Abstract
一种四冲程发动机,包括油箱(2)、曲轴室(1)、分配室(5)、摇臂室(4)、燃烧室(9)以及润滑系统。油箱(2)与曲轴室(1)通过供油通道(21)连通;曲轴室(1)与分配室(5)通过第一输油通道(15)相连通,并在第一输油通道(15)中设置单向阀(151);摇臂室(4)与曲轴室(1)通过至少一个回油通道(41)连通,并在回油通道(41)中设置单向阀(413);以及分配室(5)与油箱(2)相连通并用于将油气混合物分离成油雾和液态油。所述四冲程发动机还包括凸轮(7)和配接在凸轮(7)与曲轴室(1)的曲轴之间的传动机构(8),所述凸轮(7)与摇臂室(4)的摇臂(44)相配接且位于燃烧室(9)的上方。上述四冲程发动机的润滑系统简单、运行稳定性好且噪音低。
Description
四抻程发动机 本专利申请可参考本专利申请人之前所提交的两个发明专利申请,其申请号 分别为: 201210198826. 4以及 2013102076373。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种四冲程发动机。
^ 四 程发动机如今也已经被广泛的应用在各种小型工具上, 比如手提式割 草机、 剪切机或其他背负式作业机等。 所以, 发动机除了在运行稳定性、 低振 动以及润滑系统的要求比较严格之外, 在其整体结构上的零部件简化、 质量轻 便的需求也变得日益强烈。
现有的四冲程发动机, 大致存在两个方面的问题: 一方面是润滑系统的油 路管道比较复杂, 使得加工复杂, 成本提高; 另一方面是零部件的结构比较复 杂, 质量不够轻便, 比如, 现有四冲程发动机的凸轮室与摇臂室是单独分开设 置的而且距离比较远, 这样凸轮室的凸轮需要通过一根比较长的金属挺杆传递 动力给摇臂室的摇臂, 故而高速运转的挺杆会产生比较大的^动性而负面影响 发动机的运行稳定性和噪音性能, 而且, 单独设置的凸轮室和摇臂室也会使得 发动机的零部件较多, 增加了其自身的重量, 制造成本较高。
、 本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷, 提供一种改进的四冲程发 动机, 其不仅润滑系统设置简单, 而 i运行稳定性良好、 噪音低以及结构简单。
为实现上述发明目的, 本发明采用了如下主要技术方案: 一种四冲程发动 机, 包括油箱、 曲轴室、 分配室、 摇臂室、 燃烧室以及润滑系统, 所述润滑系 统为: 油箱与曲轴室通过供油通道连通; 曲轴室与分配室通过第一输油通道相 连通, 并在第一输油通道中设置单向阀; 摇臂室与曲轴室通过至少一个回油通 道连通, 并在回油通道中设置单向阀; 以及分配室, 其与油箱相连通并用于将 油气混合物分离成油雾和液态油, 其特征在于; 所述 冲程发动机还包括凸轮 和配接在凸轮与曲轴室的曲轴之间的传动机构, 所述凸轮与摇臂室的摇臂相配 接且位于燃烧室的上方。
此外, 本发明还提出如下^属技术方案:
所述传动机构包括大带轮、 小带轮以及套设在大带轮和小带轮上的皮带。 所述大带轮与凸轮一体成型并可绕着一旋转轴旋转。
所述小带轮与曲轴室的曲轴相配接。
所述传动机构设置在一传动室内, 所述传动室与摇臂室相连通。
所述润滑系统还包括设置在分配室与传动室之间的第二输油通道。
所述凸轮与摇臂直接相互接触。
所述供油通道中设置单向阀。
相比于现有技术, 本发明的优点在于: 本发明所提供的四冲程发动机, 其 润滑系统通过设置数个具体的油路通道和位于油路通道中的单 阀, 使得润滑 系统的布置比较简洁且润滑效果更佳, 另一方面, 通过将凸轮设置在摇臂室内 部, 简化了其整体结构的同时获得了良好的运行稳定性、 低噪音性和低振动性。 酎图说明

1 参照图 1至图 4 , 本发明的四冲程发动机包括曲轴室 1、 油箱 2、 摇臂室 4、 分配室 5、 空滤器 6、 位于摇臂室 4上方的燃烧室 9以及设置于上述各部件之间 的润滑系统 (未标号), 其中的曲轴室 1、 邮箱 2、 分配室 5以及空滤器 6的构 造与本发明专利申请的两个参考专利申请 201210198826. 4 以及 2013102076373 大致类似, 在此省略其详细描述, 以下仅对其创新之处做详细解释说明。
