Abstract

본 발명은 다기능 생체물질 접합체의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 다기능 생체물질 접합체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 미생물 등을 검출하는 바이오센서로 이용되는 다기능 생체물질 접합체의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 다기능 생체물질 접합체에 관한 것이다. 상기 다기능 생체물질 접합체의 제조방법은 (a) 자성 또는 형광특성을 가지는 제 1 나노입자에 단백질을 코팅시키는 단계; (b) 상기 단백질이 코팅된 제 1 나노입자에 금속 특성을 가지는 제2 나노입자를 흡착시켜 접합체를 제조하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 접합체에 생체물질을 흡착시켜 다기능 생체물질 접합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 다기능 생체물질 접합체의 제조방법은 두 종의 입자를 이용함으로써, 나노입자의 침전을 방지하면서 생체물질을 손쉽게 고정화할 수 있으며, 멀티 기능을 가지는 생체물질 접합체를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 방법으로 제조된 다기능성 생체물질 접합체는 미생물 검출을 위하여 사용할 수 있으며, 101cfu농도의 미생물까지 검출할 수 있다.
