一种泄爆型的气溶胶灭火装置内筒 技术领域 本发明属于消防灭火技术领域, 特别是一种能够防爆泄压并缓减后坐力的气溶胶 气溶胶灭火装置。 背景技术 现有的气溶胶气溶胶灭火装置通常是主要包括内筒体、 设置于内筒体上的筒盖组 件以及依次设置于内筒体内的由隔热材料包覆的烟火药剂和点火头、 冷却剂、 陶瓷片 等, 在正常情况下, 点火头点燃烟火药剂后, 药柱通过较快速的分层燃烧产生大量的 气溶胶烟雾, 这些高温气溶胶通过冷却剂层的降温后由筒盖组件的喷口喷出, 直接作 用于火源, 达到灭火的目的。 但是如果出现包覆层缺损、 烟火药柱裂缝或者气体通道 严重堵塞, 都有可能会引起筒体内压力骤升, 导致药柱爆燃, 急骤升高的特高压气体 向前快速泄放, 以极高速度冲开并将喷口打出, 从而引起很大的后坐力。 强大的后坐 力带动筒体快速后移, 从而极易引发对操作人员的严重伤害。 同时, 泄爆后, 热气流 会在筒体内积聚, 气溶胶气溶胶灭火装置的内筒盖组件等也会以极高速度脱离筒体, 飞出较远距离, 可能引起其它意外事故, 甚至当积聚的压力太大时还会引起内筒筒体 爆炸等更加严重的事故。 但是目前的气溶胶气溶胶灭火装置内筒体几乎没有泄 (防) 爆措施, 最多是采用 了前盖压紧的方法, 但这并不能安全泄爆, 仍然解决不了上述的问题, 因此, 现有的 气溶胶灭火装置内筒均存在着药剂爆燃后产生强大后坐力以及筒体爆炸或内筒盖组件 脱离对人身或物品造成极大伤害的安全隐患。 发明内容 为了解决现有技术中存在的气溶胶灭火装置没有任何的防爆泄压措施, 药柱爆燃 后产生后坐力或其筒体爆炸或组件脱落伤害人身或物品的安全隐患的问题, 本发明提 供了一种泄爆型的气溶胶灭火装置内筒。 本发明采用的技术手段是: 一种泄爆型的气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 包括筒体 (3 ) 以及设置于筒体 (3 ) —端的 筒盖组件(4); 其特殊之处在于: 该筒体(3 )上还设置有泄爆装置; 本发明的泄爆装 置包括摩擦层(11 )、 连杆(12)、 导向单元(13 ) 以及限位装置(14); 其中连杆(12) 与筒盖组件(4)连接; 摩擦层(11 )设置在连杆(12)与筒体(3 )之间, 当连杆(12) 在导向单元(13 )的导向作用下沿筒体(3 )的热气流喷射方向发生位移时,摩擦层(11 ) 为其提供摩擦阻力与缓冲力; 导向单元 (13 ) 是能够在连杆 (12) 移动时为其提供导 向作用装置; 限位装置 (14) 是能够固定连杆 (12) 并且当连杆 (12) 的末端滑动到 筒盖组件 (4) 时能够对其限位的装置。 在筒盖组件 (4) 与限位装置 (14 ) 脱离并向 前滑动的过程中, 筒体内原有的高压气体因为出 (泄压) 口的扩大, 会迅速分散并通 过物理作用消耗转移, 从而泄爆, 即筒盖组件 (4) 向前滑动的过程就是筒体 (3 ) 的 泄压过程。 上述导向单元可以是与连杆 (12) 固连的导向环 (15 ) 也可以是设置于筒体 (3 ) 外壁能够使连杆 (12) 沿其轴向滑动的导向槽或者滑轨或者能够起到导向作用的其他 结构; 上述限位装置(14)主要包括与筒体(3 )固连的翻边(16)和用于固定连杆(12) 的卡爪 (17) 或者只要起到能够一方面固定连杆 (12) 另一方面阻挡防止连杆 (12) 脱离筒体 (3 ) 的结构均可; 其中翻边 (16) 可以与筒体 (3 ) 设置为一体, 使其结构 更强, 有效阻止连杆 (12) 末端脱离筒体 (3 ) ; 在翻边 (16) 与导向环 (15 ) 之间还 设置有缓冲部件 (18), 主要是能够缓冲连杆 (12) 末端与筒体 (3 ) 或者连杆 (12) 末端与翻边 (16) 之间的碰撞力, 延长碰撞过程, 并且利用其弹性能的释放而消耗一 部分爆燃后产生的动能。 上述的连杆(12)还可以与筒盖组件(4) 固连或者设置为一体结构, 这样才能有 效阻止筒盖组件 (4) 飞出, 防止其引起其他的意外事故。 