Description
- La présente invention concerne un bouchon de matière synthétique plastique, par exemple en PE, apte à être vissé sur le col d'un récipient pour en obturer l'ouverture.
- Quoique non exclusivement, le bouchon de matière synthétique selon l'invention est particulièrement approprié à obturer des récipients contenant des sodas, des eaux minérales, etc.
- On connaît déjà un bouchon de matière synthétique en forme de capuchon destiné à être monté sur le col d'un récipient par vissage et comportant une paroi circulaire de bouchage portée par le fond du bouchon et apte à pénétrer dans ledit col, ainsi qu'une bague de sécurité reliée audit bouchon par une ligne de prédécoupe et audit col par des moyens de retenue. Pour ouvrir un récipient équipé d'un tel bouchon, on dévisse ce dernier, la course du dévissage permettant de briser la liaison au niveau de la prédécoupe entre la bague de sécurité et le bouchon, et d'extraire ladite paroi circulaire de bouchage hors du col du récipient.
- Bien entendu, pour qu'un tel bouchon assure correctement sa fonction, il est indispensable que la paroi circulaire de bouchage exerce un frottement serré sur le col du récipient et que la liaison réalisée par la ligne de prédécoupe soit suffisamment forte.
- Par suite, l'effort d'entraînement que doit exercer le bouchon lors du dévissage doit être important pour permettre la rupture de la ligne de découpe et pour extraire la paroi circulaire de bouchage du col du récipient.
- Pour qu'un opérateur manuel puisse exercer sur le bouchon un couple suffisant pour engendrer le débouchage, il est donc nécessaire que la prise dudit bouchon par ledit opérateur soit suffisamment forte et commode.
- Or, notamment pour des considérations économiques, il n'est pas rare que la surface extérieure de préhension dudit bouchon soit trop petite pour permettre une prise manuelle satisfaisante et un débouchage aisé. De plus, du fait de la petitesse de la surface extérieure de préhension, l'utilisateur peut être amené à serrer involontairement la bague de sécurité, ce qui augmente encore les difficultés de débouchage.
- Les documents
WO 2013/066209 etWO 2012/150309 décrivent des bouchons de matière synthétique aptes à être vissés sur le col d'un récipient pour en obturer l'ouverture. Le premier décrit un bouchon selon le préambule de la revendication 1. - La présente invention a pour objet de remédier à cet inconvénient sans pour cela augmenter de façon sensible le coût du bouchon.
- À cette fin, selon l'invention, le bouchon de matière synthétique en forme de capuchon, destiné à être monté sur le col d'un récipient par vissage et comportant une paroi circulaire de bouchage interne portée par le fond dudit bouchon et apte à pénétrer dans ledit col, ainsi qu'une bague de sécurité reliée audit bouchon par une ligne de prédécoupe et audit col par des moyens de retenue, est remarquable en ce que la partie dudit fond qui se trouve en correspondance avec la paroi circulaire de bouchage interne est extérieurement rehaussée.
- Ainsi, grâce à la présente invention, on obtient un bouchon dans lequel la surface de préhension est augmentée du rehaussement extérieur dudit fond, alors que, par rapport au bouchon connu, seule la paroi latérale de rehaussement constitue une dépense supplémentaire de matière synthétique. On remarquera de plus que, grâce à l'invention, la cavité délimitée par la paroi circulaire de bouchage interne et la cavité délimitée par le rehaussement extérieur du fond s'additionnent alors pour former une grande cavité unique à paroi lisse.
- Afin d'augmenter la qualité de la préhension, le retrait circulaire formé entre la partie rehaussée et la partie non rehaussée comporte des aspérités de préhension, notamment des ailettes diamétrales solidaires des parois dudit retrait.
- Les figures du dessin annexé feront bien comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée. Sur ces figures, des références identiques désignent des éléments semblables.
- La
figure 1 est une vue en coupe axiale schématique d'un bouchon connu que la présente invention permet de perfectionner. - Les
figures 2 et 3 sont respectivement une vue de face et une vue de dessus d'un mode de réalisation du bouchon selon l'invention. - Les
figures 4 et 5 sont des coupes diamétrales du bouchon desfigures 2 et 3 , respectivement selon les lignes IV-IV et V-V de cette dernière figure. - Les
figures 6 et 7 sont des vues en perspective, respectivement du dessus et du dessous du bouchon desfigures 2 et 3 . - Sur la
figure 1 , on a représenté schématiquement en coupe diamétrale un bouchon de matière synthétique connu 1, en forme de capuchon, monté sur le col 3 d'un récipient 4 pour en obturer l'ouverture. Le bouchon 1 est vissable sur le col 3 grâce à des filets 5 et il comporte une paroi circulaire de bouchage interne 6 portée par le fond 2 et apte à pénétrer dans ledit col 3. - De plus, le bouchon 1 comporte une bague de sécurité 7, reliée à la partie inférieure du bouchon 1 par une ligne de prédécoupe 8.
