Description

一种带喷口的泄爆装置 技术领域 本发明属于一种安全装置, 具体涉及一种带有喷口的泄爆装置。 背景技术 现有的电力、 石油、 化工、 纺织、 供热等行业均可能涉及到便携式的装置虽然结 构小但可能产生压力积聚过大的爆炸、 爆燃的情形。 在爆炸爆燃的过程中均会在装置 上产生强大的后坐力, 伤及操作人员, 而且爆燃爆炸会产生碎片或其喷口处的物件脱 离本体, 会四处乱飞, 可能会给周围的人身、 财产带来意外的伤害。 如便携式气溶胶 灭火装置, 当其药柱发生爆燃时由于其出气喷口小, 热气溶胶气体就会在其筒体内急 速积聚, 筒体内的压力会急骤升高, 于是热能转换成巨大的动能, 作用在筒体上, 一 部分沿着喷口方向将筒盖冲开向前, 同时其一部分就作用在筒体上产生反方向的后坐 力, 其作用于操作人员身上就会带来严重的人身伤害, 另外冲出去的筒盖由于其冲力 较大也会在脱离筒体后给周围的人或物造成意外伤害。 上述的爆燃是指烟火药剂柱出现了裂纹或发生了破碎或外部包覆失效以后被引 燃, 这样的药柱会在极短时间内发生剧烈燃烧, 其燃烧时间只是正常分层燃烧的十分 之一左右。 药柱爆燃后, 会瞬时产生大量的高压高温气体。 发明内容 为了解决现有技术中存在的涉及到便携式的生产使用装置在人员操作过程中爆燃 或爆炸所产生的强大后坐力伤及操作人员以及装置喷射口处的物件脱离本体所带来的 意外伤害等的技术问题, 本发明提供了一种新型的带有喷口的泄爆装置。 本发明采用的技术手段是: 一种带有喷口的泄爆装置, 其特殊之处在于: 该泄爆装置包括带有喷口 (10) 的 盖体(1 ) 以及设置于盖体(1 )上的连杆 (2)、 能够为连杆 (2)滑动提供导向作用的 导向单元(3 ) 以及设置在连杆(2) 内侧的摩擦层(4); 本发明的泄爆装置将盖体(1 ) 与喷口 (10) 设置为一体, 结构简化而且安装方便, 使用时可以直接将泄爆装置安装 在便携式装置的喷发口处; 另外设置导向单元(3 ), 使连杆(2)运动按照指定的轨迹, 不会发生偏位或者卡住等问题; 摩擦层 (4)是在连杆 (2)移动时能够对连杆 (2)产 生摩擦阻力, 可以消耗作用在连杆 (2) 上一部分动能。 本发明的盖体 (1 ) 上还可以设置可用来固定盖体 (1 ) 的卡爪 (5 ); 当泄爆装置 使用时可以通过卡爪(5 )与其他装置固定, 即爆燃或爆炸的热量需要克服已经折弯的 卡爪 (5 ) 的结构强度, 将其拉直, 才能使其开脱即也可以消耗一部分动能。 本发明的喷口 (10)设置为倒喇叭型, 这样可以对热气流起到聚集、 整流、 导流、 提速作用。 本发明的导向单元(3 )是设置在连杆(2)末端且与连杆(2)固连的导向环(7), 而且导向环 (7) 与连杆 (2) 的末端也可以设置为一体结构; 或者导向单元(3 )设置 为能够使连杆 (2) 沿其滑动的导向槽或滑轨, 其主要是在连杆 (2) 运动过程中为其 导向, 防止偏位。 上述连杆 (2) 与盖体 (1 ) 可以采用卡接、 铆接、 焊接、 螺纹联接、 销联接等固 定连接也可以直接设置为一体, 使其结构强度更大。 上述摩擦层(4)是塑料材料或者橡胶材料, 或者也可以是其他的只要能为其提供 摩擦阻力的均可。 本发明在连杆 (2) 与盖体(1 )连接的一端内侧或者连杆 (2) 的末端与盖体(1 ) 平行的位置还可以设置缓冲部件 (6), 当连杆 (2) 末端运动到终点时, 连杆 (2) 的 末端会与便携式装置上的阻塞物产生碰撞, 缓冲部件 (6) 就可以一方面起缓冲作用, 另一方面可以自身弹性的释放而消耗一部分动能。 上述连杆 (2) 是两个或多个, 而且卡爪 (5 ) 的数目也可以根据实际需要调整, 可以是两个或多个。 本发明提供的一种带有喷口的泄爆装置, 其主要具有以下优点:

3、 本发明的缓冲部件(6)在连杆(2)运动到终点遇到阻碍其脱离的部件时为其 提供缓冲作用, 另一方面其自身的弹性特征也可以消耗一部分能量。 4、 本发明的喷口 (10)采用倒喇叭型喷口, 其可以起到聚集、 整流、 导流、 提速 作用。
