Abstract
본 발명은 단백질간의 상호작용 및 기능을 효율적으로 분석하기 위하여, 광유도 이형 이합체 형성 단백질 및 제1자기조립단백질을 포함하는 제1융합단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 제1발현벡터; 및 상기 광유도 동형 이합체 형성 단백질과 동형 이합체를 형성하는 짝 단백질 또는 상기 짝 단백질 및 제2자기조립단백질을 포함하는 제2융합단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 제2발현벡터를 준비하는 발현벡터 준비단계; 상기 제1발현벡터 및 제2발현벡터로 세포, 조직 또는 개체를 형질전환시키는 형질전환 세포, 조직 또는 개체의 제조단계; 및 상기 형질전환 세포, 조직 또는 개체에 상기 광유도 이형 이합체 단백질과 상기 짝 단백질 사이의 이형 이합체 형성을 유도하는 파장의 빛을 조사하는 광조사단계를 포함하는 광유도 단백질 나노클러스터 형성방법을 제공한다.
