Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Profilleiste, insbesondere Kantenleiste für die Möbelindustrie. Derartige Profilleisten werden eingesetzt, um Gegenstände wie Möbelbauplatten bzw. Möbelbauteile oder dergleichen zu dekorieren. Die Profilleiste weist eine Basisschicht sowie eine daran angeordnete Funktionsschicht auf, wobei die Basisschicht und / oder die Funktionsschicht wenigstens teilweise einen polymeren Werkstoff aufweist, wobei die Funktionsschicht etwa 2 bis 80 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 25 Gew.-% Bestandteile aufweist. Die Bestandteile sind dabei aus einem polymeren Werkstoff mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht Mw von wenigstens 800 kg/mol hergestellt, wobei das Verhältnis der Schmelzindizes MFI nach ASTM D-1238 des polymeren Werkstoffs der Funktionsschicht zu dem der Basisschicht größer zwei ist, wobei die Bestandteile wenigstens teilweise vom polymeren Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht bedeckt sind und wobei die Lichttransmission nach ASTM D-1003 des polymeren Werkstoffs der Funktionsschicht und / oder der Basisschicht wenigstens 80 % beträgt.
Description
Profilleiste
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Profilleiste, insbesondere Kantenleiste für die Möbelindustrie. Derartige Profilleisten werden eingesetzt, um Gegenstände wie Möbelbauplatten bzw. Möbelbauteile oder dergleichen zu dekorieren. Im Markt besteht ein erhöhter Bedarf nach hochwertigen Produkten bei einer erheblichen Produktvielfalt. Im Stand der Technik sind Profilleisten bekannt aus Materialien wie Metall, Glas und dergleichen. Weiterhin sind Profilleisten bekannt, die durch nachträgliche Beaufschlagung mit Dekoren in Form von farbgebenden Verfahren, Echtmaterialien wie Holz, Stein und dergleichen nachgebildet sind.
Weiterhin sind Profilleisten bekannt, deren Oberflächen nachträglich durch mechanische Verfahren, wie beispielsweise Prägungen, bearbeitet sind und die somit eine gewisse Hap- tik bei der Berührung ausstrahlen sollen. Nachteilig bei diesen Profileisten nach dem Stand der Technik ist die aufwändige sowie insbesondere bei der Verwendung von Echtmaterialien teuerere Herstellung.
Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, dass diese Profilleisten, nachdem sie an beispielsweise Stirnseiten von Möbelbauteilen stoffschlüssig angebracht worden sind, nachträglich an ihren längsrandseitigen Sichtkanten profiliert bzw. nachgearbeitet werden müssen. Hierdurch werden die ursprünglich auf der Oberfläche der Profilleiste aufgebrachten Dekorelemente zumindest teilweise entfernt und es treten optische Unterschiede auf, die für den Betrachter ersichtlich, aber nicht akzeptabel sind.
Hier setzt die Erfindung ein, die sich die Aufgabe gestellt hat, eine Profilleiste bereitzustel- len, welche die Nachteile des Standes der Technik überwindet, welche die Eigenschaften einer Profilleiste aus Echtmaterialien, wie beispielsweise aus Stein und Glas bzw. aus mineralischen Materialien, in Bezug auf die Haptik und die Optik aufweist, aber gegenüber diesen Profilleisten wesentlich einfacher und kostengünstiger herstellbar bzw. verarbeitbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Es hat sich überraschend herausgestellt, dass eine Profilleiste, insbesondere Kantenleiste für die Möbelindustrie, wobei die Profilleiste eine Basisschicht sowie eine daran angeordnete Funktionsschicht aufweist, wobei die Basisschicht und / oder die Funktionsschicht wenigstens teilweise einen polymeren Werkstoff aufweist, wobei die Funktionsschicht etwa 2 bis 80 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, Bestandteile aufweist, sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Bestandteile aus einem polymeren Werkstoff mit einem mittleren Mole- kulargewicht Mw von wenigstens 800 kg/mol hergestellt sind, wobei das Verhältnis der Schmelzindizes MFI nach ASTM D-1238 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht zu dem der Basisschicht größer als 2 ist, wobei die Bestandteile wenigstens teilweise vom polymeren Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht bedeckt sind und wobei die Lichttransmission nach ASTM D-1003 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht und / oder der Basis- schicht wenigstens 80 % beträgt. Eine Profilleiste mit diesen Merkmalen weist eine sogenannte„Stein- und / oder Glasoptik" auf, die durch unterschiedliche Farbgebungen sowohl der im thermoplastischen Material der Funktionsschicht enthaltenen Bestandteile entsteht, als auch gleichzeitig eine Haptik, welche Assoziationen zu einer rauen Steinoberfläche erzeugt, so dass die beispielsweise Möbelbauplatte mit der daran angeordneten Profilleiste als aus massivem Werkstoff hergestellt erscheint.
