背景技术
液晶显示装置一般包括背光模组、液晶显示面板、前框及胶框,前框与胶框配合来固定液晶面板,背光模组与胶框固定用于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使其能正常显示影像。背光模组包括光源、导光板、背板等元件,光源及导光板均固定在背板上,而背板与胶框固定从而实现背光模组与胶框固定。
现有的液晶显示装置设计中,背板1与胶框2之间固定方式通常采用两种方式:一种是螺纹连接,如图1所示,分别在背板1与胶框2的对应装配位置设置通孔,通过穿入通孔的螺钉300将背板1与胶框2固定;另一种是卡合的形式,如图2所示,胶框2上设有通槽400,背板1的与胶框2的装配处凸伸形成凸块500,所述凸块500卡合于通槽400内,从而将背板1与胶框2固定。虽然前述两种固定方式均能将背板1与胶框2固定,但是第一种固定方式需要借助工具才能实现安装和拆卸,不方便;第二种固定方式在拆卸过程中也要借助工具,而且其容易造成零部件的变形和损坏。

本发明的主要目的是提供一种连接装置,旨在提供结构简单,且方便组装拆卸的连接装置。

所述第二连接件的推拉部穿入第一连接件的通孔,所述弹性悬臂套设于所述定位环内,将连接后的第一连接件及第二连接件穿过第一贯穿孔及第二贯穿孔,第一组件抵顶于限位部,所述第二组件卡持在卡持部。
优选地,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为凸出弹性悬臂自由端的卡勾,所述卡勾卡持在第二组件上。
优选地,所述定位环的一侧设有开口,所述弹性悬臂自所述开口卡入所述定位环中。
优选地,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为弹性悬臂的自由端开设的卡槽,所述卡槽卡持在第二组件上。
本发明通过弹性悬臂穿过定位环,对推拉部施加作用力,从而使得抵顶部与限位部固定一固定件,弹性悬臂的卡持部固定另一固定件;拆卸时则对推拉部施加作用力,将弹性悬臂与定位环脱离。因此,其不但结构简单,而且只需对推拉部施加作用力,即可完成模组的组件之间的组装及拆卸。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及实施例,对实现发明目的的技术方案作详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图3及图4,图3是本发明连接装置中第一连接件一实施例的结构示意图;图4是本发明连接装置中第二连接件的结构示意图。本发明一种连接装置,其包括第一连接件100及第二连接件200,所述第一连接件100及第二连接件200均为塑胶件。所述第一连接件100包括限位部110及与所述限位部110连接的至少两弹性悬臂120,所述限位部110在两弹性悬臂120之间设有通孔130,所述弹性悬臂120上还设有卡持部。在本实施例中,该卡持部为凸出弹性悬臂120自由端的卡勾123。
所述第二连接件200包括抵顶部210及垂直于抵顶部210延伸、且可穿过所述通孔130的推拉部220,所述抵顶部210两端设有供所述弹性悬臂120穿过的定位环230。
所述第一连接件100与第二连接件200连接时,所述弹性悬臂120卡合于定位环230内,推拉部220穿入通孔130,对抵顶部210施加作用力使其抵顶于限位部110。
具体地,所述限位部110包括抵顶面111,弹性悬臂120包括固定端121及自由端122,其固定端121设置在抵顶面111上,自由端122凸伸出抵顶面111。而且两弹性悬臂120的固定端121之间的间距比自由端122之间的间距小。
所述抵顶部210为工字状,包括第一侧面211及第二侧面212。所述定位环230贯通所述抵顶部210的第一侧面211及第二侧面212,包括由抵顶部210两侧分别向外弯折延伸的侧壁231,两侧壁231的自由端相对设置,且两者之间相隔一段距离而形成开口232。
参照图5及图6,图5为第一连接件100与第二连接件200组装时的状态示意图,图6为第一连接件100与第二连接件200组装完成的状态示意图。推拉部220自弹性悬臂120间插入通孔130,并向内挤压所述弹性悬臂120的自由端122,使所述开口232发生形变,从而将弹性悬臂120套设在定位环230内;并推动所述抵顶部210或拉动所述推拉部220,使第二连接件200相对于第一连接件100沿图5中箭头A方向运动,直至抵顶部210抵顶于限位部110,即抵顶部210的第一侧面211抵顶于限位部110的抵顶面111,定位环230运动至弹性悬臂120的固定端121处时,弹性悬臂120的固定端121之间的间距比自由端122之间的间距小,弹性悬臂120弹性恢复。
请参阅图6,在拆卸所述第一连接件100与第二连接件200时,挤压所述两弹性悬臂120的自由端122使其向内靠拢;并对推拉部220施加推力,使得定位环230沿弹性悬臂120并向箭头B方向运动至弹性悬臂120的自由端。如图5所示,再将弹性悬臂120与定位环230分离,完成第一连接件100与第二连接件200的拆卸。
上述定位环230的截面形状与弹性悬臂120的截面形状适配,例如弹性悬臂120的截面形状为四边形,则定位环230的截面形状也为四边形;若弹性悬臂120的截面形状为圆形,则定位环230的截面形状也为圆形。而且开口232在弹性悬臂120穿过定位环230时产生的变形,可以使得弹性悬臂120可以更加顺利地穿过定位环230。
请参阅图7,其为本发明连接装置中第一连接件另一实施例的结构示意图,在本实施例中的第一连接件与第一实施例的第一连接件区别在于:上述卡持部为由弹性悬臂320的自由端322向内开设的卡槽323。第一连接件100与第二连接件200组装时,推拉部220自弹性悬臂320间插入通孔330,并将弹性悬臂320套设于定位环230内;并推动所述抵顶部210或拉动所述推拉部220,使第二连接件200相对于第一连接件100运动,直至抵顶部210抵顶于限位部110,定位环230运动至弹性悬臂320的固定端321处时,弹性悬臂320弹性恢复。由于本实施例中卡持部为弹性悬臂320的自由端开设的卡槽323,故该弹性悬臂320不需要挤压就可以套设在定位环230内,从而使得与本实施例配合连接的第二连接件200的定位环230不需要设置开口232。