- En position d'obturation (celle représentée sur la
figure 1 ), le bouchon 1 est vissé au maximum dans le col 3, avec la paroi circulaire 6 de bouchage interne d'étanchéité enfoncée à fond dans celui-ci et la bague de sécurité 7 maintenue sur ledit col 3 grâce à un système connu de bossages 9 (non représentés sur lafigure 1 , mais identiques à ceux visibles sur lesfigures 4 à 7 ), coopérant avec des bossages de retenue portés par ledit col 3 (non représentés). - Ainsi, pour déboucher le récipient 4, il faut dévisser le bouchon et exercer sur celui-ci un couple suffisamment important pour briser la ligne de prédécoupe 8 et vaincre la friction de la paroi de bouchage interne 6 dans le col 3 du récipient. Bien entendu, pour pouvoir exercer ce couple, il est nécessaire que la main de l'opérateur ait une prise correcte sur le bouchon 1, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Il en résulte des difficultés et des efforts pour l'opérateur désirant ouvrir le récipient 1.
- Pour remédier à ces inconvénients, dans le bouchon 10, conforme à l'invention, représenté sur les
figures 2 à 7 et comportant les éléments 5 à 8 décrits en regard de lafigure 1 (voir principalement lafigure 4 ), la partie du fond 2 qui se trouve en correspondance avec la paroi circulaire 6 de bouchage interne est extérieurement rehaussée (2A). Ainsi, le fond du bouchon 10 comporte maintenant ladite partie rehaussée 2A et une partie périphérique 2B. - La surface extérieure du bouchon 10 est donc supérieure à celle du bouchon 1, de sorte que la prise manuelle du bouchon 10 est augmentée et que l'application du couple de débouchage est plus aisée, sans pour cela que la masse de matière utilisée pour fabriquer le bouchon soit sensiblement supérieure.
- À l'intérieur du bouchon 10 est formée une unique grande cavité 11 à paroi lisse, constituée par la somme de la cavité 12 délimitée par la paroi circulaire de bouchage interne 6 et de la cavité 13 engendrée par le rehaussement de la partie 2A du fond 2.
- Pour améliorer la préhension du bouchon 10, des aspérités de préhension 14 sont disposées dans le retrait circulaire 15 entre la partie rehaussée 2A et la partie non rehaussée 2B du fond 2. De telles aspérités de préhension sont des ailettes diamétrales solidaires des parois du retrait 15.
Claims (1)
- Bouchon (10) de matière synthétique en forme de capuchon, destiné à être monté sur le col (3) d'un récipient (4) par vissage et comportant une paroi circulaire de bouchage interne (6) portée par un fond (2) du bouchon (10) et apte à pénétrer dans ledit col (3), ainsi qu'une bague de sécurité (7) reliée à une partie inférieure dudit bouchon (10) par une ligne de prédécoupe (8) et audit col (3) par des moyens de retenue (9), la partie (2A) dudit fond (2) qui se trouve en correspondance avec ladite paroi circulaire de bouchage interne (6) étant extérieurement rehaussée pour augmenter la surface extérieure de préhension dudit bouchon (10), une cavité (12) délimitée par la paroi circulaire de bouchage interne (6) et une cavité (13) engendrée par le rehaussement extérieur du fond (2) s'additionnant et formant une grande cavité unique (11) à paroi lisse, un retrait circulaire (15) formé entre la partie rehaussée et la partie non rehaussée du fond comportant des aspérités de préhension (14),
les aspérités de préhension (14) étant des premières ailettes diamétrales solidaires des parois du retrait circulaire (15), le bouchon (10) comprenant en outre une surface externe entre la partie inférieure du bouchon (10) et le retrait circulaire (15), caractérisé en ce que ladite surface externe comprend une pluralité de deuxièmes ailettes diamétrales, chacune des deuxièmes ailettes diamétrales étant longitudinalement étendue par une des premières ailettes diamétrales.