Die erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste zeichnet sich weiterhin dadurch aus, dass der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht und / oder der Basisschicht für sichtbares Licht einen Reflexionsgrad von wenigstens 0,35 und einen Transmissionsgrad von wenigstens 0,15 auf- weist. Hierdurch sind neue Designmöglichkeiten insbesondere hinsichtlich der Optik sowie möglicher Tiefeneffekte im Dekor der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste möglich.
Ein Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste besteht darin, dass der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht und / oder der Basisschicht für sichtbares Licht einen Absorptionsgrad von wenigstens 0,35 aufweist. Dies führt ebenfalls zu zusätzlichen Tiefeneffekten im Dekor der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste, so dass variable Optiken wirtschaftlich und kostengünstig herstellbar sind.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste wird darin gesehen, dass die Be- standteile partikelförmig und / oder sphärisch und / oder faserförmig und / oder
plättchenförmig und / oder stäbchenförmig ausgebildet sind. Hierdurch lässt sich mit der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste eine raue, steinartige Struktur insbesondere der Funktions-
schicht realisieren, wobei diese Oberfläche bezüglich der fühlbaren Haptik durch die Geometrie, die Größe sowie die Menge der Bestandteile den Anforderungen an das Design der Möbelbauteile realisierbar ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste ist vorteilhafterweise so ausgebildet, dass die Bestandteile der Funktionsschicht dabei eine Größe von wenigstens 0,05 bis 5,0 mm aufweisen, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 2,5 mm. Diese Werte beziehen sich jeweils auf das Volumenmittel der Teilchengrößenverteilung gemäß ISO 13320-1. Dabei weisen die Bestandteile der Funktionsschicht eine relativ enge Größenverteilung auf.
Weiterhin ist die erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste so ausgebildet, dass der Brechungsindex nach DIN ISO 489 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht und / oder der Basisschicht einen Wert von 1 ,450 bis 1 ,550, vorzugsweise von 1 ,490 bis 1 ,500, aufweist.
Diese und auch weitere genannten Messgrößen beziehen sich auf Angaben bei T = 25 °C, sofern nicht andere Temperaturen angegeben sind.
Die so hergestellten erfindungsgemäßen Profilleisten zeigen sowohl bei der Betrachtung im natürlichen Licht als auch bei künstlicher Beleuchtung eine variable Optik, insbesondere durch die unterschiedlich dimensionierten Bestandteile, so dass hier der Eindruck von Echtmaterialien sehr nachvollziehbar entsteht.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste ist der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht und / oder der Basisschicht lichtdurchlässig, transparent, transluzent, opak und dergleichen ausgebildet. Durch diese Variationen der unterschiedlichen polymeren Werkstoffe sind unterschiedlichste Optiken der erfindungs- gemäßen Profilleiste wirtschaftlich und kostengünstig herstellbar, die aber trotzdem den Eindruck von Echtmaterialien aufweisen.
Es hat sich weiterhin als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, dass die Profilleiste eine Basisschicht aufweist, die eine gegenüber der Funktionsschicht unterschiedliche chemische Zusammen- setzung aufweist. Dies führt vorteilhafterweise dazu, dass beispielsweise für die sichtbare Funktionsschicht ein hochwertiges optisch ansprechendes Material verwendet wird, während für die bei bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch am Möbelbauteil befestigte und somit nicht sichtbare Basisschicht ein nicht so hochwertiges Material verwendet werden kann, was die Kosten der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste nochmals positiv beeinflusst. Hierbei ist es ggf. notwendig, dass die Verbindung zwischen der Basisschicht und der Funktionsschicht über an sich bekannte Haftvermittlersysteme bzw. durch chemische bzw. physikalische Beeinflussung realisiert werden muss.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste weist die Basisschicht eine gegenüber der Funktionsschicht etwa gleiche Zusammensetzung auf. In dieser vorteilhaften Ausführungsform können die Basisschicht und die Funktionsschicht im an sich bekannten Extrusions- bzw. Koextrusionsverfahren kostengünstig zur erfindungs- gemäßen Profilleiste zusammengeführt werden.
