Abstract

L'invention concerne des bouchons destinés à des boissons contenues dans des bouteilles en PET pour l'industrie alimentaire. Le bouchon pour boucher des bouteilles en PET contenant des boissons est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte dans sa partie supérieure une chambre supérieure allongée présentant une surface supérieure et une paroi latérale sur laquelle aboutissent des nervures de renfort verticales dont les bords inférieurs reposent sur la partie supérieure du bouchon, la partie supérieure du bouchon reposant sur une paroi latérale inférieure présentant un filetage sur sa partie interne et un nervurage fin sur sa partie externe afin de faciliter le dévissage, ledit bouchon étant également caractérisé en ce qu'un revêtement en caoutchouc est appliqué sur les nervures de renfort verticales qui reposent sur la partie supérieure du bouchon et aboutissent contre la paroi latérale de la chambre supérieure allongée. Le résultat technique se traduit par une réduction du glissement sur la surface de la partie supérieure d'un bouchon allongé comprenant une chambre supérieure allongée (1) qui est renforcée à l'extérieur par des nervures de renfort verticales (2), et par l'assurance de pouvoir dévisser le bouchon en utilisation dans n'importe quelles conditions atmosphériques, tout en remplissant les exigences actuelles quant à la facilité de dévissage, et tout en conservant un équipement de bouchage standard dans les usines d'embouteillage.