本发明的连杆 (12) 的位移是 30 80, 以 50-60mm为佳, 位移过大起不到减少后 坐力的目的, 但是若位移过小, 则动能消耗不彻底, 筒盖组件就极可能飞离限位装置 ( 14) 的阻挡, 一旦筒盖组件与筒体分离, 则就会产生强大的后坐力, 因此, 适当位 移控制是非常重要的。 但是, 连杆 (12) 的位移可以根据具体的应用环境适当调整, 只要达到最佳效果即可。 上述的筒盖组件 (4) 的喷口采用橡胶塞 (10) 密封, 起密封、 防潮的作用。 上述筒盖组件(4) 与筒体(3 )连接处设置有密封圈 (9); 密封圈 (9 ) 的截面是 圆形, 降低了成本, 提高了密封效果。 本发明所述的爆燃是指烟火药剂柱出现了裂纹或发生了破碎或外部包覆失效以后 被引燃, 这样的药柱会在极短时间内发生剧烈燃烧, 其燃烧时间只是正常分层燃烧的 十分之一左右。 药柱爆燃后, 会瞬时产生大量的高压高温气体。 本发明的工作原理是: 当药柱(7)爆燃时, 药筒内的气压会急骤增加, 筒盖组件 (4) 上的橡胶塞 (10) 会被高压气体轻易冲开, 于是气体开始泄压, 但因为是爆燃, 正常的喷口来不及泄压, 于是筒体(3 ) 内的气压会积聚成高压气体, 此高压气体会冲 开原来已经被折弯 90度且用于卡紧连杆( 12)与筒体(3 )的卡爪( 17),于是卡爪( 17) 被拉松且冲开, 筒盖组件 (4) 也同时会脱离筒体 (3 ) 滑出。 当卡爪 (17) 被拉松且 冲开, 爆炸能克服了卡爪的这个变形势能, 就必然消耗掉了一部分爆炸能 (泄爆耗能 方法一); 其后已经滑出的筒盖组件 (4) 带着连杆 (12) 以及导向环 (15 ) 沿筒壁轴 向滑动, 滑动过程中又由于摩擦层 (11 ) 的作用, 当筒盖组件 (4)及导向环 (15 )在 内筒体(3 )外壁上滑动的过程中, 会产生较大摩擦阻力, 从而消耗了一部分筒盖组件 (4) 的前冲动能(泄爆耗能方法二); 当导向环 (15 ) 与筒盖组件(4) 向前滑动到内 筒体 (3 ) 顶沿附近时, 缓冲部件 (18) 就会被导向环 (15 ) 与筒体 (3 ) 上设置的翻 边(16)挤压, 从而吸收一部分动能(泄爆耗能方法三)。 当两个零件相对滑动到将缓 冲部件 (18) 挤压到极限而此缓冲部件 (18) 不可再被挤压时, 此缓冲部件 (18) 就 会反作用于两个相对靠近的物体, 而且会释放一部分已经存贮的弹性势能, 从而进一 步阻止两个物体之间的靠近。 于是也消耗了一部分动能(泄爆耗能方法四); 最终导向 环 (15 ) 的前端撞到了内筒体 (3 ) 上的翻边(16) 上, 翻边 (16) 的部分弹性或塑性 变形也能有效阻止住前盖及滑环的前行(泄爆耗能方法五)。这样整个爆燃后产生的能 量就几乎消耗殆尽, 连杆和前盖就停止位移, 这样就不会有太大的后坐力作用在筒体 (3 )上, 而且也有效阻止了筒盖组件(4)冲出去的危险。 在筒盖组件(4) 与限位装 置(14)脱离并向前滑动的过程中, 筒体内原有的高压气体因为出 (泄压) 口的扩大, 会迅速分散或消耗。 即筒盖组件(4) 向前移动的过程就是筒体的泄压过程, 避免发生 通体爆炸或组件飞离的产生的危险, 并且连杆的有限位移即最终限位的目的就是减小 后坐力, 防止产生的后坐力对人身物品的伤害。 本发明是一种泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 其优点主要是:
1、本发明在内筒体上还设置了泄爆装置,其主要通过泄爆装置的移动与限位的过 程中消耗爆燃产生的动能, 从而达到消耗或缓减药剂爆燃后产生的后坐力或前冲力, 从而达到安全有效的泄爆目的, 避免了药柱爆燃后对人身或物品的伤害。 2、本发明的连杆与筒盖组件连接, 采用翻边及卡爪结构, 有效地控制了连杆的运 动。 本结构可有效阻止强大的冲击力作用在筒盖组件而将筒盖组件冲出筒体, 从而防 止了筒盖组件飞出后引发的意外伤害。
3、本发明的限位装置的翻边与内筒体设置为一体, 这样使得其结构更牢固, 抗冲 击力更强。