Dabei kann der polymere Werkstoff der Basisschicht und / oder der Funktionsschicht ausgewählt sein aus der Gruppe der Polyolefine, der Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrole, der Polyamide, der Polyvinylchloride, der Ethylenvinylacetate, der Polyacetale, der
Polymethylmethacrylate, der Polyethylenterephthalate, der Polycarbonate, der thermoplas- tischen Copolyester, der Styrol-Blockcopolymere, der thermoplastischen Copolyamide, der thermoplastischen Elastomere, der Copolymere auf Acrylbasis und dergleichen oder aus Mischungen dieser. Derartige Materialien sind sehr vorteilhaft einsetzbar als Polymermatrix mit einer kontinuierlichen Phase bzw. auch als Bindemittel für den Einsatz in der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste, da sie die Bestandteile insbesondere der Funktionsschicht leicht aufnehmen können, diese fixieren bzw. vollumfänglich umschließen.
Die Polymermatrix kann dabei gleichermaßen weitere an sich bekannte Additive enthalten. Bevorzugt werden schlagzähmodifizierende Substanzen, externe Schmiermittel, Antioxidantien, Flammschutzmittel, UV-Stabilisatoren, Fließhilfen, Antistatika, Entformungsmittel, Farbstoffe, Pigmente, Haftvermittler, Verwitterungsschutzmittel, Weichmacher, Füllstoffe und dergleichen eingesetzt.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste ist an der der Funktionsschicht gegenüberliegenden Seite der Basisschicht eine Dekor- und / oder Farbbeschichtung angeordnet. In dieser Ausgestaltung ist es vorteilhafterweise möglich, dass insbesondere transparente bzw. transluzente Werkstoffe der Funktionsschicht und / oder der Basisschicht kostengünstig verwendet werden können und dass an derartige an sich transparente bzw. transluzente erfindungsgemäße Profilleisten an der der Funktionsschicht gegenüberliegenden Seite der Basisschicht das eigentliche Dekor, geschützt vor äußerer Beanspruchung, anbringbar ist.
Somit lassen sich insbesondere erfindungsgemäße Profilleisten herstellen, die eine steinartig raue Oberfläche insbesondere durch die in der Funktionsschicht eingelagerten Bestandteile aufweisen, die hinsichtlich der Optik transparent, transluzent bzw. opak ausgebildet sind und die erst durch das nachträgliche Aufbringen einer Dekorschicht an der der Funkti- onsschicht gegenüberliegenden Seite der Basisschicht das für die Möbelbauteile bzw. Möbelbauplatten erforderliche Dekor erhalten.
Diese vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste führt auch dazu, dass bei deren bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung einerseits die Stirnseiten der Möbelbauteile bzw. Möbelbauplatten abdichtend verschlossen sind und dass gleichzeitig die sogenannte Spanplattenoptik dieser Stirnseiten dekorativ verdeckt ist.
Dabei ist es weiterhin sehr vorteilhaft, wenn die Bestandteile in der Funktionsschicht der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste über den gesamten Querschnitt in räumlich etwa gleichmäßiger Verteilung eingelagert sind. Es hat sich weiterhin als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn die Funktionsschicht der Profilleiste an ihrer bestimmungsgemäßen Sichtseite eine Imprägnierung und / oder eine Be- schichtung mit beispielsweise Wachs und / oder Lack aufweist. Durch diese Maßnahmen wird die Profilleiste zusätzlich gegenüber Umwelteinflüssen geschützt und eine mögliche Alterung, beispielsweise durch UV-Strahlen, entsprechend verlangsamt.
