Definitions
- the present invention opens a container sealed with a multilayer film containing an aluminum foil layer and the like, and a cap with an opener that maintains the sealing after the opening, in particular, easily opens the film at the planned opening without scattering the contents.
- the present invention relates to a highly safe opener cap.
- Containers that contain regular coffee, etc., are used repeatedly after being opened, while being sealed with an overcap.
- the planned opening of the top lid of the can is partitioned by an annular curled portion, and the inside of the annular curled portion is tightly sealed from the back of the can lid with a gas barrier multilayer synthetic resin film including an aluminum foil layer.
- a stopped can is known.
- a female screw is formed on the lower inner peripheral surface of the overcap, a male screw is formed on the upper outer peripheral surface of the can body, and further, on the back surface of the top plate of the overcap.
- a method of cutting a formula is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the cutter is attached to the overcap in a folded state and needs to be triggered with the fingertip when opened, and once raised, it always protrudes from the back of the overcap top plate. Since it is in a state, there is a risk that a finger may be damaged by the cutter when the user opens and closes the overcap.
- Patent Documents 2 and 3 A combination of an annular cutter that cuts a film into a circle and a stopper-type overcap has also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3).
- Patent Document 2 the one described in Patent Document 2 is a type in which the opener is housed inside the overcap with the annular blade facing the back of the top plate of the overcap after the film is opened.
- Patent Document 3 does not house the opener inside the overcap after the film is cut, but after the film is cut, the opener is fitted to the annular curl portion of the can top lid (that is, the annular blade is attached to the can). It is a type that remains in the state of facing the inside of the main body. Since the annular blade is not exposed to the front after opening, the risk of injury of the finger by the annular blade when the overcap is removed from the can body can be eliminated.
- Opening with the above-mentioned conventional annular cutter is performed by holding the opener itself with a finger, pushing the annular blade into the film, and then rotating to open the film piece in a circular shape.
- the grip portion of the opener has only an outer diameter that is about the annular curl portion of the can top lid, and there are not enough parts gripped by the user, making it difficult to apply force to the opener, and as a result, it is difficult to open the film There was a problem.
- the container is filled with an inert gas, for example, in a regular coffee can to prevent oxidation of the contents, or carbon dioxide released from the contents of coffee is added, so that the internal pressure of the can is set higher than the atmospheric pressure.
- opening with the above-described conventional annular opener has a problem that when the annular blade of the opener is pushed into the film, the contents are scattered to the outside along with the blowing of inert gas. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art, and the problem to be solved is that the film to be easily opened can be easily gripped and easily applied, and the contents can be easily scattered. It is an object of the present invention to provide a highly safe opener cap that can be opened without being opened.
- the opener cap according to claim 1 which achieves the above-mentioned object, includes a semiconical or cylindrical screw cap having a female screw coupled to a male screw formed on an upper side surface of the can body, and the can body.
- An upper ratchet tooth and a lower ratchet tooth that mesh with each other only in the tightening direction of the screw cap are formed at the opening end of the cylindrical rib and the opening end of the opener opposite to the annular blade, respectively. It is what.
- the screw cap and the opener constitute a ratchet coupling that rotates and descends only in the direction in which the screw cap is tightened, that is, in the direction in which the screw cap is screwed into the can body. Therefore, unlike the conventional mechanism for rotating and opening the annular cutter (opener) alone, by rotating the screw cap in the direction of tightening the can body, the annular blade of the opener becomes circular while piercing the film on the can lid It will be cut to form an opening in the can lid.
- the upper ratchet teeth and the lower ratchet teeth are configured to be engaged with each other after the start of meshing of the female screw of the screw cap and the male thread of the can body.
- the upper ratchet teeth of the screw cap and the lower ratchet teeth of the opener are formed so as to be in contact with each other over the entire circumference.
- the maximum envelope diameter of the opener is set to be slightly smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the female thread of the screw cap.
- the annular blade of the opener is a left-right asymmetric blade in which the blade angle in the loosening direction of the screw cap is smaller than the blade angle in the tightening direction.
- the opener cap according to the first aspect of the present invention is configured such that the can body and the screw cap are fastened with screws, and the screw cap and the opener form a ratchet joint that rotates integrally only in the direction in which the screw cap is tightened. Therefore, just by screwing the screw cap into the can body in the opening operation of the film, the opener cuts the film on the can top lid into a circle. Therefore, in the opening operation, the gripping portion of the user becomes a screw cap, so that the gripping portion can be made larger and the rotation radius can be secured larger than when the conventional opener alone is rotated, and it is easy to apply force when turning the screw cap. The opening operation of the film becomes easy.
- the opener since the opening operation of the film is performed in a state where the screw cap is put on the can top cover, the contents are not scattered outside the screw cap when opening. Furthermore, the opener remains in the opening of the can lid after opening the film, but both ratchet teeth do not mesh in the direction in which the screw cap is loosened, so the user removes the screw cap from the can body. However, the opener will not come off the can body. Therefore, after opening the film, the opener will always remain in the opening of the top lid of the can with the blade facing the inside of the can body, covering the cut edge of the film, so that the user may hurt his finger during use. The risk is reduced and it is safe.
- the screw cap and the opener are configured so as to form a ratchet connection with a delay after the screw fastening is started on the can body.
- the screw cap and the can body are screwed together, the axis of the screw cap that is the reference when the opener opens the film is determined, and the axis of the opener is determined by the ratchet coupling between the screw cap and the opener after a delay.
- the opener can be centered simply by screwing the screw cap into the can body, and the opening of the film by the opener can be performed stably and accurately.
- the ratchet coupling is configured to contact each other over the entire circumference, the opening operation of the film can be performed stably.
- the ratchet coupling portion and the joint portion between the opener and the can top lid opening portion become a seal portion, and the can body is sealed.
- the sealing performance (resealability) of the can body is maintained after the film is opened.
- the contents will not spill over the can lid even when the can is laid down.
- the maximum envelope diameter of the opener is configured to be slightly smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the crest of the female screw of the screw cap.
- the annular blade of the opener has a smaller blade angle on the side opposite to the tightening direction, so that the cut end of the film to which the blade in the tightening direction (front blade) is torn is loosened.
- the blade (rear blade) is traced and closed, and the content is suitably prevented from scattering to the outside during the film opening operation.
- the blade becomes longer in the circumferential direction as a result, and there is a margin in strength. Therefore, the original strength is maintained even if the blade is thinned. That is, it is possible to reduce the amount of material used while making the blade thin to improve the tearability.

Abstract
