Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种液晶模块拼接式背板,特别是涉及一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造。
液晶显示器(liquid crystal
display,LCD)是利用液晶材料的特性来显示图像的一种平板显示装置(flat panel
display,FPD),其相较于其它显示装置而言更具轻薄、低驱动电压及低功耗等优点,已经成为整个消费市场上的主流产品。然而,液晶显示器的液晶材料无法自主发光,必须借助外在提供光源,因此液晶显示器中又另外设有背光模块以提供所需的光源。
现有液晶模块的组装主要是在一背板内承载一导光板,所述导光板上设有一光学膜片组,另有一胶框包覆于所述背板的外缘,且由上而下的固定所述光学膜片组及所述导光板以形成所述背光模块。另外,于所述背光模块上再迭设一液晶面板,并且以一外壳包覆及固定所述液晶面板及所述背光模块,即组成一液晶模块。
请参照图1所示,图1是现有液晶模块背板的背面正视图。如图1所示,液晶模组经常使用铝或者镀锌钢板作为原材,经过冲压成整体式的背板。其中,铝有较好的散热效果,有利于提高产品的寿命;镀锌钢板散热效果相对较差,价格也相对便宜很多。在背板的成本中,背板材料成本占的比重最大,尤其在大尺寸液晶模块(如46吋或以上)中更是如此。如果背板全部使用铝材料,成本太高,且结构强度较差;全部使用镀锌钢板,散热不好,降低产品性能。因此,如何保证产品品质并节省材料成本,以便降低整个产品成本称为研究的重要内容。
因此,有必要提供一种液晶模块拼接式背板及其拼接构造,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造,通过在一第一背板部及一第二背板部之间设有至少一拼接构造,所述拼接构造的二侧边形状对应嵌合。本发明通过所述拼接构造以不同的材料来制作组合成一液晶模块拼接式背板。
本发明的次要目的是提供一种液晶模块拼接式背板,通过以不同的材料及分割方式来制作组合成所述液晶模块拼接式背板。
本发明提供一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造,其特征在于:所述液晶模块拼接式背板至少由一第一背板部及一第二背板部所拼接形成,所述第一背板部及所述第二背板部之间设有至少一拼接构造,所述拼接构造包含位于所述第一背板部的一第一侧边及位于所述第二背板部的一第二侧边;所述第一侧边设有至少一凸出部,所述第二侧边对应设有至少一凹入部,所述第一侧边及所述第二侧边形状对应嵌合;其中,所述凸出部外端的最大宽度大于所述凸出部内端的最小宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述凸出部及所述凹入部的形状为圆弧形或梯形,所述凸出部的长与宽大约相等。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述凸出部的厚度与宽度比值小于1:10。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述拼接构造包含多个所述凸出部及所述凹入部,所述凸出部的排列方式为对称式或非对称式。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述拼接构造包含多个所述凸出部及所述凹入部,所述凸出部的排列方式为等距式或非等距式。
为达上述目的,本发明另提供一种液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述液晶模块拼接式背板至少由一第一背板部及一第二背板部所拼接形成,所述第一背板部及所述第二背板部之间设有至少一拼接构造,所述拼接构造包含位于所述第一背板部的一第一侧边及位于所述第二背板部的一第二侧边;所述第一侧边设有至少一凸出部,所述第二侧边对应设有至少一凹入部,所述第一侧边及所述第二侧边形状对应嵌合;其中,所述凸出部外端的最大宽度大于所述凸出部内端的最小宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第一背板部及所述第二背板部的材料相同或不相同。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第一背板部材质散热性较所述第二背板部材质散热性为佳,所述第一背板部设于接近一背光光源安装位置。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接方式为对称式或非对称式。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接方式为骨架式。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述凸出部及所述凹入部的形状为圆弧形或梯形,所述凸出部的长与宽大约相等。

为让本发明上述目的、特征及优点更明显易懂,下文特举本发明较佳实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:
本发明的液晶模块拼接式背板是将现有大尺寸的液晶模组的背板进行拆解分段设计,再通过拼接而做成背板。
请参照图2A及2B所示,图2A揭示本发明第一实施例的一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造的局部立体图;以及图2B揭示本发明第一实施例的一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造的局部正视图。本发明液晶模块拼接式背板至少由一第一背板部10及一第二背板部20所拼接形成,所述第一背板部10及所述第二背板部20之间设有至少一拼接构造100,所述拼接构造100包含位于所述第一背板部10的一第一侧边11及位于所述第二背板部20的一第二侧边21,所述第一侧边11及所述第二侧边21形状对应嵌合。
如图图2A及2B所示,所述第一侧边11设有至少一凸出部12,所述第二侧边21对应设有至少一凹入部22。所述凸出部12及所述凹入部22的形状约为圆弧形,所述凸出部12外端的最大宽度D1大于所述凸出部内端的最小宽度D2(图2B)。
如上所述,本发明所述拼接构造100通过形状对应嵌合的所述凸出部12及所述凹入部22将所述第一背板部10及所述第二背板部20组合在一起。由于所述第一背板部10及所述第二背板部20由金属材料所制成,因此在一适当的比例尺寸下,所述凸出部12及所述凹入部22可形成紧密配合,不但在水平方向不会脱离,在垂直方向也形成稳固卡合。优选的,每一个所述凸出部12的长与宽大约相等;以及所述凸出部12的厚度与宽度比值小于1:10。
请参照图3所示,图3揭示本发明第二实施例的一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造的局部正视图。本发明第二实施例的液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造100相似于本发明第一实施例液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造100,因此沿用相同的组件符号与名称,但其不同之处在于:所述拼接构造100包含多个所述凸出部12,所述凸出部12的排列方式为对称式。