Eine weitere Ausführung der Erfindung betrifft einen Gegenstand, insbesondere ein Möbelstück, eine Möbelbauplatte, ein Holzwerkstoffelement oder dergleichen mit einer Profilleiste nach einer der vorangegangenen Ausführungen. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste können offen liegende Stirnseiten bzw. Kanten des Gegenstandes gegen Umwelteinflüsse versiegelt und zusätzlich optisch kaschiert werden, um somit beispielsweise ein Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und / oder Schmutz zu verhindern. So wird der Gegenstand durch die Profilleiste einerseits geschützt und andererseits in optischer, ästhetischer sowie haptischer Sicht entscheidend aufgewertet.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung wird der Begriff Möbelbauteil, Möbelbauplatte bzw. Holzwerkstoffelement so verstanden, dass das Element aus natürlichem Holz bzw. aus Einzelelementen aus natürlichem Holz oder aus einem aus Holz hergestellten Material besteht. Elemente, die aus aus Holz bestehenden Einzelelementen hergestellt sind, können bei- spielsweise Tischplatten bzw. Arbeitsplatten sein.
Weitere Materialien, die aus Holz hergestellt werden können, sind beispielsweise mitteldichte Faserplatten (MDF), hochdichte Faserplatten (HDF), Hartfaserplatten, Spanplatten und dergleichen. Es hat sich weiterhin als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Profilleiste mit der der Funktionsschicht gegenüberliegenden Seite der Basisschicht an dem Gegenstand angebracht ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste weist somit eine raue, steinartige Struktur an ihrer Sichtseite auf, wobei die diese erzeugenden Bestandteile in der Funktionsschicht durch diese selbst vollumfänglich umschlossen und somit fixiert bzw. geschützt sind.
Diese raue, steinartige Oberfläche bzw. Struktur lässt sich durch die Oberflächenrauheit charakterisieren, die eine mittlere Rautiefe Rz von wenigstens 15 μιη, vorteilhafterweise 25 μητι, aufweist. Die Rautiefe Rt beträgt dabei mindestens 15 μητι, vorzugsweise 20 μητι.
Die Oberflächenrauigkeit wird gemäß DIN EN ISO 4287 bzw. 4288 ermittelt.
Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend in Bezug auf die bei- liegende Zeichnung beschrieben.

Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste 1 , welche als Kantenleiste ausgebildet ist, sowie einen Gegenstand 7, der als Möbelbauplatte bzw. Möbelbauteil ausgebildet ist.
Die Profilleiste 1 weist einen mehrschichtigen Aufbau auf, wobei zumindest die Funktions- schicht 2 der Profilleiste 1 Bestandteile 4 aufweist, die aus einem polymeren Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
Der Schichtaufbau der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste 1 soll nun im Folgenden weiter erläutert werden.
Die Profilleiste 1 , die insbesondere als Kantenleiste für die Möbelindustrie ausgebildet ist, weist eine Funktionsschicht 2 und eine Basisschicht 5 auf, wobei die Basisschicht 5 und / oder die Funktionsschicht 2 wenigstens teilweise einen polymeren Werkstoff aufweisen, wobei die Funktionsschicht 2 etwa 2 bis 80 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel 10 Gew.-% Bestandteile 4 aufweist.
Die Bestandteile 4 der Funktionsschicht 2 der Profilleiste 1 sind aus einem polymeren Werkstoff mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht Mw von etwa 950 kg/mol hergestellt.
Das Verhältnis der Schmelzindizes MFI nach ASTM D-1238 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht 2 zu dem der Basisschicht 5 ist hier etwa 12, wobei die Bestandteile 4 in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel vollumfänglich vom polymeren Werkstoff der Funktions- schicht 2 bedeckt sind und wobei die Lichttransmission nach ASTM D-1003 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht 2 und der Basisschicht 5 etwa 85 % beträgt.
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel weist das thermoplastisch verarbeitbare Material der Funktionsschicht 2 einen Schmelzindex MFI nach ASTM D-1238 (3.8/230) von etwa 14 g/10 min und das Material der Basisschicht 5 einen Schmelzindex MFI ASTM D-1238 (3.8/230) von etwa 1 ,1 g/10 min auf.
Die Funktionsschicht 2 und die Basisschicht 5 können dabei aus einem polymeren Werkstoff bestehen, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Polyolefine, der Acrylnitril- Butadien-Styrole, der Polyamide, der Polyvinylchloride, der Ethylenvinylacetate, der Polyacetale, der Polymethylmethacrylate, der Polyethylenterephthalate, der Polycarbonate, der thermoplastischen Copolyester, der Styrol-Blockcopolymere, der thermoplastischen Copolyamide, der thermoplastischen Elastomere, der Copolymere auf Acrylbasis und dergleichen oder aus Mischungen dieser, in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus
Polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA).
