Abstract

一种框架式背板连接件(130)、背板和液晶显示装置,所述连接件(130)包括至少两个分别跟所述框架式背板的支架(110)端部固定的连接部(131)。通过采用连接件(130)对支架(110)进行拼接,连接件(130)可以做出一体成型的高强度结构,提升支架(110)的拼接强度;而且连接件(130)有多个连接部(131),每个连接部(131)单独跟一根支架(110)连接;支架(110)可以做成标准型材,根据不同尺寸进行切割即可,提高了支架(110)的通用性。

一种连接件、 背板和液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种连接件、 背板和液晶显 示装置。
【背景技术】
液晶显示装置包括液晶面板和背光模组, 背光模组底部具有一个用于密封 模组并固定模内组件的背板。 现有的背板均使用整体式的背板, 一般使用金属 沖压或者塑料注射方式整体成型, 使得产品比较重, 产品的材料成本较高。 对 于大尺寸的背板, 由于需使用较大的沖压设备, 成本更高, 且对应的模具尺寸 很大, 结构复杂, 模具成本也很高。 随着市场竟争的日益激烈, 有效的降低设 计成本变得越来越重要, 于是节省材料成本和筒化组装工艺成为各设计者研究 的重要方向。
现有一种背板, 在整体背板设计上发展处了镂空或是拼接背板的设计, 在 一定程度上降低了成本, 但是拼接或镂空使得背板强度下降, 进而使得原本在 背板上固定的 PCB板变的不易。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接强度高、 提升支架通用性的连 接件、 背板和液晶显示装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种框架式背板的连接件, 所述连接件包括至少两个分别跟所述框架式背 板的支架端部固定的连接部。
优选的, 所述连接部有两个, 所述两个连接部相互垂直, 其一端固定连接。 此为一种角连接件的结构形式, 用于固定框架四个角位置固定两根支架。
优选的, 所述连接部有两个, 所述两个连接部在一条直线上, 其一端固定 连接。 此为一种直通的连接件形式, 用于将两根短支架拼接成一根长支架。
优选的, 所述连接部有三个, 其中两个连接部在一条直线上, 并与另外一 个连接部相互垂直, 所述三个连接部的一端固定连接。 此为一种三通的连接件 结构形式, 可以实现框架中间搭接新的支架。
优选的, 所述连接部设有加强筋, 以提升连接件的强度。
优选的, 所述连接部之间的加强筋相交, 相交的加强筋结构能强化不同连 接部的拼接处的强度。
优选的, 所述连接部包括两块相互对置的层板, 所述支架嵌入到两个层板 之间固定。 此为一种双层结构的连接件形式, 可以从支架的两面对支架进行固 定, 连接强度更高。
优选的, 所述连接部上设有一个层板, 所述支架跟所述层板之间叠交固定。 此为一种单层结构的连接件形式, 可以节省连接件的材料, 降低成本。
一种背光模组的框架式背板, 所述框架式背板包括框架, 所述框架包括多 个相互拼接的支架, 所述框架在所述支架的拼接处设有上述的一种框架式背板 的连接件。
优选的, 所述连接部包括两块相互对置的层板, 形成安装槽, 所述支架嵌 入到安装槽固定; 所述连接件连接的支架之间不接触, 所述安装槽在所述连接 部连接的一端为实心结构, 即两个连接部的安装槽不连通。 此为一种双层结构 的连接件形式, 可以从支架的两面对支架进行固定, 连接强度更高。 而且连接 部连接的一端为实心结构, 可以增强连接处的强度。
优选的, 所述连接部包括两块相互对置的层板, 形成安装槽, 所述支架嵌 入到安装槽固定; 所述连接件连接的支架之间不接触, 所述安装槽在所述连接 部连接的一端为空心结构, 即两个连接部的安装槽连通。 此为另一种双层结构 的连接件形式, 可以从支架的两面对支架进行固定, 连接强度更高。 连接部连 接的一端为空心, 可以方便两个支架在连接件内叠交固定, 进一步提升拼接强 度。
优选的, 所述连接部上设有一个层板, 所述支架跟所述层板之间叠交固定。 优选的, 所述支架在拼接处的一端叠交, 并与所述连接件之间固定连接。 此为一种单层结构的连接件形式, 可以节省连接件的材料, 降低成本。
优选的, 所述支架与所述连接件之间通过铆接、 螺釘连接、 卡隼连接、 强 力胶粘接的一种或几种方式固定。 此为支架和连接件之间的具体固定方式。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括上述的一种背光模组的框架式背板。 本发明由于采用了连接件对支架进行拼接, 连接件可以做出一体成型的高 强度结构, 提升支架的拼接强度; 而且一般支架上都有加强筋, 如果两支架直 接拼接, 为了使得两支架拼接的时候不额外增加拼接处的厚度, 其中一个支架 在拼接处要设置相应凹槽, 形成 "L" 加强筋, 这样另外一个支架的加强筋可以 嵌入该凹槽内, 这样就不会明显增加拼接处的厚度, 但是该方式必须根据不同 尺寸的背板, 预先制作好相应支架, 通用性差, 本发明中的连接件有多个连接 部, 每个连接部单独跟一根支架连接, 接口可以实现标准; 支架可以做成标准 型材, 根据不同尺寸进行切割即可, 提高了支架的通用性。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶面板和背光模组, 所述背光模组底部设有背 板。 背板包括由多根支架 110组成的框架 100, 框架 100上设有多个架桥 120。 如图 1所示,所述支架 110包括首尾相连的上支架 111、下支架 113、左支架 114、 右支架 112, 组成整个背板的大框架 100, 大框架 100里面还设有两个中间支架
115 , 中间支架 115的两端分别固定在上、 下两个支架 110上面。 各个支架 110 上以及两个支架 110之间设有多个架桥 120, 架桥 120可以用于固定 PCB板和 其它背光模组的组件。
所述背板上支架 111之间通过连接件 130进行拼接, 该连接件 130包括至 少两个分别跟所述框架 100式背板的支架 110端部固定的连接部 131。
如图 3所示, 连接件 130可以做出角连接的形式, 即连接部 131有两个, 所述两个连接部 131相互垂直, 其一端固定连接。 该连接件 130可以在框架 100 的四个角位置连接固定两个支架 110。
如图 4所示, 还有一种直通的连接件 130形式, 用于将两根短支架 110拼 接成一根长支架 110。 此时连接部 131也有两个, 所述两个连接部 131在一条直 线上, 其一端固定连接
如图 5所示, 另有一种三通的连接件 130形式, 可以实现框架 100中间搭 接新的支架 110。 此时连接部 131有三个, 其中两个连接部 131在一条直线上, 并与另外一个连接部 131相互垂直, 所述三个连接部 131的一端固定连接。
如图 6所示,连接部 131还可以设有加强筋 134,以提升连接件 130的强度。 所述连接部 131之间的加强筋 134相交, 相交的加强筋 134结构能强化不同连 接部 131的拼接处的强度。
如图 7、 8所示, 连接件 130可以是双层结构, 可以从支架 110的两面对支 架 110进行固定, 连接强度更高。 此时连接件 130的连接部 131 包括两块相互 对置的层板 132, 形成安装槽 133, 所述支架 110嵌入到安装槽 133固定; 所述 连接件 130连接的支架 110之间不接触, 所述安装槽 133在所述连接部 131连 接的一端为实心结构, 即两个连接部 131的安装槽 133不连通, 以增强拼接处 强度。 当然, 连接部 131连接的一端也可以为空心结构, 即两个连接部 131 的 安装槽 133连通, 可以方便两个支架 110在连接件 130内叠交固定, 进一步提 升拼接强度。
连接件 130也可以是单层结构, 以节省连接件 130的材料, 降低成本。 此 时连接部 131上设有一个层板 132,所述支架 110跟所述层板 132之间叠交固定。 此时, 支架 110在拼接处的一端也可以叠交固定, 即支架 110之间、 支架 110 跟连接件 130之间都是固定连接, 可以进一步提升拼接强度。
在具体固定方式上, 所述支架 110与所述连接件 130之间可以通过铆接、 螺釘连接、 卡隼连接、 强力胶粘接的一种或几种方式固定