上述四冲程发动机还包括凸轮 7和设置在凸轮 7与曲轴室 1之间的传动机 构 8。 所述传动机构 8包括小带轮 82、 大带轮 84以及套设在大带轮 84和小带 轮 82上的皮带 86。凸轮 7与大带轮 84—体成型并同时套设在同一旋转轴 88上, 并且凸轮 7位于燃烧室 9的上方, 即相当于将凸轮 7进行顶置。 当然, 凸轮 7 也可以与大带轮 84分开制造。上述传动机构 8位于传动室 80内部并与摇臂室 4 相互连通。 摇臂室 4的内部设置摇臂旋转轴 42和安装在摇臂旋转轴 42上的摇 臂 44。 因本发明的凸轮 7进行了顶置, 故而其与摇臂 44直接相互接触以传递动

上述润滑系统的设置大体与本发明专利申请的两个参考专利申请相同, 即 包括: 设置在油箱 2与曲轴室 1之间的供油通道 21和设置在供油通道 21 内的 单向阀 211、 设置在曲轴室 1与分配室 5之间的第一输油通道 15和设置在该第 一输油通道 15内的单向阀 151、设置在分配室 5与传动室 80之间的第二输油通 道 53、以及设置在摇臂室 4与曲轴室 1之间的至少一个回油通道 41和设置在该 至少一个回油通道 41内的单向阀 413。 对应于本发明较佳实施例, 回油通道 41 的数量为两个 ϋ大致相互平行。 可见, 本发明所提供的润滑系统, 其通过设置 布局更合理的数个油路通道 21、 15、 53 以及 41和数个位于油路通道内的单向 阀, 使得润滑系统的结构比较简洁 i润滑效果更佳, 在任何位置都能保持良好 润滑效果的, 降低了污染物的排放和制造成本。
需要指出的是, 上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点, 其目的 在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制 本发明的保护范围。凡裉据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰, 都应涵盖在 本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种四冲程发动机, 包括油箱、 曲轴室、 分配室、 摇臂室、 燃烧室以及 润滑系统, 所述润滑系统为: 油箱与曲轴室通过供油通道连通; 曲轴室与分配 室通过第一输油通道相连通, 并在第一输油通道中设置单向阛; 摇臂室与曲轴 室通过至少一个回油通道连通, 并在回油通道中设置单向阀; 以及分配室, 其 与油箱相连通并用于将油气混合物分离成油雾和液态油, 其特征在于: 所述四 冲程发动机还包括凸轮和配接在凸轮与曲轴室的曲轴之间的传动机构, 所述凸 轮与摇臂室的摇臂相配接 ϋ位于燃烧室的上方。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的四冲程发动机, 其特征在于: 所述传动机构包括 大带轮、 小带轮以及套设在大带轮和小带轮上的皮带。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的四冲程发动机, 其特征在于: 所述大带轮与凸轮 一体成型并可绕着一旋转轴旋转。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的四冲程发动机, 其特征在于: 所述小带轮与曲轴 室的曲轴相配接。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的四冲程发动机, 其特征在于: 所述传动机构位于 传动室内, 所述传动室与摇臂室相连通。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的四冲程发动机, 其特征在于: 所述润滑系统还包 括设置在分配室与传动室之间的第二输油通道。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的四冲程发动机, 其特征在于: 所述凸轮与摇臂直 接相互接蝕。
