In this example, since the second click information corresponding to the new advance store AS3 does not exist, the determination unit 14 ends the process for the second click information at this point.
- the determination unit 14 determines the publisher E (10 yen) as the recipient of the affiliate fee. Finally, the determination unit 14 clears the cookie.
- a third example will be described with reference to FIG.
- the user purchases a product at a normal store that is not indicated in the last click information.

- the affiliate link of the store NS1 has been clicked by the purchaser in the past, but the click information indicating the click has already been overwritten in the cookie and is not recorded in the click information database 22, so that the publisher A Cannot be selected as an affiliate fee recipient.
- the determination unit 14 determines the publisher E (10 yen) as the recipient of the affiliate fee. Finally, the determination unit 14 clears the cookie.
- a fourth example will be described with reference to FIG.
- the user purchases a product at a new advance store indicated by the last click information.

In addition, the determination unit 14 obtains a normal rate (1%) applied to the new advance store AS2 that is the sales store from the rate database 21, and obtains an affiliate fee by multiplying the sales price by the rate. With the above processing, the determination unit 14 determines to pay 10 yen to the publisher D.
- the determination unit 14 determines whether or not the affiliate link of the sales store has been clicked before.