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel weist der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionssicht 2 sowie der Basisschicht 5 für sichtbares Licht einen Reflexionsgrad von etwa 0,4 und einen Transmissionsgrad von etwa 0,2 auf.
Weiterhin ist der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht 2 sowie der Basisschicht 5 so ausgebildet, dass er für sichtbares Licht einen Absorptionsgrad von wenigstens 0,4 aufweist.
Die in der Funktionsschicht 2 enthaltenen Bestandteile 4 sind in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel partikelförmig ausgebildet. Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass die Bestandteile 4 der Funktionsschicht 2 sphärisch und / oder faserförmig und / oder plättchenförmig und / oder stäbchenförmig ausgebildet sind.
Die partikelförmigen Bestandteile 4 der Funktionsschicht 2 haben in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine Größe von etwa 0,2 bis 0,8 mm. Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass die Bestandteile 4 der Funktionsschicht 2 eine Größe von wenigstens 0,05 bis 5,0 mm aufweisen.
Der polymere Werkstoff PMMA der Funktionsschicht 2 sowie der polymere Werkstoff der Basisschicht 5 weist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel einen Brechungsindex nach DIN ISO 489 von etwa 1,49, auf. Die erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste 1 zeigt dabei in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine gewisse transparente / transluzente Tiefenwirkung.
Weiterhin ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel an der der Funktionsschicht 2 gegenüberliegenden Seite der Basisschicht 5 eine Dekor- und / oder Farbbeschichtung 6 angeordnet.
Diese Dekor- und / oder Farbbeschichtung 6 führt einerseits dazu, dass der transparente / transluzente Tiefeneffekt der erfindungsgemäßen Profilleiste 1 durch Lichtbrechung und Reflexion vergrößert und dass andererseits die Stirnseite 9 des Gegenstandes 7 vollflächig abdichtend verschlossen sowie dekorativ veredelt ist.
Die Basisschicht 5 weist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine gegenüber der Funktionsschicht 2 etwa gleiche chemische Zusammensetzung auf, enthält aber vorzugsweise ähnliche aterialbestandteile wie die Funktionsschicht 2. Die Funktionsschicht 2 sowie die Basisschicht 5 sind in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel im an sich bekannten
Koextrusionsverfahren einstückig hergestellt und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Bei Bedarf kann die Funktionsschicht 2 und / oder die Basisschicht 5 durch Beimischung von an sich bekannten mineralischen Füllstoffen wie Talkum, Kreide und dergleichen oder Verstärkungsstoffen wie Fasern, vorzugsweise Glasfasern, verstärkt sein. Die erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste 1 kann bei Bedarf eine Imprägnierung und / oder
Schutzbesch ichtung mit Wachs und / oder Lack aufweisen, wobei diese vorzugsweise auf die Sichtseite 3 der Profilleiste 1 sowie auf deren schmalen Stirnseiten aufgetragen ist. An der Unterseite der Profilleiste 1 kann ein an sich bekannter Haftvermittler bzw. ein Schmelzklebstoff angeordnet sein.
Es ist in der Fig. 1 weiterhin ein erfindungsgemäßer Gegenstand 7 mit einer Oberseite 8, einer Stirnseite 9 und einer Unterseite 10 sowie einer an der Stirnseite 9 des Gegenstandes 7 angeordnete, erfindungsgemäße Profilleiste 1 dargestellt.
Der Gegenstand 7 ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel eine im Wesentlichen aus Holz gefertigte Möbelbauplatte, beispielsweise eine Arbeitsplatte für die Küche bzw. eine Türplatte für ein Möbelstück. Die Profilleiste 1 ist mit ihrer Unterseite an der Stirnseite 9 des Gegenstandes 7 angebracht, vorzugweise stoffschlüssig verklebt bzw. verschweißt.
Die Profilleiste 1 , welche im Koextrusionsverfahren in einer Breite hergestellt worden ist, die ursprünglich größer ist als die Dicke des Gegenstandes 7, ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel an ihren schmalen, längsrandseitigen Sichtkanten profiliert bzw. spanend nachbearbeitet, so dass die Breite der an der Stirnseite 9 des Gegenstandes 7 fixierten Profilleiste 1 etwa der Dicke des Gegenstandes 7 entspricht.
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Funktionsschicht 2 aus einem Polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA) hergestellt und weist etwa 20 % Bestandteile 4 mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht Mw von > 1800 kg/mol auf.
