Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sheet grooving cutter capable of forming a concave groove on a sheet, which is necessary when a seam of floor sheets is firmly connected using a welding rod, and in particular, straddles the seam of the floor sheet.
- the present invention relates to a sheet grooving cutter capable of forming a concave groove quickly and accurately without using a ruler.
- a U-shaped or V-shaped groove is cut in the joint portion with a hand cutter (see FIGS. 2 and 3), and a welding rod melted by heat is poured into the groove (see FIG. 4). The raised portion is scraped off to finish the surface flat (see FIG. 5).
- the groove is usually cut while applying the blade of the cutter to a ruler arranged in parallel with the seam so that the seam is positioned at the center of the blade of the U-shaped or V-shaped cutter.
- This method does not take much time when the seam is short, but it has the disadvantage that the floor area becomes large, and when the distance of the seam is long, it takes a lot of time and labor, and the work cost becomes enormous. .
- a grooving tool having a guide function has been proposed so that a groove can be easily cut on the joint of the sheet (for example, Patent Document 1).
- this tool since it has a two-point support configuration of the blade edge and the guide roller abutting portion with respect to the sheet surface, a relatively stable operation can be performed, but between the support point and the gripping portion. Since the distance is long, not only is the stability limited, but the tool itself is easily damaged.
- Patent Document 2 a floor grooving device having a roller having a seam guide function at the front end portion and the rear end portion of the apparatus main body has been proposed (Patent Document 2).
- Patent Document 2 since the seam is guided by the roller, there is a disadvantage that the roller is unrolled during the operation, and there is a risk that the groove is detached from the seam to dig a groove.
- the groove is cut by the blade disposed after the roller provided at the front part and the joint portion is wide, the width of the rear roller is wider than the width of the front roller.
- the rear roller is not necessarily stable in the cut groove, this not only provides insufficient seam followability of the tool, but also insufficient followability to the uneven surface of the floor. In the case of forming a groove, the rear roller and the second blade at the rear portion must be removed, which is complicated.
- the present inventor has provided a thin non-rotating fixing plate that is inserted into the sheet seam and guides the tool along the seam at the tip of the tool, and behind that.
- a blade for grooving the seam portion of the sheet in a concave shape is provided, and a wheel having a width suitable for the groove formed by the blade or a cross-sectional shape of the tip fits the groove near the rear end of the tool.
- the fixing member not only the followability to the seam of the sheet is good, but also the followability to the unevenness of the floor can be improved while ensuring light operability, and the groove formed in the seam of the sheet It is found that the depth can be made more uniform than before, and the second groove is formed in the first groove, thereby making it difficult to remove the welding rod replenished in the groove.
- sheet The thin plate so that the coupling can be strengthened more than before, and the tool bottom near the tip having the thin plate is inclined at an appropriate angle upward toward the tip, and the tool is easily tilted forward.
- the first object of the present invention is that it can be easily operated without using a ruler or the like, and is excellent in uniformity of depth quickly and accurately in the seam of the sheet according to the unevenness of the floor.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet grooving cutter capable of cutting a groove.
- a second object of the present invention is to provide a sheet grooving cutter that can easily follow even if the seam is curved.
- a third object of the present invention is to provide a sheet grooving cutter capable of continuously cutting a second groove in a groove that was initially cut in a single operation.
- the above-mentioned objects of the present invention are a tool for cutting a sheet so as to straddle both sheets according to the seam of the sheets generated when the sheets are sequentially laid on the surface of the base material of the floor via an adhesive.
- a thin guide plate that guides the tool in accordance with the seam when the tool is pushed, and the front part enters the seam at the front end of the front part, the middle part, and the rear part.
- at least one blade for grooving the seam portion of the sheet into a concave shape is provided so as to be detachable.
- a sheet grooving cutter that can be operated without using a ruler, and a sheet thickness by a first blade in one operation. Achieved by a method of grooving a sheet seam, characterized by forming a deep groove and then forming a deeper groove in the groove provided by said first blade by a second blade .
- the sheet grooving cutter of the present invention can be attached to and detached from the rear end portion of the rear portion by using a tool that reverses the tool and moving the rear portion as the front portion.
- the front bottom portion having the thin guide plate may be provided so as to be slidable back and forth.
- a pair of rollers and / or wheels running on the sheet surface may be provided on the left and right sides of the tool in the vicinity of the stabilizing member of the rear portion, and a separate grip portion is provided mainly on the upper portion of the intermediate portion. You may have.
- the blade is arranged immediately after the guide plate, and a second blade having a width narrower than the width of the blade is formed behind the first blade by a groove formed by the first blade. It can also be detachably arranged so that a deeper groove can be cut into the inside.
- the stabilizing member provided in the rear portion is a wheel having a width substantially corresponding to the groove formed by the blade, or a fixing member having a tip sectional shape substantially corresponding to the sectional shape of the groove,
- the bottom surface of the front end portion having the guide plate is inclined upward, and the guide plate has no corners and has a smooth shape that makes it easy to tilt the tool forward along the inclined surface. It is preferable that it is designed.
- the front end portion including the guide plate in front of the first blade provided in the front portion is detachable from the tool, or can be rotated upward by 90 degrees or more.
- the first blade of the front portion may protrude forward from the tool.
- the grooving cutter of the present invention can easily and accurately cut a concave groove in a seam of a sheet without using a ruler or the like, and is difficult to cut cleanly with a ruler. It is possible to easily and accurately perform grooving of a sheet seam applied to a certain base material and grooving for a curved seam provided in the design without detaching from the seam of the sheet. Furthermore, when further grooving in the groove provided first, the welding rod that is melted and pushed in is less likely to come off from the sheet than when a simple single groove is provided. Not only the work efficiency of the grooving welding work is remarkably improved, but also the adhesion between the sheets can be made stronger.

