说 明 书 一种绳索缓降器的压绳装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绳索缓降装置, 尤其涉及一种绳索缓降器的压绳装置。
背景技术
在日常生活或工作中, 人们经常会在高处遇到危险, 如果没有其它方法可以逃生时, 需要借助空中降 落装置逃生, 公知的空中降落装置包括摩擦限速式、 手动制动限速式和液压阻尼限速式, 前两者缺点是可 靠性差, 最后者结构比较简单, 性能也比较可靠, CN87216143公开一种用活塞和凸轮起限速作用的空中降 落装置, 但凸轮只承受压力, 不承受拉力, 在降落过程中存在限速不均匀; ZL2003101127389 和 ZL2003201232361分别公开了一种采用曲轴与液压调速式控制器相连接的原理, 但由于采用链梯, 降落高 度受限制; ZL2007202016917公开一种液压限速式空中降落器, 其结构是过绳式的, 过绳式结构的绳索缓 降器一个关键问题是如何确保绳索与绕绳轮之间有足够摩擦力。 为了增加绳索与绕绳轮之间的摩擦力, 其 公开了一种压绳装置,即是增加上压绳轮和下压绳轮, 但上压绳轮没有起到增加绳索与绕绳轮之间的压力 和摩擦力的作用, 下压绳轮虽然起到一定的增加绳索与绕绳轮之间的压力和摩擦力的作用, 但由于下压绳 轮是设置在一个吊臂上且重力件是直接与吊臂连接, 因此吊臂必须安装在绕绳轮的下侧, 绳索从受力端到 压绳点的所绕过的角度只有半个圆周的角度, 因此, 起到的压绳效果并不是很好; 本文中, 绳索从受力端 到压绳点的所绕过的角度称之为压绳包角。
发明内容
为了克服现今公开的过绳式结构的绳索缓降器的压绳装置压绳包角较小, 压绳效果不好的问题, 本发 明提出一种绳索缓降器的压绳装置, 主要包括绳索、 压绳轮、 轮轴、 轮轴座、 支撑轴、 支撑轴座、 轴端固 定件、 压紧件、 机体、 绕绳轮, 绳索缠绕在绕绳轮上, 压绳轮安装在所述轮轴上并通过轴端固定件固定在 轮轴座上, 轮轴座通过支撑轴安装在支撑轴座上并通过轴端固定件安装固定在机体上, 所述压紧件的一 端固定在机体上而另一端还设置有扣接件, 其特征是: 所述压绳轮安装在绕绳轮的上侧且置于绕绳轮的 绳槽中、 所述压紧件拉紧盘压在所述轮轴座上。 本发明提出的压绳装置可以安装在绕绳轮的上侧, 可以增 大压绳包角, 进一步提高压绳效果。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案是, 本发明提出一种绳索缓降器的压绳装置, 主要包括绳索、 压 绳轮、 轮轴、 轮轴座、 支撑轴、 支撑轴座、 轴端固定件、 压紧件、 机体、 绕绳轮, 绳索缠绕在绕绳轮上, 压绳轮安装在所述轮轴上并通过轴端固定件固定在轮轴座上, 轮轴座通过支撑轴安装在支撑轴座上并通 过轴端固定件安装固定在机体上, 所述压紧件的一端固定在机体上而另一端还设置有扣接件, 其特征 是: 所述压绳轮安装在绕绳轮的上侧且置于绕绳轮的绳槽中、 所述压紧件拉紧盘压在所述轮轴座上。
本发明的优选方案之一, 所述压紧件是钢丝绳, 也可以是安全带。 说 明 书 本发明的优选方案之二, 所述压紧件的扣接件与重力件扣接在一起使压紧件拉紧盘压在所述轮轴座 上。
本发明的优选方案之三, 所述压紧件的扣接件与重力件扣接在一起并且所述重力件同时与机体扣接固 定。
本发明的优选方案之四, 所述扣接件扣接在机体上使压紧件拉紧盘压在所述轮轴座上。
本发明的优选方案之五, 所述机体上还设置有搭扣构件且所述搭扣构件与压紧件的扣接件互相扣接使 压紧件拉紧盘压在所述轮轴座上, 所述搭扣构件可以采用现有用于日常箱包中应用的搭扣构件。
本发明的优选方案之六, 所述压紧件上还可以设置有弹性件。
本发明的优选方案之七, 在机体上位于绕绳轮的下侧还可以设置有使绳索避开绕绳轮的导绳构件, 所 述导绳构件主要包括座体、 轴体、 固定件, 所述轴体通过固定件安装固定在座体上、 所述绳索从轴体外 侧绕过
本发明的有益效果是, 本发明提出的压绳装置可以安装在绕绳轮的上侧, 可以增大压绳包角, 进一步 提高压绳效果。
