V型内燃机的主油道布置结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种主油道布置结构,尤其是一种 V型内燃机主油道的布置 方式, 属于内燃机供油技术领域。
背景技术
目前, 公知 V型内燃机主油道的主流布置方式为将主油道布置在 V型内 燃机 V型夹角机体上方单独布置, 通过输油管和内燃机上的需要润滑冷却的 零部件相连, 润滑及冷却零部件。 但是, 这种布置方式使得 V型内燃机结构 变得繁琐,增加了对密封性以及供油及时性的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处, 从而提供一种 V型内燃机的主油 道布置结构, 该种布置方式可以使内燃机结构更加紧凑, 减少对密封性和供 油及时性的要求。
按照本发明提供的技术方案, V 型内燃机的主油道布置结构包括缸盖左 端面、 缸盖右端面、 喷油泵底座结合面、 主轴承座孔及机体, 特征是: 主油 道设置在机体的 V型夹角之间, 所述主通道通过第一油道、 第二油道、 第三 油道、 第四油道、 第五油道、 第六油道分别和凸轮轴孔、 缸盖左端面、 缸盖 右端面、 喷油泵底座结合面、 主轴承座孔相连通润滑各个零部件。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述主油道上开设有竖直向上的第五油道和 喷油泵底座结合面相通方便润滑喷油泵; 主油道上设有第三油道呈一定角度 斜向下穿过凸轮轴孔和主轴承座孔相通。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述第三油道上分别设有第一油道、 第二油 道, 第一油道、 第二油道呈角度分别和缸盖左端面、 缸盖右端面相连通。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述机体上齿轮端的一侧设有第四油道, 第 四油道和主油道相连通, 其呈水平布置。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述第四油道上设有第一油道孔、 第二油道 孔及主油道孔; 所述第二油道孔和齿轮室相通润滑齿轮室, 主油道孔、 第一 油道孔用堵头密封。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第四油道上设有第六油道和主油道相通, 在第六油道上设有第三油道孔和齿轮室相通润滑齿轮。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、 紧凑, 合理; 当发动机运行时, 机油通过主油道可以 方便快捷的输送到内燃机各个需要润滑冷却的部件; 主要结构布置在机体内 使无任何尺寸增加, 空间效率良好, 保证了发动机轻量化, 减少对密封性的 要求, 增加供油及时性。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图 1〜图 7所示, 包括主油道 1、 凸轮轴孔 2、 缸盖左端面 3、 缸盖右 端面 4、 第一油道 5、 第二油道 6、 第三油道 7、 第四油道 8、 第五油道 9、 喷 油泵底座结合面 10、 机体 11、 飞轮端 12、 第一油道孔 13、 主轴承座孔 14、 第二油道孔 15、 主油道孔 16、 第六油道 17、 第三油道孔 18等。
图 1所示, 为整个 V型内燃机机体 11的俯视图, 并标示出 A-A剖 B - B 剖所处的位置, 主油道 1设置在在 V型内燃机 V型夹角之间的机体 11中,向 上设置许多孔道使其方便与喷油泵相连。
所述主通道 1通过第一油道 5、 第二油道 6、 第三油道 7、 第四油道 8 、 第五油道 9、 第六油道 17分别和凸轮轴孔 2、 缸盖左端面 3、 缸盖右端面 4、 喷油泵底座结合面 10、 主轴承座孔 14相连通润滑各个零部件。
所述主油道 1 上开设有竖直向上的第五油道 9和喷油泵底座结合面 10 相通方便润滑喷油泵; 在所述机体右边为飞轮端 12。 主油道 1上设有第三油 道 7呈一定角度斜向下穿过凸轮轴孔 2和主轴承座孔 14相通。
所述第三油道 7上分别设有第一油道 5、 第二油道 6, 第一油道 5、 第二 油道 6呈角度分别和缸盖左端面 3、 缸盖右端面 4相连通。
所述机体 11上靠近齿轮端的一侧设有第四油道 8,第四油道 8和主油道 1相连通, 其呈水平布置。所述第四油道 8上设有第六油道 17和主油道 1相 通, 在第六油道 17上设有第三油道孔 18和齿轮室相通润滑齿轮。
所述机体 11上设有第一油道孔 13、第二油道孔 15及主油道孔 16;所述 第二油道孔 15和齿轮室相通润滑齿轮室, 主油道孔 16、 第一油道孔 13用堵 头密封。
当发动机运行时, 机油通过主油道可以方便快捷的输送到内燃机各个需 要润滑冷却的部件。 主要结构布置在机体内使无任何尺寸增加, 空间效率良 好, 保证了发动机轻量化, 使结构紧凑。
Claims
1、 V型内燃机的主油道布置结构,包括缸盖左端面(3)、缸盖右端面(4)、 喷油泵底座结合面 (10)、 主轴承座孔 (14) 及机体 (11), 其特征是: 主油 道 (1) 设置在机体 (11) 的 V型夹角之间, 所述主通道 (1) 通过第一油道
(5)、 第二油道 (6)、 第三油道 (7)、 第四油道 (8)、 第五油道 (9)、 第六 油道 (17) 分别和凸轮轴孔 (2)、 缸盖左端面 (3)、 缸盖右端面 (4)、 喷油 泵底座结合面 (10) 及主轴承座孔 (14) 相连通。
2、如权利要求 1所述的 V型内燃机的主油道布置结构, 其特征是: 所述 主油道 (1) 上开设有竖直向上的第五油道 (9) 和喷油泵底座结合面 (10) 相连通。
3、如权利要求 1所述的 V型内燃机的主油道布置结构, 其特征是: 所述 主油道(1)上设有第三油道(7)呈斜向下穿过凸轮轴孔(2)和主轴承座孔
