Description

一种防离析螺旋分料器及摊铺机 技术领域 本发明涉及一种螺旋分料器, 具体涉及一种防离析螺旋分料器及 具有该防离析螺旋分料器的摊铺机。 背景技术 随着道路施工技术的不断完善和路面质量要求的不断提高, 沥青 混凝土摊铺机的应用和地位也越来越受到重视, 沥青混凝土摊铺机在 施工过程中对路面造成的离析现象也越来越受到重视。 造成路面离析 的原因有很多, 由沥青混凝土摊铺机造成的路面离析主要有料斗离析、 螺旋搅料离析、 夯锤夯实离析、 熨平板摊铺离析以及随机性离析等。
对于沥青混凝土摊铺机, 输送和分布混合料是通过刮板和螺旋分 料器两个重要部件完成。 刮板是一种平移式分层输料装置, 对混合料 不会产生重新的搅拌混合作用, 因而对前几道工序产生的混合料物理 和温度离析不能改善。 为此, 近几年来兴起在摊铺机前加置混合料转 运车的工艺尝试, 通过其保温、 加热、 搅拌等作用使温度和物理离析 得到有效改善。 对摊铺机自身而言, 改善离析主要通过螺旋分料器的 结构设计以及运动学参数来实现。
在沥青混合料经过拌合机一次搅拌后, 螺旋输料器在输送过程中 还会对沥青混合料二次搅拌, 二次搅拌的效果会受到沥青混合料的内 摩擦力作用以及混合料与螺旋之间的外摩擦力作用的影响, 而合理的 摊铺机螺旋分料器应能够良好搅拌混合料, 使前期工序产生的混合料 离析得到有效改善, 同时满足摊铺宽度上不同部位所需混合料量, 使 平整度得到保证。 这就是螺旋分料器设计的最终要求, 也是摊铺机提 高性能的合理途径。
而在施工过程中, 螺旋分料器驱动链轮箱底很容易产生纵向离析, 即摊铺层上出现的沿行车方向的条形离析带。 这是由于螺旋驱动链轮 箱的空间干涉, 使左、 右螺旋在中缝处断开一定距离, 这一断裂处的 混合料得不到螺旋的均匀撒布和搅拌, 会在螺旋驱动链轮箱底部产生 堆积和挤压, 而仅依靠混合料的自然流动来充填, 摊铺后密实度很低 且级配不匀, 形成一明显的条形离析带。 发明内容 针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷, 本发明要解决的问题是, 提供一 种可以防止在螺旋分料器的驱动链轮箱底产生离析的摊铺机用螺旋分 料器。
为解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种防离析螺旋分料器, 设置于 摊铺机上, 包括左、 右螺旋和螺旋驱动链轮箱, 其中所述螺旋驱动链 轮箱前方设置有用于将进入所述防离析螺旋分料器内的混合料分到两 侧的犁形分料装置。
作为优选, 所述螺旋驱动链轮箱两侧的左、 右螺旋上分别固定设 置有将部分混合料送回所述螺旋驱动链轮箱底部的左反向叶片和右反 向叶片。
作为优选, 所述犁形分料装置上连接有钢板, 所述钢板上开设有 多个腰形通孔, 所述犁形分料装置通过穿过所述腰形通孔的螺栓固定 在所述螺旋驱动链轮箱上。
本发明还提供了一种摊铺机, 其具有上述的防离析螺旋分料器。 本发明的防离析螺旋分料器和摊铺机具有如下几个方面的有益效 果为: 其犁形分料装置能有效调节混合料流动, 使沥青混合料得到有 效搅拌, 减小混合料在螺旋驱动链轮箱底部的堆积和挤压, 降低沥青 混合料的纵向离析,改善摊铺后道路表面摊铺质量。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的防离析螺旋分料器的主视图;
图 2为本发明的防离析螺旋分料器的左视图;
