.
- Such an access opening is provided so that the user can apply a sliding force by bringing a finger (for example, a thumb) into contact with the inner frame 60, and thus the shape thereof is shown in FIGS. It is not necessary to make the notch reaching the upper end as illustrated.
- the access opening 47 may be a notch such as a circle, an ellipse, or a rectangle.
- the adhesive portion 60a as the connecting portion and the access opening 47 described above are used for the forward movement of the inner frame 60 serving as the second operation element and the lifting of the inner packaging material 46.
- the interlocking means for interlocking is configured.
- the pulling mechanism incorporated in the cigarette box CB-2 simultaneously executes the operation of pulling up the inner packaging material 46 by the operation of opening the lid 50 by the inner frame 60 (opening operation of the lid).
- the user only needs to slide the inner frame 60 upward to open the lid 50, and to remove the full cigarette. There is no need to add new actions. Further, once the inner frame 60 that has been lifted is not forcibly returned, it remains in that position. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, since the state where the cigarettes are lifted up stepwise for each row is maintained, one cigarette may be taken out slowly.
- FIG. 8 is a side view showing a state when the lid is closed
- FIG. 9 is a diagram when the lid is opened. It is a side view which shows the state.
- the cigarette box CB-3 is divided into a body outer 70-1 and a body inner 70-2. More specifically, the outer body 70-1 of the cigarette box CB-3 includes a front wall 72, a back wall 73, and left and right side walls 74R and 74L positioned between them (in FIG. 8 and FIG. (Not shown in the figure), a peripheral wall is formed, and the bottom side below it is closed by a bottom wall 75. A part of the body inner 70-2 is accommodated so as to be movable relative to the body outer 70-1 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the cigarette box CB-3 has a structure in which the body inner 70-2 including the lid 80 can move relative to the body outer 70-1 in the vertical direction.
- the body inner 70-2 has a lower body lower 81 accommodated in the body outer 70-1, and a lid 80 thereon.

- a rectangular opening 83 is provided at the center of the back wall 82 of the body lower 81. Therefore, by setting so that the protruding portion 73pr protrudes to the front side through the opening 83, the lower end 73be of the extension portion 73ex is brought into contact with the lower opening edge 83be of the opening 83 so that the movement is restricted.
- the structure which controls the raising position of body inner 70-2 is implement
- the lowered position of the body inner 70-2 is regulated by the end edge 80ed of the lid 80 coming into contact with the upper end edge 70-1ed of the body outer 70-1 (see FIG. 8).
- the inner body 70-2 is formed as a structure (hereinafter also referred to as a connecting structure) in which the inner frame 90 is connected to the front side of the body inner 70-2, and the two are integrated. 1 is accommodated. More specifically, the inner frame 90 includes side walls 92R and 92L on the left and right of the front wall 91. The side walls 92R and 92L are arranged in contact with the inner sides of the left and right side walls 84R and 84L of the body inner 70-2, and are connected with their lower end positions aligned.
