3的上部将其正好卡在顶盖 22的对应安装孔中, 即药筒 3的顶部压在一个半卡环上, 而后将另一个半卡环压入顶盖 22, 顶盖 22再压入铝质壳体 20, 而后安装底盖 21, 将 药筒 3的底部与底盖 21锁附, 即可完成了药筒 3的装配。 可在壳体 20内设置多个药 筒 3, 三个为佳。 参见图 2和图 3, 本实用新型在药筒 3 的顶端还设置有药筒的筒盖 4; 在药筒 3 内依次设置有陶瓷蜂窝冷却层 5、冷却剂 6、药柱 7和设置于药柱 7前端断面上的点火 头 8; 通常药筒 3与药筒的筒盖 4采用密封圈 9密封连接, 其中密封圈 9的截面可以 是方形也可以是圆形或者其他的形状; 药筒的筒盖 4包括有喷口和喇叭喷嘴, 且喷口 中心正对于喇叭喷嘴的中心, 喷口上可以采用橡胶塞 10或者铝箔密封; 而且陶瓷蜂窝 冷却层 5—方面可以固定冷却剂 6能够防止冷却剂 6掉出, 另一方面其具有物理冷却 的作用, 可以使高温的热气溶胶温度降低; 通常可以将陶瓷蜂窝冷却层 5设置在冷却 剂 6前端, 也可以将其设置在冷却剂 6中间处, 或者还可以设置在冷却剂 6的前端和 中段均设置, 根据实际应用情况确定其位置及数目; 本实用新型的喇叭喷嘴直径较大 的一端与蜂窝冷却层连接, 可以引流气溶胶从喷口喷出, 而且喇叭喷嘴可以与筒盖设 置成一体结构; 药柱 7与药筒 3内壁之间还可以增设保温隔热层 19, 其具有保温隔热 的作用, 防止气溶胶弓 I燃后的热量散发烧伤周围的人员或物资。 本实用新型的泄爆装置 2主要包括摩擦层 11、 连杆 12、 连杆导向单元 13、 连杆 限位装置 14及弹性体 18 ; 其中连杆 12是联接在药筒的筒盖 4上, 可以采用焊接、 铆 接等固定联接的方式, 也可以直接设置为一体结构, 这样其结构强度更大; 摩擦层 11 可以是一个或多个橡胶圈或者硅胶层或者其他的能够为连杆 12 的轴向滑动提供足够 摩擦阻力的材料均可, 摩擦层 11可以在连杆 12与药筒 3之间或者直接固定在连杆 12 的内侧, 当连杆 12在连杆导向单元 13的导向作用下沿药筒 3的轴向发生位移时, 摩 擦层 11为其提供摩擦阻力与缓冲力;连杆导向单元 13是能够在连杆 12移动时为其提 供导向作用的装置; 其可以是与连杆 12固连的导向环 15也可以是设置于药筒 3外壁 能够使连杆 12沿其滑动的导向槽或者是能够起到导向作用的其他结构,这个导向结构 可以防止连杆 12在药筒 3移动过程中偏位或者卡住; 当采用导向环 15导向时, 可以 将导向环 15与连杆 12的末端固连或者直接设置成为一体结构; 本实用新型的连杆限 位装置 14与药筒的筒盖 4和连杆 12固连;当连杆 12的末端到达药筒的筒盖 4所示位 置时, 由连杆限位装置 14对其限位; 连杆限位装置 14主要包括翻边 16与卡爪 17, 其中翻边 16与药筒 3固连也可以直接设置为一体结构, 而卡爪 17—端固定在连杆 12 上, 另一端与药筒 3卡接, 主要用于固定连杆 12; 连杆 12还可以与卡爪 17设置成一 体结构;或者本实用新型的连杆限位装置 14还可以是其他的结构只要其一方面能够固 定连杆 12, 另一方面阻挡、 防止连杆 12脱离药筒 3的结构均可。 本实用新型在翻边 16与连杆导向单元 13之间或者翻边 16侧面上还可以设置弹性体 18,主要是能够缓冲 连杆 12末端与药筒 3或者连杆 12末端与翻边 16之间的碰撞力, 延长碰撞时间, 并且 利用其弹性性能的释放而消耗一部分爆燃后产生的动能。 本实用新型的连杆 12位移最好控制在 50-60mm, 因为位移过大起不到减少后坐 力的目的, 但是若位移过小, 则动能消耗不彻底, 药筒的筒盖就极可能飞离连杆限位 装置 (14) 的阻挡, 一旦药筒的筒盖与药筒分离, 则就会产生强大的后坐力。 但是, 连杆 12的位移可以根据具体的应用环境适当调整, 只要达到最佳的泄爆效果即可。 