- the gripping part When operating the tool of the present invention, the gripping part is gripped.
- the gripping part shown in the above embodiment is not particularly provided, the intermediate part is practically the gripping part.
- Such a tool is also one embodiment of the present invention.
- the grip portion 2 in the present embodiment is an integral type with the main body, which is formed in a shape that is easy to grip by hollowing out the main body, but the grip portion 2 is manufactured as a grip independent of the main body, and using a fixing means It is also possible to adhere to the main body as appropriate.
- the contact area between the bottom of the tool of the present invention and the sheet becomes large, not only does the movement of the tool during the use of the tool become heavy, but also it becomes difficult to pick up unevenness of the floor base, and the uniform depth Since it becomes difficult to form a groove, it is preferable to design the contact area as small as possible.
- the front portion having the thin guide plate 6 has an opening 14 behind the guide plate 6, and the groove cutting blade 7 projects to the bottom surface of the front portion through the opening.
- the distance between the grooving blade 7 and the guide plate 6 is too small, chips will not easily come out between the grooving blade 7 and the guide plate 6, so at least the depth of the groove to be provided. It is necessary to leave an interval. However, this distance remains as a distance that cannot be cut when an obstacle such as a wall is reached. - the wheel or roller shaft 12 may be the same as the wheel shaft. Further, the wheel 11 and the roller 13 may rotate freely around the fixed rotation shaft 12 or may rotate integrally with the shaft 12.
- shaft is a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of a tool.
- the stability in the direction of movement and the direction orthogonal thereto when using the tool of the present invention is sufficiently high. In this case, use of the tool causes unnecessary friction.
- the rear bottom surface is designed not to come into contact with the seat, like the middle bottom surface.
- the sheet seam 40 it is not uncommon for the sheet seam 40 to be a curved line instead of a straight line.
- the inclined surface 19 at the bottom of the front end portion is brought into close contact with the sheet, only this close contact surface comes into close contact with the sheet. Therefore, even if the seam of the sheet is a curve, the curved seam can be easily joined. Can follow.

- the insertion depth is required to be 1 mm or more. You don't have to reach the bottom.
- the insertion of the guide plate 6 makes it possible to move the tool according to the seam. Therefore, if the sheet seam 40 is curved, only the front guide plate 6 need be inserted into the sheet seam. Note that the thickness of the sheet to be used with the tool of the present invention is usually 3 mm to 7 mm.
- a groove-like or cylindrical space 8 is provided in the main body from the opening 14 upward and rearward.

- a second blade (not shown) having a width narrower than the width of the first blade is placed behind the blade (first blade) disposed on the front portion by the first blade.
- the groove formed by the first blade is made relatively shallow, and the distance by which the second blade protrudes from the bottom surface of the tool body is adjusted so that the depth of the second groove is less than the thickness of the sheet.
- a groove narrower than the width of the groove is formed by the second blade at the bottom of the groove.
- the groove depth on the joint 40 of the sheet is increased, and a groove structure in which the middle portion of the groove cross section is narrowed can be realized.
- the welding rod 50 that has been welded and pushed in is difficult to be removed, adhesion of the seam between the sheets becomes stronger than in the case of a simple groove shape.
- the groove cutter of the present invention it is possible to easily and accurately cut a concave groove in the seam of a sheet without using a ruler or the like, which was difficult when using a ruler, It is possible to cut the groove of uniform depth by improving the followability to small unevenness, and to cut the groove of the curved seam provided in the design easily and accurately.
- the operation can be further grooved in the first groove, so that not only can the work efficiency of conventional groove cutting welding work be improved significantly, but also the welding rod melted and pushed into the groove Can be made difficult to come off from the sheet, and the adhesion between the sheets can be made stronger, so that the present invention is extremely useful industrially.
