摊铺机及其布料器的安装结构 技术领域 本发明涉及道路施工机械领域, 更具体地, 涉及一种摊铺机及其布料器的安装结 构。 背景技术 摊铺机是铺筑各种道路物料的必需设备, 布料器设在摊铺机机架后方, 安装于摊 铺机机架后立板 (以下简称摊铺机后立板) 上, 分左右两侧, 其作用是把刮板输送器 送来的物料左右横向均匀的分布到全幅宽度。 在摊铺不同厚度时, 布料器的高度也要 相应的调整, 以使熨平板前的材料量与摊铺层厚度相匹配。 参见图 1, 示出了现有技术中的一种摊铺机的布料器的安装结构。 布料器包括: 安装在摊铺机后立板上的驱动装置 1 Γ, 由驱动装置驱动的传动装置 13', 由传动装置 13'驱动的螺旋叶片部 15', 以及位于螺旋叶片部 15'两端并支撑螺旋叶片部 15'的支撑 装置 17'。 螺旋叶片部 15'在旋转运动过程中将物料均匀摊铺到全幅宽度。 布料器的驱 动装置 1 Γ和支撑装置 17'通过大量螺栓 30'连接在摊铺机后立板 (图中未示出) 上, 当需要调整布料器的高度时, 先将螺栓 30'拧松, 然后调整调节螺柱 50'将布料器调定 在要求的高度, 最后将螺栓 30'拧紧。 还有一种布料器, 是将布料器安装在一个升降架上, 升降架用螺栓连接在摊铺机 后立板上, 升降架通过棘轮扳手代替调节螺柱 30'来调整高度。 上述的布料器安装结构, 因布料器质量巨大, 安装在摊铺机后立板上需要大量的 紧固螺栓, 因此调整布料器高度的过程非常费时、 费力。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种摊铺机及其布料器的安装结构, 以解决现有技术中因布料器 通过大量紧固螺栓和摊铺机后立板连接, 导致调整布料器高度的过程费时、 费力的问 题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种摊铺机的布料器的安装结构, 布料器包括布 料器驱动装置、 布料器传动装置、 螺旋叶片部和螺旋叶片支撑装置, 布料器驱动装置 和螺旋叶片支撑装置上均安装有与摊铺机后立板相配合的安装架; 安装架和摊铺机后 立板其中之一设置有纵向滑动槽, 摊铺机后立板或安装架其中之另一设置有与纵向滑 动槽相配合的安装孔; 自动紧固件, 安装在安装孔和纵向滑动槽中; 自动紧固件具有 夹持安装架和摊铺机后立板的夹持状态, 和松开安装架和摊铺机后立板的松开状态; 安装架驱动装置, 用于驱动安装架沿滑动槽移动。 进一步地, 布料器驱动装置上安装的安装架和螺旋叶片支撑装置上安装的安装架 为一体式结构。 进一步地, 安装孔设置于摊铺机后立板上, 滑动槽设置于安装架上。 进一步地, 自动紧固件为液压油缸, 包括液压油缸缸体和由液压油缸缸体一端穿 出的第一活塞杆; 其中, 液压油缸缸体安装至摊铺机后立板上, 具有有杆腔油口和无 杆腔油口; 第一活塞杆穿设在安装孔和滑动槽中, 且第一活塞杆的外端安装有第一锁 紧件。 进一步地, 自动紧固件为蓄能液缸, 包括蓄能液缸缸体和由蓄能液缸缸体一端穿 出的第二活塞杆; 蓄能液缸缸体安装至摊铺机后立板上, 具有无杆腔油口; 第二活塞 杆穿设在安装孔和滑动槽中, 且第二活塞杆的外端安装有第二锁紧件; 蓄能液缸缸体 的无杆腔内安装有弹性复位件。 进一步地, 第二活塞杆的外端具有外螺纹段, 第二锁紧件为锁紧螺母。 进一步地, 弹性复位件为弹簧, 套设在第二活塞杆上。 进一步地, 安装架驱动装置为液压油缸, 液压油缸为两个, 对称设置在布料器驱 动装置的两侧; 液压油缸的一端与摊铺机后立板铰接, 另一端与安装架铰接。 进一步地, 摊铺机后立板上设置有限位台阶, 以对安装架的下端限位。 根据本发明的另一个方面, 还提供了一种摊铺机, 包括上述的摊铺机的布料器的 安装结构。 