3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种框架式背板的连接件, 其特征在于, 所述 连接部有两个, 所述两个连接部在一条直线上, 其一端固定连接。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的一种框架式背板的连接件, 其特征在于, 所述 连接部有三个, 其中两个连接部在一条直线上, 并与另外一个连接部相互 垂直, 所述三个连接部的一端固定连接。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种框架式背板的连接件, 其特征在于, 所述 连接部设有加强筋。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的一种框架式背板的连接件, 其特征在于, 所述 连接部之间的加强筋相交。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的一种框架式背板的连接件, 其特征在于, 所述 连接部包括两块相互对置的层板, 所述支架嵌入到两个层板之间固定。

10、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部有两个, 所述两个连接部相互垂直, 其一端固定连接。

13、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部设有加强筋。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部之间的加强筋相交。
15、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部包括两块相互对置的层板,所述支架嵌入到两个层板之间固定。
16、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部上设有一个层板, 所述支架跟所述层板之间叠交固定。
17、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部包括两块相互对置的层板, 形成安装槽, 所述支架嵌入到安装 槽固定; 所述连接件连接的支架之间不接触, 所述安装槽在所述连接部连 接的一端为实心结构, 即两个连接部的安装槽不连通。
18、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部包括两块相互对置的层板, 形成安装槽, 所述支架嵌入到安装 槽固定; 所述连接件连接的支架之间不接触, 所述安装槽在所述连接部连 接的一端为空心结构, 即两个连接部的安装槽连通。
19、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部上设有一个层板, 所述支架跟所述层板之间叠交固定。
20、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述支架在拼接处的一端叠交, 并与所述连接件之间固定连接。
21、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述支架与所述连接件之间通过铆接、 螺釘连接、 卡隼连接、 强力胶粘接 的一种或几种方式固定。
22、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组的框 架式背板, 所述背光模组的框架式背板包括框架, 所述框架包括多个相互 拼接的支架, 所述框架在所述支架的拼接处设有框架式背板的连接件, 所 述框架式背板的连接件包括至少两个分别跟所述框架式背板的支架端部固 定的连接部。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部有两个, 所述两个连接部相互垂直, 其一端固定连接。
24、 如权利要求 22所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部有两个, 所述两个连接部在一条直线上, 其一端固定连接。
25、 如权利要求 22所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部有三个, 其中两个连接部在一条直线上, 并与另外一个连接部 相互垂直, 所述三个连接部的一端固定连接。
26、 如权利要求 22所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部设有加强筋。
27、 如权利要求 26所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部之间的加强筋相交。
28、 如权利要求 22所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部包括两块相互对置的层板,所述支架嵌入到两个层板之间固定。
29、 如权利要求 22所述的一种背光模组的框架式背板, 其特征在于, 所述连接部上设有一个层板, 所述支架跟所述层板之间叠交固定。