6-冷却剂, 7-药柱, 8-点火头, 9-密封圈, 10-橡胶塞, 11-摩擦层, 12-连杆, 13-导向 单元, 14-限位装置, 15-导向环, 16-翻边, 17-卡爪, 18-缓冲部件, 19-保温隔热层。 具体实施方式 本发明提供的一种泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 现结合附图对其较佳的实施方式 进一步说明: 参见图 1和图 2, 本发明的气溶胶灭火装置 1 内筒可以采用现有结构的内筒, 在 其基础之上增设泄爆装置, 解决现有的气溶胶灭火装置 1无法防爆泄压的问题; 或者 也可以采用其他的内筒, 只要涉及需要防爆泄压的气溶胶灭火装置 1内筒均可以。 本实施方式的内筒包括筒体 3, 在筒体 3 的顶端还设置有筒盖组件 4; 在筒体 3 内依次设置有陶瓷蜂窝冷却层 5、冷却剂 6、药柱 7和设置于药柱 7前端断面上的点火 头 8; 通常筒体 3与筒盖组件 4采用密封圈 9密封连接, 其中密封圈 9的截面可以是 方形也可以是圆形或者其他的形状; 筒盖组件 4包括有喷口和喇叭喷嘴, 且喷口中心 正对于喇叭喷嘴的中心, 喷口上可以采用橡胶塞 10或者铝箔密封; 而且陶瓷蜂窝冷却 层 5—方面可以固定冷却剂 6能够防止冷却剂 6掉出, 另一方面其具有物理冷却的作 用, 可以使高温的热气溶胶温度降低; 通常可以将陶瓷蜂窝冷却层 5设置在冷却剂 6 前端, 也可以将其设置在冷却剂 6中间处, 或者还可以设置在冷却剂 6的前端和中段 均设置, 根据实际应用情况确定其位置及数目; 本发明的喇叭喷嘴直径较大的一端与 蜂窝冷却层连接, 可以引流气溶胶从喷口喷出, 而且喇叭喷嘴可以与筒盖设置成一体 结构; 药柱 7与筒体 3内壁之间还可以增设保温隔热层 19, 其具有保温隔热的作用, 防止气溶胶弓 I燃后的热量散发烧伤周围的人员或物资。 本发明的泄爆装置 2主要包括摩擦层 11、 连杆 12、 导向单元 13、 限位装置 14及 缓冲部件 18; 其中连杆 12是联接在筒盖组件 4上, 可以采用焊接、 铆接等固定联接 的方式, 也可以直接设置为一体结构, 这样其结构强度更大; 摩擦层 11可以是一个或 多个橡胶圈或者硅胶层或者其他的能够为连杆 12 的轴向滑动提供足够摩擦阻力的材 料均可, 摩擦层 11可以设置在连杆 12与筒体 3之间或者直接固定在连杆 12的内侧, 当连杆 12在导向单元 13的导向作用下沿筒体 3的轴向发生位移时,摩擦层 11为其提 供摩擦阻力与缓冲力;导向单元 13是能够在连杆 12移动时为其提供导向作用的装置; 其可以是与连杆 12固连的导向环 15也可以是设置于筒体 3外壁能够使连杆 12沿其滑 动的导向槽或者滑轨或者是能够起到导向作用的其他结构, 这个导向结构可以防止连 杆 12在筒体 3移动过程中偏位或者卡住; 当采用导向环 15导向时, 可以将导向环 15 与连杆 12的末端固连或者直接设置成为一体结构; 本发明的限位装置 14是能够固定 连杆 12并且当连杆 12的末端滑动到筒盖组件 4时能够对其限位的装置。 当连杆 12 的末端到达筒盖组件 4所示位置时, 由限位装置 14对其限位; 限位装置 14主要包括 翻边 16与卡爪 17,其中翻边 16与筒体 3固连也可以直接设置为一体结构, 而卡爪 17 一端固定在连杆 12上, 另一端与筒体 3卡接, 主要用于固定连杆 12; 连杆 12还可以 与卡爪 17设置成一体结构; 或者本发明的限位装置 14还可以是其他的结构只要其一 方面能够固定连杆 12, 另一方面阻挡、 防止连杆 12脱离筒体 3的结构均可。 本发明 在翻边 16还可以是设置在筒体口的凸台,其还可以与导向槽设置为一体结构,根据应 用环境确定结构选择。当导向单元 13是采用导向环 15时,还可以在导向环 15与翻边 16之间设置有缓冲部件 18,主要是能够缓冲导向环 15或连杆 12末端与筒体 3或者翻 边 16之间的碰撞力, 延长碰撞时间, 并且利用其弹性性能的释放而消耗一部分爆燃后 产生的动能。 本发明的连杆 12位移控制在 30~80mm, 且以 50-60mm为佳, 因为位移过大起不 到减少后坐力的目的, 但是若位移过小, 则动能消耗不彻底, 筒盖组件就极可能飞离 限位装置(14) 的阻挡, 一旦筒盖组件与筒体分离, 则就会产生强大的后坐力。 