技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
背光模组是液晶显示面板的关键零组件之一,用于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使其能正常显示影像。背光模组包括前框、液晶面板、导光板、胶框、背板等等。其中,前框用于固定液晶面板,胶框用于固定导光板及背板。或者额外增加导光板固定板,用于固定导光板。
现有的背光模组设计中,前框的固定方式一般为螺丝固定或者卡勾固定。螺丝固定主要是把前框通过螺丝锁固在背板。如此背板上面需要进行攻牙操作,而且螺丝锁固也需要工时,该方法不利于节约成本。卡勾固定通过设置在前框的侧面的卡勾将前框固定在背板上。虽然其安装简单,但是该卡勾结构容易引起前框正面外翻,从而造成前框与液晶显示面板之间的间隙过大。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种背光模组,旨在实现背光模组的前框及胶框的简单安装及拆卸。
本发明提供了一种背光模组,包括前框及胶框,所述前框与所述胶框通过扣接结构连接,该扣接结构包括设置在前框反面上的扣台及设置在胶框正面上、且与所述扣台扣接的扣勾,所述前框的反面设置有与该面垂直连接的第一凸起,所述扣台设置在所述第一凸起的侧壁;所述胶框的正面设置有与该面垂直连接的第二凸起,所述扣勾设置在该第二凸起的侧壁;所述扣台具有第一卡持面及扣勾导入部,扣勾具有第二卡持面及扣台导入部,第二卡持面的面积比第一卡持面的面积大。
优选地,所述第一凸起与第二凸起均为筒状结构,且所述第二凸起与所述第一凸起套接。
优选地,所述第一凸起与第二凸起均为长条结构,且第一凸起与第二凸起均为两个,且并排设置。
优选地,所述前框的反面还设置有与该面垂直连接的第三凸起,且所述第三凸起位于第一凸起的内侧。
优选地,所述第三凸起抵靠所述第二凸起,所述第一凸起与所述第三凸起形成夹持结构,夹持固定所述第二凸起。
本发明还提供了一种背光模组,包括前框及胶框,所述前框与所述胶框通过扣接结构连接。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及实施例,对实现发明目的的技术方案作详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1至图5,图1是本发明背光模组的剖面示意图;图2是图1中设置有扣台的前框一实施例的俯视结构示意图;图3是图2沿A-A线的剖面示意图;图4是图1中设置有扣勾的胶框一实施例的俯视结构示意图;图5是图4沿B-B线的剖面示意图。背光模组包括前框10及胶框20。该前框10与胶框20之间通过扣接结构30连接。该扣接结构30包括两部分,分别为设置在前框10反面上的扣台31和设置在胶框20正面上、且与所述扣台31扣接的扣勾32。该扣台31与扣勾32之间为可拆卸连接,且扣台31与扣勾32均为弹性件。在这里需要说明的是,该前框10的反面是指与胶框20进行装配的一面。胶框20的正面是指与前框10进行装配的一面。
在本发明一种实施方式中,扣台31可以为设置在前框10反面的凹槽,则扣勾32为设置在前框20正面的呈钩状的凸块,该凸块卡抵于凹槽的内端面。在本发明另一种实施方式中,扣台31可以为设置在前框10反面的呈钩状的凸块,则扣勾32为设置在胶框20正面的凹槽,该凸块卡抵于凹槽的内端面。在本发明又一种实施方式中,扣台31可以为设置在前框10反面的呈钩状的凸块,扣勾为设置在前框20正面的呈钩状的凸块,两钩状的凸块互相配合扣接。凡是可以形成可拆卸连接的扣台31及扣勾32结构,能达到固定前框10及胶框20的目的的扣接结构30,均在本发明的专利保护范围内。
本发明通过扣接结构的设置,使得前框10与胶框20形成可拆卸组装,而且不需要借助其他工具。而且扣台31与扣勾32分别设置在前框10的反面及胶框20的正面,解决了现有技术中卡勾结构易引起前框10正面外翻,从而造成前框10与液晶显示面板之间间隙过大的问题。
上述前框10的反面设置有与该面垂直连接的第一凸起41及第三凸起43,所述扣台31设置在所述第一凸起41的侧壁。所述胶框20的正面设置有与该面垂直连接的第二凸起42,该第二凸起42卡持于第一凸起41与第三凸起43之间,所述扣勾32设置在该第二凸起42的侧壁。组装时,胶框20的第二凸起42由第一凸起41及第三凸起43的间隙卡入,由于第一凸起41与第二凸起42上分别设有扣台31及扣勾32,则将使第一凸起41与第三凸起43发生形变。待第一凸起41及第三凸起43的弹性形变恢复,则其扣台31将与扣勾32形成干涉,第三凸起43抵靠第二凸起42,使第一凸起41与第三凸起43形成类似于夹子的结构将第二凸起42夹紧,从而使前框10与胶框20固定。拆卸时,则对第二凸起42施加拉力,挤压第一凸起41及第三凸起43发生形变,从而使得扣台31与扣勾32脱离干涉。
上述第一凸起41、第二凸起42及第三凸起43均为筒状结构,且第三凸起43位于第一凸起41的内侧,所述第二凸起嵌入到所述第一凸起41及第三凸起43之间。
上述扣台31设有扣台导入部311。上述扣勾32设有扣勾导入部321。该扣台导入部314与扣勾导入部324均用于扣台31快速地与扣勾32扣接。