当内筒的药柱 7正常点燃释放时, 热气体从药筒的筒盖 4的喷口释放, 不会产生 过大的气流, 则泄爆装置 2不启动, 连杆 12被卡爪 17固定在药筒 3上, 其不会沿着 药筒 3的轴向而移动产生位移; 只有当发生意外药剂爆燃时强大热气流推动药筒的筒 盖 4和连杆 12向热气流喷射方向移动时,一方面连杆限位装置 14的卡爪 17在强大的 冲击力作用下滑脱, 在此过程中消耗了一部分冲力动能。连杆 12在热气流推动下, 带 着导向环 15沿药筒 3外壁的轴向滑动而产生位移, 移动过程中摩擦层 11对其产生摩 擦阻力, 消耗一部分冲力动能, 当连杆 12末端到达药筒 3的喷口处时, 固定在药筒 3 上的连杆限位装置 14的翻边 16阻止连杆 12的末端脱离药筒 3,在此时设置在翻边 16 与导向环 15之间的弹性体 18发挥作用, 其本身有弹性可以消耗一部分冲力动能, 另 外其对连杆 12末端与翻边 16之间的强大撞击力起到缓冲作用, 当最后的动能以碰撞 的形式作用在翻边 16上时, 翻边 16发生弹性或塑性形变, 其又会全部消耗掉剩余的 动能。这样整个过程就可以很好地将药柱 7爆燃所产生的强大的冲击动能消耗或分散, 从而避免其所带来的人员与物品伤害。 本实用新型的壳体 20的底部还设置有延伸至壳体 20外的弯把 23, 其中弯把 23 内内部设置有 PC弹片、 压电陶瓷和安全销; 所述安全销通过设置在弯把 23外的拉环 解锁; 启动按钮可以设置在弯把 23外部方便操作的部位, 按下即可启动。 在壳体 20 的底盖 21外面再设置有固定盖, 其目的是将弯把 23通过五个螺钉固定到底盖 21上。 还可以将弯把设置为可伸缩式的, 使用时拔出, 闲置时可以将其收缩, 节约空间。 使 用时, 拔出拉环, 使得安全销解锁, 按下启动按钮, 即可通过压电陶瓷启动灭火装置 1的点火头 8, 从而启动灭火装置 1。

所述连杆 (12) 与药筒 (3) 的筒盖 (4) 连接;
所述摩擦层 (11) 设置在连杆 (12) 与药筒 (3) 外壁之间, 当连杆 (12) 在连杆导向单元(13)的导向作用下沿药筒(3)喷射的热气流方向发生位移时, 摩擦层 (11) 为其提供摩擦阻力与缓冲力;
所述连杆导向单元 (13) 是能够在连杆 (12) 移动时为其提供导向作用装 置;
所述连杆限位装置(14)是当连杆(12) 的末端到达药筒(3) 的喷射口时 可对其限位的装置。 、 根据权利要求 2所述的便携式灭火装置, 其特征在于: 所述连杆导向单元(13) 是与连杆(12)固连的导向环(15)或是设置于药筒(3)外壁能够使连杆(12) 沿其轴向滑动的导向槽; 所述连杆限位装置(14)包括与药筒(3) 的喷射端固 连的翻边(16)和用于固定连杆 (12) 的卡爪(17); 所述翻边(16) 与连杆导 向单元 (13) 之间或者翻边 (16) 侧面上还设置有弹性体 (18)。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的便携式灭火装置, 其特征在于: 所述壳体 (20) 内设置 有多个药筒 (3)。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的便携式灭火装置, 其特征在于: 所述卡环 (24) 是两个 半卡环组成。 、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5所述的便携式灭火装置, 其特征在于: 所述 壳体 (20) 是棱柱形且采用铝质材料。 根据权利要求 6所述的便携式灭火装置, 其特征在于: 所述壳体 (20) 的底端 还设置有弯把(23); 所述弯把(23) 内部设置有压电陶瓷和安全销; 所述安全 销通过设置在弯把 (23) 外的拉环解锁。 根据权利要求 7所述的便携式灭火装置, 其特征在于: 所述弯把 (23) 为可伸 缩式的。