根据本发明的摊铺机的布料器的安装结构, 由于采用了布料器驱动装置和螺旋叶 片支撑装置上均安装有与摊铺机后立板相配合的安装架; 安装架或摊铺机后立板上设 置有纵向滑动槽, 摊铺机后立板或安装架上设置有与纵向滑动槽相配合的安装孔; 自 动紧固件, 安装在安装孔和纵向滑动槽中; 自动紧固件具有夹持安装架和摊铺机后立 板的夹持状态, 和松开安装架和摊铺机后立板的松开状态; 安装架驱动装置, 用于驱 动安装架沿滑动槽移动的技术方案, 当需要调整布料器高度时, 只需控制自动紧固件 处于松开状态, 然后安装架驱动装置驱动安装架进而带动布料器整体沿滑动槽移动, 布料器高度调整到位后, 再控制自动紧固件使其处于夹持状态, 安装架和摊铺机后立 板在自动紧固件的夹持作用下, 摩擦力较大, 使得布料器保持在调整后的高度, 而且 整个调整过程方便快捷、 节省了大量的人力, 从而克服了现有技术中布料器通过大量 紧固螺栓和摊铺机后立板连接, 导致调整布料器高度的过程费时、 费力的问题, 进而 达到了提高摊铺效率的效果。 附图说明 构成本发明的一部分的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 本发明的示意性实 施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1示意性示出了现有技术摊铺机的布料器的安装结构的主视结构; 图 2示意性示出了本发明的摊铺机的布料器的安装结构的主视结构; 图 3示意性示出了图 2的侧视结构; 以及 图 4 示意性示出了本发明的摊铺机的布料器的安装结构的侧面局部放大剖面结 构。 具体实施方式 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相 互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 参见图 2, 示出了本发明的一种摊铺机的布料器的安装结构的优选实施例。 如图 所示, 布料器包括布料器驱动装置 11、 布料器传动装置 13、 螺旋叶片部 15和螺旋叶 片支撑装置 17 (布料器各部件之间的关系在现有技术中多有涉及, 在此不再赘述)。 布料器驱动装置 11和螺旋叶片支撑装置 17上均安装有与摊铺机后立板 70相配合的安 装架 20。安装架 20上设置有纵向滑动槽 22,摊铺机后立板 70上设置有与纵向滑动槽 22相配合的安装孔 72。 在安装孔 72和纵向滑动槽 22中安装有自动紧固件 60, 自动 紧固件 60具有夹持安装架 20和摊铺机后立板 70的夹持状态, 和松开安装架 20和摊 铺机后立板 70的松开状态; 安装架驱动装置 90, 用于驱动安装架 20沿滑动槽 22的 纵向移动。 这样, 当需要调整布料器的整体高度以适应摊铺厚度时, 只需控制自动紧固件 60 处于松开状态, 然后安装架驱动装置 90驱动安装架 20进而带动布料器整体沿滑动槽 移动, 待布料器高度调整到位后, 再控制自动紧固件 60 使其处于夹持状态, 安装架 20和摊铺机后立板 70在自动紧固件 60的夹持作用下, 摩擦力较大, 使得布料器保持 在调整后的高度, 而且整个调整过程方便快捷、 节省了大量的人力, 从而克服了现有 技术中布料器通过大量紧固螺栓和摊铺机后立板连接, 导致调整布料器高度的过程费 时、 费力的问题, 进而达到了提高摊铺效率的效果。 另外, 可以理解, 也可以将纵向 滑动槽 22设置在摊铺机后立板 70上, 并将安装孔 72设置在安装架 20 上。 优选地, 由图 2中可以看出, 布料器驱动装置 11上安装的安装架和螺旋叶片支撑 装置 17上安装的安装架为一体式结构。这样较容易安装且可以有效减少安装架驱动装 置 90的数量。 优选地, 安装架驱动装置 90为液压油缸, 液压油缸的一端与摊铺机后 立板 70铰接, 另一端与安装架 20铰接, 通过控制液压油缸 90的活塞杆的伸缩, 实现 对布料器整体的高度调整。