请参照图4所示,图4揭示本发明第三实施例的一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造的局部正视图。本发明第三实施例的液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造100相似于本发明第二实施例液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造100,因此沿用相同的组件符号与名称,但其不同之处在于:所述凸出部12及所述凹入部22的排列方式为非对称式。
请参照图5所示,图5揭示本发明第四实施例的一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造的局部正视图。本发明第四实施例的液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造100相似于本发明第二实施例液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造100,因此沿用相同的组件符号与名称,但其不同之处在于:所述凸出部12及所述凹入部22的形状由圆弧形改变为梯形。如此,由于所述凸出部12外端的最大宽度仍是大于所述凸出部内端的最小宽度,因此可使所述凸出部12及所述凹入部22的紧密配合。
另外,所述凸出部12及所述凹入部22的排列方式除了上述的对称及非对称式之外,也可以是等距式或非等距式的排列。
请参照图6A-6D所示,图6A-6D揭示本发明液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接示意图。本发明的液晶模块拼接式背板是将现有大尺寸的液晶模组的背板进行拆解分段设计,再通过拼接而做成背板。如图2A-2D所示的多种拼接方案:
在图6A中,揭示一种左右两侧均分的拼接方式;
在图6B中,揭示一种左右两侧与中央分割的拼接方式;
在图6C中,揭示一种上下左右两侧均分的拼接方式;及
在图6D中,揭示一种骨架式的拼接方式。
上述多种组合方式的好处例如:放置LED灯条的部份需要对LED散热,故选用导热较好的材料(如铝);其余部份则选用较便宜的材料(如镀锌钢板等),这样使得材料的成本降到最低。另外,通过同材质或异材质间的拼接组合,可使厚度最小化,强度最大化,不需模具或二次加工;并且,主要零件还能共享,适用于拼接成不同规格之背板。
综上所述,相较于现有的液晶模组使用铝或者镀锌钢板作为原材,经过冲压成整体式的背板。如果背板全部使用铝材料,成本太高,且结构强度较差;全部使用镀锌钢板,散热不好,降低产品性能。本发明所述液晶模块拼接式背板至少由一第一背板部10及一第二背板部20所拼接形成,所述第一背板部10及所述第二背板部20之间设有至少一拼接构造100,所述拼接构造100的二侧边形状对应嵌合。本发明通过所述拼接构造100以不同的材料来制作组合成所述液晶模块拼接式背板,除了能减少材料成本外,同时可使厚度最小化及强度最大化。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述,然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明的范例。必需指出的是,已公开的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。相反地,包含于权利要求书的精神及范围的修改及均等设置均包括于本发明的范围内。
Claims (14)
- 一种液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造,其特征在于:所述液晶模块拼接式背板至少由一第一背板部及一第二背板部所拼接形成,所述第一背板部及所述第二背板部之间设有至少一拼接构造,所述拼接构造包含位于所述第一背板部的一第一侧边及位于所述第二背板部的一第二侧边;所述第一侧边设有至少一凸出部,所述第二侧边对应设有至少一凹入部,所述第一侧边及所述第二侧边形状对应嵌合;其中,所述凸出部外端的最大宽度大于所述凸出部内端的最小宽度。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造,其特征在于:所述凸出部及所述凹入部的形状为圆弧形或梯形,所述凸出部的长与宽大约相等。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造,其特征在于:所述凸出部的厚度与宽度比值小于1:10。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造,其特征在于:所述拼接构造包含多个所述凸出部及所述凹入部,所述凸出部的排列方式为对称式或非对称式。
- 如权利要求1所述的液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接构造,其特征在于:所述拼接构造包含多个所述凸出部及所述凹入部,所述凸出部的排列方式为等距式或非等距式。
- 一种液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述液晶模块拼接式背板至少由一第一背板部及一第二背板部所拼接形成,所述第一背板部及所述第二背板部之间设有至少一拼接构造,所述拼接构造包含位于所述第一背板部的一第一侧边及位于所述第二背板部的一第二侧边;所述第一侧边设有至少一凸出部,所述第二侧边对应设有至少一凹入部,所述第一侧边及所述第二侧边形状对应嵌合;其中,所述凸出部外端的最大宽度大于所述凸出部内端的最小宽度。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述第一背板部及所述第二背板部的材料相同或不相同。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述第一背板部材质散热性较所述第二背板部材质散热性为佳,所述第一背板部设于接近一背光光源安装位置。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接方式为对称式或非对称式。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述液晶模块拼接式背板的拼接方式为骨架式。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述凸出部及所述凹入部的形状为圆弧形或梯形,所述凸出部的长与宽大约相等。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述凸出部的厚度与宽度比值小于1:10。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述拼接构造包含多个所述凸出部及所述凹入部,所述凸出部的排列方式为对称式或非对称式。
- 如权利要求6所述的液晶模块拼接式背板,其特征在于:所述拼接构造包含多个所述凸出部及所述凹入部,所述凸出部的排列方式为等距式或非等距式。