但是, 连杆 12的位移可以根据具体的应用环境适当调整, 只要达到最佳的泄爆效果即可。 当内筒的药柱 7正常点燃释放时, 热气体从筒盖组件 4的喷口释放, 不会产生过 大的气流, 则泄爆装置 2不启动, 连杆 12被卡爪 17固定在筒体 3上, 其不会沿着筒 体 3 的轴向而移动产生位移; 只有当发生意外药剂爆燃时强大热气流推动筒盖组件 4 和连杆 12向热气流喷射方向移动时,一方面限位装置 14的卡爪 17在强大的冲击力作 用下滑脱, 在此过程中消耗了一部分冲力动能。连杆 12在热气流推动下, 带着导向环 15沿筒体 3外壁的轴向滑动而产生位移, 移动过程中摩擦层 11对其产生摩擦阻力, 消耗一部分冲力动能, 当连杆 12末端到达筒体 3的喷口处时, 固定在筒体 3上的限位 装置 14的翻边 16阻止连杆 12的末端脱离筒体 3, 在此时设置在翻边 16与导向环 15 之间的缓冲部件 18发挥作用,其本身有弹性可以消耗一部分冲力动能, 另外其对连杆 12末端与翻边 16之间的强大撞击力起到缓冲作用, 当最后的动能以碰撞的形式作用 在翻边 16上时, 翻边 16发生弹性或塑性形变, 其又会全部消耗掉剩余的动能。 这样 整个过程就可以很好地将药柱 7爆燃所产生的强大的冲击动能消耗或分散, 从而避免 其所带来的人员与物品伤害。 本发明的内筒不仅限于上述实施方式的结构, 而且其不仅仅适用于便携式灭火装 置或者固定式灭火装置, 还是用于其他的涉及泄压防爆问题的装置。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 、 一种泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 包括筒体 (3 ) 以及设置于筒体 (3 ) —端的 筒盖组件(4); 其特征在于: 所述筒体(3 )上还设置有泄爆装置; 所述泄爆装 置包括摩擦层 (11 )、 连杆 (12)、 导向单元 (13 ) 以及限位装置 (14);
所述连杆 (12) 与筒盖组件 (4) 联接;
所述摩擦层 (11 ) 设置在连杆 (12) 与筒体 (3 )之间, 当连杆 (12)在导 向单元(13 ) 的导向作用下沿筒体(3 ) 的热气流喷射方向发生位移时, 摩擦层 ( 11 ) 为其提供摩擦阻力与缓冲力;
所述导向单元 (13 ) 是能够在连杆 (12) 移动时为其提供导向作用装置; 所述限位装置 (14) 是能够固定连杆 (12) 并且当连杆 (12) 的末端滑动 到筒盖组件 (4) 时能够对其限位的装置。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 其特征在于: 所述导向单 元是与连杆( 12)固连的导向环( 15 )或是设置于筒体(3 )外壁能够使连杆( 12) 沿其轴向滑动的导向槽; 所述限位装置(14)包括与筒体(3 )固连的翻边(16) 和用于固定连杆 (12) 的卡爪(17); 所述翻边(16) 与导向环 (15 )之间还设 置有缓冲部件 (18)。 、 根据权利要求 2所述的泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒,其特征在于:所述翻边( 16) 与筒体 (3 ) 设置为一体。 、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 其特征在于: 所 述连杆 (12) 与筒盖组件 (4) 固连或设置为一体。 、 根据权利要求 4所述的泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒,其特征在于:所述连杆( 12) 的位移是 30-80mm。 、 根据权利要求 5所述的泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 其特征在于: 所述筒盖组 件 (4) 的喷口采用橡胶塞 (10) 密封。 、 根据权利要求 6所述的泄爆型气溶胶灭火装置内筒, 其特征在于: 所述筒盖组 件(4)与筒体(3 )连接处设置有密封圈(9); 所述密封圈(9)的截面是圆形。
