Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau absorbant le son. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le procédé de fabrication d'un panneau absorbant le son comprend : une première étape consistant à mélanger, par rapport au poids total, 15 à 48 % en poids de sol dragué, 2,5 à 32,5 % en poids de cendres de grille, et 37,5 à 67,5 % en poids de cendres rejetées de manière à produire un agrégat léger artificiel ; et une seconde étape consistant à mélanger l'agrégat léger artificiel à de ciment, d'adjuvants, de plastifiants et d'eau, à injecter le mélange dans un moule, à cuire le mélange, et ensuite à séparer le mélange du moule pour produire un panneau absorbant le son.