优选地, 如图 2中所示出的, 在布料器驱动装置 11的两侧 各设置有一个液压油缸, 且两个液压油缸对称, 以使安装架 20受力均匀, 移动平稳。 需要说明的是, 在本实施例中, 布料器驱动装置 11上安装的安装架和螺旋叶片支 撑装置 17上安装的安装架以一体式结构为例, 当然, 在实际应用中, 布料器驱动装置 11上安装的安装架和螺旋叶片支撑装置 17上安装的安装架也可以是分体式结构, 对 于分体式结构的安装架来说, 各安装架均需有驱动装置驱动, 且需保证各安装架的驱 动装置同步运行。 结合参考图 2、 图 3和图 4, 示出了自动紧固件 60的优选实施方式。 该自动紧固 件 60为蓄能液缸,包括蓄能液缸缸体 61和由蓄能液缸缸体 61—端穿出的第二活塞杆 63。蓄能液缸缸体 61具有连通油源的无杆腔油口 69。第二活塞杆 63穿设在安装孔 72 和滑动槽 22中, 且第二活塞杆 63的外端安装有第二锁紧件 67。 蓄能液缸缸体 61的 无杆腔内安装有弹性复位件 65。 例如, 第二活塞杆 63 的外端具有外螺纹段, 第二锁 紧件 67为锁紧螺母; 弹性复位件 65为弹簧, 套设在第二活塞杆 63上。 优选地, 蓄能 液缸缸体 61安装至摊铺机后立板 70上, 这样能保证蓄能液缸缸体 61与安装孔 72的 配合稳定。 该自动紧固件 60的松开状态是这样实施的: 当需要调整布料器高度时,控制蓄能 液缸缸体 61的无杆腔油口 69进油,在油压作用下推动第二活塞杆 63的活塞朝压缩弹 簧 65的方向运动, 此时锁紧螺母 67松开安装架 20和摊铺机后立板 70, 即自动紧固 件 60处于松开状态。此时, 可以控制液压油缸 90的活塞杆伸缩, 调整安装架 20至合 适的高度, 同时锁紧螺母 67随着液压油缸 90的活塞杆伸缩相对滑动槽 22移动。 该自动紧固件 60的夹持状态是这样实施的: 当安装架 20带动布料器调整至合适 高度后, 蓄能液缸卸载, 即蓄能液缸缸体 61 的无杆腔油口 69排油, 此时在弹簧 65 的弹性回复力作用下,第二活塞杆 63的活塞回位,将安装架 20和摊铺机立板 70夹持 在蓄能液缸缸体 61和锁紧螺母 67之间, 即自动紧固件 60处于夹持状态。此时, 布料 器保持在调整后的高度。 优选地, 在一种未示出的方式中, 自动紧固件 60还可以为液压油缸。该液压油缸 包括液压油缸缸体和由液压油缸缸体一端穿出的第一活塞杆。 液压油缸缸体安装至摊 铺机后立板 70上, 具有有杆腔油口和无杆腔油口。 第一活塞杆穿设在安装孔 72和滑 动槽 22中, 且第一活塞杆的外端安装有第一锁紧件,第一锁紧件例如为与第一活塞杆 外端螺纹配合的锁紧螺母。 通过分别控制液压油缸缸体的有杆腔油口或者无杆腔油口 的进出油, 控制第一活塞杆的伸缩, 改变锁紧螺母与安装架 20的关系, 很容易地使自 动紧固件 60处于夹持状态或松开状态, 以方便地调整布料器的高度。 优选地, 在摊铺机后立板 70上设置有限位台阶 75, 以对安装架 20的下端限位, 防止自动紧固件 60失效, 造成布料器从摊铺机后立板 70上脱落并引发危险。 需要说明的是,本发明中的安装架驱动装置 90还可以采用双向棘轮扳手或行程调 节机构代替。 另外, 上述实施例中, 以纵向滑动槽 22设置在安装架 20上, 安装孔 72 设置在摊铺机后立板 70上为例, 容易理解,还可以将纵向滑动槽设置在摊铺机后立板 70上, 安装孔设置在安装架 20上, 同样不影响本发明的实施。 通过上述实施例可知, 采用本发明的技术方案, 布料器是用液压 (蓄能液压缸和 液压油缸) 升降调整和紧固, 各液压缸的进油排油只需要通过操作控制面板的开关就 可以完成调整布料器高度的工作, 达到了布料高度调整的自动化控制, 不用再反复拧 紧固螺栓和调节螺栓了, 不仅劳动强度降到最低, 而且调整时间也最少。 根据本发明的另一个方面, 还提供了一种摊铺机, 包括上述的摊铺机的布料器的 安装结构。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种摊铺机的布料器的安装结构, 所述布料器包括布料器驱动装置(11 )、布料 器传动装置(13 )、 螺旋叶片部(15 )和螺旋叶片支撑装置(17), 其特征在于, 所述布料器驱动装置 (11 ) 和所述螺旋叶片支撑装置 (17) 上均安装有与 摊铺机后立板 (70) 相配合的安装架 (20);