如图6所示,其为图1中A部的局部放大示意图。上述扣台31与第二凸起42形成过隙配合,该扣台31的一部分嵌入到第二凸起42中,扣台31嵌入第二凸起42并抵接第二凸起42的接触面定义为第一卡持面312;扣勾32与第一凸起41形成过隙配合,该扣勾32的一部分嵌入到第一凸起41中,扣勾32嵌入第一凸起41并抵接第一凸起41的接触面定义为第二卡持面322。上述扣台31与扣勾32通过相互扣接使第一凸起41与第二凸起42相互固定,其中第一卡持面312的面积比第二卡持面322的面积小。
参照图7及图8,图7为图1中设置有扣台的前框另一实施例的俯视结构示意图;图8为图1中设置有扣勾的胶框另一实施例的俯视结构示意图。与上述实施例不同的是,前框10的反面设置的第一凸起51与第三凸起53均呈长条状,且并排设置,第一凸起51与第三凸起53均为两个,上述扣台31设置在第一凸起51的内侧壁。胶框20的正面设置的第二凸起52也呈长条结构,且并排设置,第二凸起52也为两个,上述扣勾32设置在第二凸起52的内侧壁。通过两个相对设置的扣台31,使得两扣勾32对应与卡持在扣台31,从而加强了前框10与胶框20之间的固定。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种背光模组,包括前框及胶框,其特征在于,所述前框与所述胶框通过扣接结构连接,该扣接结构包括设置在前框反面上的扣台及设置在胶框正面上、且与所述扣台扣接的扣勾,所述前框的反面设置有与该面垂直连接的第一凸起,所述扣台设置在所述第一凸起的侧壁;所述胶框的正面设置有与该面垂直连接的第二凸起,所述扣勾设置在该第二凸起的侧壁;所述扣台具有第一卡持面及扣勾导入部,扣勾具有第二卡持面及扣台导入部,所述第二卡持面的面积比第一卡持面的面积大。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一凸起与第二凸起均为筒状结构,且所述第二凸起与所述第一凸起套接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述前框的反面还设置有与该面垂直连接的第三凸起,且所述第三凸起位于第一凸起的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第三凸起抵靠所述第二凸起,所述第一凸起与所述点凸起形成夹持结构,夹持固定所述第二凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一凸起与第二凸起均为长条结构,且第一凸起与第二凸起均为两个,且并排设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述前框的反面还设置有与该面垂直连接的第三凸起,且所述第三凸起位于第一凸起的内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第三凸起抵靠所述第二凸起,所述第一凸起与所述第三凸起形成夹持结构,夹持固定所述第二凸起。
  8. 一种背光模组,包括前框及胶框,其特征在于,所述前框与所述胶框通过扣接结构连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述扣接结构包括设置在前框反面上的扣台及设置在胶框正面上、且与所述扣台扣接的扣勾。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述前框的反面设置有与该面垂直连接的第一凸起,所述扣台设置在所述第一凸起的侧壁;所述胶框的正面设置有与该面垂直连接的第二凸起,所述扣勾设置在该第二凸起的侧壁。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一凸起与第二凸起均为筒状结构,且所述第二凸起与所述第一凸起套接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述前框的反面还设置有与该面垂直连接的第三凸起,且所述第三凸起位于第一凸起的内侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第三凸起抵靠所述第二凸起,所述第一凸起与所述点凸起形成夹持结构,夹持固定所述第二凸起。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一凸起与第二凸起均为长条结构,且第一凸起与第二凸起均为两个,且并排设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述前框的反面还设置有与该面垂直连接的第三凸起,且所述第三凸起位于第一凸起的内侧。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第三凸起抵靠所述第二凸起,所述第一凸起与所述第三凸起形成夹持结构,夹持固定所述第二凸起。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述扣台设有扣勾导入部。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述扣勾设有扣台导入部。
  19. 根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述扣台的一部分嵌入到第二凸起中,扣台嵌入第二凸起并抵接第二凸起的接触面定义为第一卡持面,扣勾的一部分嵌入到第一凸起中,扣勾嵌入第一凸起并抵接第一凸起的接触面定义为第二卡持面,所述第二卡持面的面积比第一卡持面的面积大。
