Abstract
본 발명은 신규 금속다중산화물 및 금속다중산화물을 이용하여 제조된 기능성 섬유 또는 직물에 관한 것이다. 금속다중산화물은 전이금속원소에 다수의 산소를 결합한 화합물으로 항균 및 탈취 활성은 물론이고 표면전기저항성을 나타내게 되므로, 이러한 금속다중산화물을 섬유 또는 직물에 으로, 보다 구체적으로는 신규 구조의 망간(Ⅲ)몰리브데이트 및 코발트(Ⅲ)몰리브데이트, 상기 화합물의 제조방법 및 상기 화합물을 이용한 기능성 섬유 또는 직물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 금속다중산화물은 우수한 항균 및 소취 효과를 나타내며, 상기 금속다중산화물을 이용하여 제조된 기능성 섬유 또는 직물은 강력한 이온결합에 의해 시간이 지나도 기능성이 저하되지 않는다는 장점이 있으며, 우수한 항균 및 소취 효과를 나타낸다. 전이금속원소에 다수의 산소를 결합시킨 금속다중산화물을 섬유 또는 직물에 상온 또는 가열한 상태에서 반응시킴으로써 다양한 기능성을 갖는 섬유 또는 직물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 기능성 섬유 또는 직물은 이온성 결합에 의해 시간이 지나도 특성 및 효과가 저하되지 않는다는 장점이 있으며, 우수한 항균 및 탈취 효과를 나타냄은 물론이고 표면저항성이 증가됨으로써 전자파 차단 효과를 가지고 있다.