参照图8,其为本发明背光模组组装后的剖面结构示意图。该背光模组包括第一组件1、第二组件2及连接第一组件1和第二组件2的连接装置。所述第一组件1上设有第一贯穿孔11,第二组件2的对应位置设有第二贯穿孔21。如图3及图4所示,该连接装置包括第一连接件100及第二连接件200。该第一连接件100及第二连接件200的具体结构及组装、拆卸原理可参照上面所述,在此就不再赘述。第一连接件100与第二连接件200连接成图5的状态后,穿过第一贯穿孔11及第二贯穿孔21,且第一连接件100的限位部110抵顶于第一组件1上,该限位部110的形状不限定于长方形,凡是能卡抵于第一组件1上的任何形状的限位部110,均在本发明的保护范围之内;对推拉部220施加拉力或对抵顶部210施加推力,则抵顶部210向限位部110靠近直至抵顶部210抵顶于第一组件1上,使得第一组件1卡持于所述限位部110与抵顶部210之间;此时弹性悬臂120也恢复形变,其卡持部将第二组件2卡持,在本实施例中,所述卡勾123卡持在第二组件2上;在其他实施例中,也可以是如图7所示的卡槽323卡持在第二组件2上。拆卸时,推动所述推拉部220,使定位环的侧壁231挤压所述两弹性悬臂120的自由端122使其向内靠拢,使得卡持部与第二组件2脱离,从而使得第一连接件100与第二连接件200形成图5所示的状态,再将其由第一贯穿孔11及第二贯穿孔21取出,即可完成第一组件1及第二组件2的拆卸。
本发明实施例通过第一连接件100及第二连接件200的简单结构,而且通过对推拉部220施加作用力,即可完成背光模组的第一组件1及第二组件2的组装及拆卸,不但结构简单,其组装拆卸方便,而且其拆卸时也不会损坏第一组件1及第二组件2。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种连接装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一连接件,包括限位部及设置在所述限位部两端的至少两弹性悬臂,所述限位部在两弹性悬臂之间设有通孔,所述弹性悬臂上设有卡持部;
    第二连接件,包括抵顶部及与抵顶部垂直连接的推拉部,所述抵顶部两端设有定位环;
    所述第二连接件的推拉部穿入第一连接件的通孔,所述弹性悬臂套设于所述定位环内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂包括固定端及自由端,所述固定端与所述限位部连接,且两弹性悬臂固定端之间的间距比自由端之间的间距小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为凸出弹性悬臂自由端的卡勾。
  4. 根据权利要求3中所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述定位环的一侧设有开口,所述弹性悬臂自所述开口卡入所述定位环中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为弹性悬臂的自由端开设的卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件与第二连接件均为塑胶件。
  7. 一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括第一组件、第二组件及连接第一组件及第二组件的连接装置,所述第一组件上设有第一贯穿孔,所述第二组件上设有第二贯穿孔,所述连接装置包括:
    第一连接件,包括限位部及设置在所述限位部两端的至少两弹性悬臂,所述限位部在两弹性悬臂之间设有通孔,所述弹性悬臂上设有卡持部;
    第二连接件,包括抵顶部及与抵顶部垂直连接的推拉部,所述抵顶部两端设有定位环;
    所述第二连接件的推拉部穿入第一连接件的通孔,所述弹性悬臂套设于所述定位环内,将连接后的第一连接件及第二连接件穿过第一贯穿孔及第二贯穿孔,第一组件抵顶于限位部,所述第二组件卡持在卡持部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂包括固定端及自由端,所述固定端与所述限位部连接,且两弹性悬臂固定端之间的间距比自由端之间的间距小。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为凸出弹性悬臂自由端的卡勾,所述卡勾卡持在第二组件上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述定位环的一侧设有开口,所述弹性悬臂自所述开口卡入所述定位环中。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为弹性悬臂的自由端开设的卡槽,所述卡槽卡持在第二组件上。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一连接件与第二连接件均为塑胶件。
  13. 一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括第一组件、第二组件及连接第一组件及第二组件的连接装置,所述第一组件上设有第一贯穿孔,所述第二组件上设有第二贯穿孔,所述连接装置为塑胶件,其包括:
    第一连接件,包括限位部及设置在所述限位部两端的至少两弹性悬臂,所述限位部在两弹性悬臂之间设有通孔,所述弹性悬臂上设有卡持部、固定端及自由端,所述固定端与所述限位部连接,且两弹性悬臂固定端之间的间距比自由端之间的间距小;
    第二连接件,包括抵顶部及与抵顶部垂直连接的推拉部,所述抵顶部两端设有定位环;
    所述第二连接件的推拉部穿入第一连接件的通孔,所述弹性悬臂套设于所述定位环内,将连接后的第一连接件及第二连接件穿过第一贯穿孔及第二贯穿孔,第一组件抵顶于限位部,所述第二组件卡持在卡持部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为凸出弹性悬臂自由端的卡勾,所述卡勾卡持在第二组件上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述定位环的一侧设有开口,所述弹性悬臂自所述开口卡入所述定位环中。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述弹性悬臂的卡持部为弹性悬臂的自由端开设的卡槽,所述卡槽卡持在第二组件上。