Die Basisschicht 5 besteht ebenfalls aus einem polymeren Werkstoff und ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel zu 100 % aus dem Material PMMA hergestellt.
Der polymere Werkstoff PMMA der Funktionsschicht 2 sowie der der Basisschicht 5 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel in etwa transparent ausgebildet und weist eine Lichttransmission nach ASTM D-1003 von etwa 85 % auf.
Die Gesamtdicke der Profilleiste 1 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 2,0 mm und be- misst sich etwa senkrecht zu ihrer Sichtseite 3 bzw. zur Unterseite 6.
Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass die Basisschicht 5 der Profilleiste 1 in einem Farbton eingefärbt ist, der dem Gesamtfarbton insbesondere der Oberfläche 8 des Gegenstandes 7 weitestgehend entspricht.

Profilleiste (1), insbesondere Kantenleiste für die Möbelindustrie, wobei die Profilleiste (1) eine Basisschicht (5) sowie eine daran angeordnete Funktionsschicht (2) aufweist, wobei die Basisschicht (5) und/oder die Funktionsschicht (2) wenigstens teilweise einen polymeren Werkstoff aufweist, wobei die Funktionsschicht (2) etwa 2 bis 80 Gew.- %, vorzugsweise 5 bis 25 Gew.- % Bestandteile (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bestandteile (4) aus einem polymeren Werkstoff mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht Mw von wenigstens 800 kg/mol hergestellt sind, wobei das Verhältnis der Schmelzindizes MFI nach ASTM D-1238 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht (2) zu dem der Basisschicht (5) größer 2 ist, wobei die Bestandteile (4) wenigstens teilweise vom polymeren Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht (2) bedeckt sind und wobei die Lichttransmission nach ASTM D-1003 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht (2) und/oder der Basisschicht (5) wenigstens 80 % beträgt.
Profilleiste nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht (2) und/oder der Basisschicht (5) für sichtbares Licht einen Reflexionsgrad von wenigstens 0,35 und einen Transmissionsgrad von wenigstens 0,15 aufweist.
Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht (2) und/oder der Basisschicht (5) für sichtbares Licht einen Absorptionsgrad von wenigstens 0,35 aufweist.
Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bestandteile (4) partikelförmig und/oder sphärisch und/oder faserförmig und/oder plättchenförmig und/oder stäbchenförmig ausgebildet sind.
Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bestandteile (4) der Funktionsschicht (2) eine Größe von wenigstens 0,05 bis 5,0 mm aufweisen, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 2,5 mm.
6. Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brechungsindex nach DIN ISO 489 des polymeren Werkstoffes der Funktionsschicht (2) und/oder der Basisschicht (5) einen Wert von 1 ,450 bis 1 ,550, vorzugsweise von 1 ,490 bis 1 ,500 aufweist.
7. Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polymere Werkstoff der Funktionsschicht (2) und/oder der Basisschicht (5) lichtdurchlässig, transparent, transluzent, opak und dgl. ausgebildet ist.
8. Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilleiste (1) eine Basisschicht (5) aufweist, die eine gegenüber der Funktionsschicht (2) unterschiedliche chemische Zusammensetzung aufweist.
9. Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilleiste (1) eine Basisschicht (5) aufweist, die eine gegenüber der Funktionsschicht (2) etwa gleiche chemische Zusammensetzung aufweist.
10. Profilleiste nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polymere Werkstoff der Basisschicht (5) und/oder der Funktionsschicht (2) ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der Polyolefine, der Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrole, der Polyamide, der Polyvinylchloride, der Ethylenvinylacetate, der Polyacetale, der
Polymethylmethacrylate, der Polyethylenterephthalate, der Polycarbonate, der thermoplastischen Copolyester, der Styrol-Blockcopolymere, der thermoplastischen
Copolyamide, der thermoplastischen Elastomere, der Copolymere auf Acrylbasis und dergleichen oder aus Mischungen dieser.
11. Profilleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der der Funktionsschicht (2) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Basisschicht (5) eine Dekor- und/oder Farbbeschichtung (6) angeordnet ist.
12. Gegenstand (7), insbesondere Möbelstück oder dergleichen, mit einer Profilleiste (1 ) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche.
13. Gegenstand (7) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Profilleiste (1) mit der der Funktionsschicht (2) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Basisschicht (5) an dem Gegenstand (7) gebracht ist.