所述安装架 (20) 和所述摊铺机后立板 (70) 其中之一设置有纵向滑动槽 (22), 所述摊铺机后立板(70)和所述安装架(20)其中之另一设置有与所述 纵向滑动槽 (22) 相配合的安装孔 (72);
自动紧固件 (60), 安装在所述安装孔 (72) 和所述纵向滑动槽 (22) 中, 所述自动紧固件 (60) 具有夹持所述安装架 (20) 和所述摊铺机后立板 (70) 的夹持状态, 和松开所述安装架(20)和所述摊铺机后立板(70) 的松开状态; 安装架驱动装置(90), 用于驱动所述安装架(20)沿所述滑动槽(22)移 动。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的安装结构, 其特征在于, 所述布料器驱动装置 (11 ) 上 安装的安装架和所述螺旋叶片支撑装置 (17) 上安装的安装架为一体式结构。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的安装结构, 其特征在于, 所述安装孔 (72) 设置于 所述摊铺机后立板 (70) 上, 所述滑动槽 (22) 设置于所述安装架 (20) 上。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的安装结构, 其特征在于,
所述自动紧固件 (60) 为液压油缸, 包括液压油缸缸体和由所述液压油缸 缸体一端穿出的第一活塞杆;
其中, 所述液压油缸缸体安装至所述摊铺机后立板上, 具有有杆腔油口和 无杆腔油口; 所述第一活塞杆穿设在所述安装孔(72)和所述滑动槽(22) 中, 且所述第一活塞杆的外端安装有第一锁紧件。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的安装结构, 其特征在于,
所述自动紧固件 (60) 为蓄能液缸, 包括蓄能液缸缸体 (61 ) 和由所述蓄 能液缸缸体 (61 ) —端穿出的第二活塞杆 (63 ); 所述蓄能液缸缸体 (61 ) 安装至所述摊铺机后立板 (70) 上, 具有无杆腔 油口 (69);
所述第二活塞杆 (63 ) 穿设在所述安装孔 (72) 和所述滑动槽 (22) 中, 且所述第二活塞杆 (63 ) 的外端安装有第二锁紧件 (67);
所述蓄能液缸缸体 (61 ) 的无杆腔内安装有弹性复位件 (65 )。 根据权利要求 5所述的安装结构, 其特征在于, 所述第二活塞杆 (63 ) 的外端 具有外螺纹段, 所述第二锁紧件 (67) 为锁紧螺母。 根据权利要求 5所述的安装结构, 其特征在于, 所述弹性复位件(65 )为弹簧, 套设在所述第二活塞杆 (63 ) 上。 根据权利要求 2所述的安装结构, 其特征在于, 所述安装架驱动装置 (90) 为 液压油缸, 所述液压油缸为两个, 对称设置在所述布料器驱动装置 (11 ) 的两 侧; 所述液压油缸的一端与所述摊铺机后立板 (70) 铰接, 另一端与所述安装 架 (20) 铰接。 根据权利要求 1所述的安装结构, 其特征在于, 所述摊铺机后立板 (70) 上设 置有限位台阶 (75 ), 以对所述安装架 (20) 的下端限位。 一种摊铺机, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的摊铺机的布料 器的安装结构。
