Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le procédé de fabrication d'un panneau absorbant le son comprend : une première étape consistant à mélanger, par rapport au poids total, 15 à 48 % en poids de sol dragué, 2,5 à 32,5 % en poids de cendres de grille, et 37,5 à 67,5 % en poids de cendres rejetées de manière à produire un agrégat léger artificiel ; et une seconde étape consistant à mélanger l'agrégat léger artificiel à de ciment, d'adjuvants, de plastifiants et d'eau, à injecter le mélange dans un moule, à cuire le mélange, et ensuite à séparer le mélange du moule pour produire un panneau absorbant le son.