图 3为本发明的防离析螺旋分料器的犁形分料装置的主视图; 图 4为本发明的防离析螺旋分料器的犁形分料装置的右视图; 图 5为本发明的防离析螺旋分料器的犁形分料装置的俯视图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一歩详细描述, 但不作 为对本发明的限定。
如图 3和图 4所示, 本发明的防离析螺旋分料器的犁形分料装置 1, 其形状类似鼻形, 其前方的正中部为犁梁 10, 钢板 9与犁形分料装置 1 相连, 钢板 9上开有多个通孔。 如图 5所示, 在所述犁形分料装置 1的俯 视图中, 其大体呈倒三角形。
在本发明中, 犁形分料装置 1设置在螺旋驱动链轮箱 8的前方, 如 图 1所示, 在本发明的一优选实施例中, 犁形分料装置 1通过穿过钢板 9 上的通孔的螺栓 6固定在防离析螺旋分料器的螺旋驱动链轮箱 8上并位 于其前方, 其中钢板 9上穿设螺栓 6的通孔优选为腰形通孔, 使得螺栓 6 可以在腰形通孔内上下滑动, 从而可根据工况需求上下调节犁形分料 装置 1。 犁形分料装置 1也可以直接焊接在螺旋驱动链轮箱 8的钢结构 上, 通过调节提升油缸 7与螺旋驱动链轮箱 8上下移动。
请继续参考图 1以及图 2, 当摊铺机工作时, 沥青混合料从摊铺机 机架 13方向的输料器 (未示出) 进入防离析螺旋分料器内, 通过犁形 分料装置 1的犁梁 10被分到犁形分料装置 1的两侧, 再送到左挡料板 4和 右挡料板 5后, 在左、 右螺旋上的左螺旋叶片 11和右螺旋叶片 12的转动 下被输送到由左挡料板 4、 右挡料板 5以及熨平板 14构成的料槽两侧, 使摊铺作业可以顺利进行。
犁形分料装置 1的犁梁 10与该装置两侧为光滑圆弧过渡, 可减小混 合料流动阻力, 有利于混合料流动, 使混合料顺着犁形分料装置 1犁梁 两侧均匀撒落, 从而避免了链轮箱底部混合料因堆积被链轮箱强制挤 压。 同时, 螺旋驱动链轮箱 8两侧的左、 右螺旋上装设的左反向螺旋叶 片 2和右反向螺旋叶片 3可反向搅拌沥青混合料, 将被犁形分料装置 1分 到两侧的部分混合料送回螺旋驱动链轮箱 8底部, 同时进行充分搅拌, 从而避免了沥青混合料被犁形分料装置 1空间干涉而从中缝处断开一 定的距离。
具有本发明的防离析螺旋分料器的摊铺机, 在其螺旋驱动链轮箱 8 处, 当沥青混合料经过犁形分料装置后, 混合料不存在密实度低和级 配不匀的现象, 能有效减少螺旋驱动链轮箱 8处沥青混合料的纵向离析 的产生。 当然, 以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技 术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以 做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防离析螺旋分料器, 设置于摊铺机上, 包括左、 右螺旋和 螺旋驱动链轮箱, 其特征在于, 所述螺旋驱动链轮箱前方设置有用于 将进入所述防离析螺旋分料器内的混合料分到两侧的犁形分料装置。
2.如权利要求 1所述的防离析螺旋分料器, 其特征在于, 所述螺 旋驱动链轮箱两侧的左、 右螺旋上分别固定设置有将部分混合料送回 所述螺旋驱动链轮箱底部的左反向叶片和右反向叶片。
3.如权利要求 1所述的防离析螺旋分料器, 其特征在于, 所述犁 形分料装置上连接有钢板, 所述钢板上开设有多个腰形通孔, 所述犁 形分料装置通过穿过所述腰形通孔的螺栓固定在所述螺旋驱动链轮箱 上。
4.一种摊铺机, 其特征在于, 具有权利要求 1〜3中任一项所述的 防离析螺旋分料器。
